Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengangguran, tenaga kerja dan inflasi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi  di Indonesia tahun 1982-2021. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk melakukan analisis adalah Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengangguran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Variabel tenaga kerja dan inflasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan variabel inflasi berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi.Kata kunci : pertumbuhan ekonomi, pengangguran, tenaga kerja, inflasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh antara variabel bebas : Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, IPM Terhadap variabel terikat adalah Kesempatan Kerja di Provinsi Jambi Tahun 2012-2021, dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif serta data sekunder. Dari analisis dan pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut : 1.) Secara Parsial bahwa Pertumbuhan Ekonomi (X1)tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kesempatan kerja (Y) di Provinsi Jambi tahun 2012-2021, Dengan ditunjukkan bahwa T hitung <T tabel sedangkan IPM (X2) secara parsial tidakberpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesempatan kerja (Y) tahun 2017-2021, dengan ditunjukkan bahwa -T hitung >-T tabel. 2.) Secara simultan bahwa Pertumbuhan Ekonomi (X1) dan IPM (X2) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kesempatan Kerja (Y) Di Provinsi Jambi tahun 2012-2021, hal ini ditunjukkan bahwa F hitung > F tabel (44,3 > 4,74). 3.) Besar pengaruh yang diberikan oleh variabel Pertumbuhan Ekonomi secara Parsial terhadap kesemaptan kerja di Provinsi Jambi Tahun 2012-2021 hanya sebesar 6,28%, besar pengaruh IPM secara Parsial terhadap Kesempatan Kerjadi Provinsi Jambi sebesar 4,99%. Sedangkan besar pengaruh secara simultan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan IPM terhadap Kesempatan Kerja Di Provinsi Jambi tahun 2017-2021 adalah sebesar 11,3% sedangkan sisanya 88,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh bukti pengaruh kesadaran wajib pajak, pengetahuan pajak, kualitas layanan fiskus dan sanksi pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor di Kota Sungai Penuh. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 responden dengan penentu sampel adalah metode sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penentuan sampel adalah kuesioner. Terdapat beberapa metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif statistik, koefesien determinasi secara simultan dan parsial, analisis regresi berganda uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kesadaran wajib pajak, pengetahuan pajak, kualitas layanan fiskus dan sanksi pajak kendaraan bermotor di Kota Sungai Penuh.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of exports, imports, exchange rates and inflation on Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product. The data used in this study is data based on the years 1981-2020 derived from reports and compilations of publications from the World Bank. The Model used is multiple linear regression with ordinary least square (OLS) analysis method. The results showed that import and inflation variables are significant to Indonesia's GDP, while exports and inflation are not significant to Indonesia's GDP. The value of the coefficient of determination (Adj. R2 = 0.981) shows that Indonesia's GDP of 98.1 percent is owned by exports, imports, exchange rates and inflation, while the remaining 1.9 percent is owned by factors other than this study.Keywords: export, import, exchange rate, inflation, Gross Domestic Product, Ordinary Least SquaresAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekspor, impor, nilai tukar dan inflasi terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto Indonesia. Model yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan metode analisis ordinary least square (OLS). Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa variabel impor dan inflasi signifikan terhadap PDB Indonesia, sedangkan ekspor dan nilai tukar tidak signifikan terhdap PDB Indonesia. Nilai koefisien determinasi (Adj.R2 = 0,981) Menunjukkan bahwa PDB Indonesia sebesar 98,1 persen dipengaruhi oleh ekspor, impor, nilai tukar dan inflasi, sedangkan sisanya 1,9 persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar model penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: ekspor, impor, nilai tukar, inflasi, Produk Domestik Bruto, Ordinary Least Square

Abstract

This research aims to clearly prove the effect of job mindfulness on emotional exhaustion through psychological distress and workplace bullying as mediating variables in employees of Bank Nagari Main Branch, Padang. In the research, 141 people were selected using the census method. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to employees who fulfill the specified selection procedures. The data analysis method used is path analysis which is processed using Partial Least Square (PLS). Job mindfulness and psychological distress have no effect on the emotional exhaustion felt by employees of Bank Nagari Padang Main Branch, while workplace bullying has a positive effect on the emotional exhaustion felt by employees of Bank Nagari Main Branch Padang. In the hypothesis testing stage, it was also found that Job Mindfulness had a negative effect on the psychological distress felt by Bank Nagari Main Branch employees. Apart from that, Job Mindfulness has a negative effect on workplace bullying felt by employees in the Bank Nagari Padang Main Branch environment. In the indirect influence testing stage, it was found that psychological distress did not mediate the relationship between job mindfulness and emotional exhaustion felt by employees of Bank Nagari Main Branch, Padang, whereas in the second indirect influence test, it was found that Workplace bullying was able to mediate the relationship between job mindfulness and emotional exhaustion in Bank Nagari Branch employees at Padang main branch.

Abstract

The theoretical implications of research on the role of quality of work life and job satisfaction as mediation between spiritual leadership and employee performance, with organizational culture as a moderator, are as follows: Spiritual Leadership as a Foundation: This research confirms that spiritual leadership can be a strong foundation in improve the quality of work life and employee job satisfaction. According to spiritual leadership theory, leaders who apply spiritual values in their leadership can create a harmonious and motivational work environment. This theory shows that spiritual leadership not only focuses on achieving organizational goals, but also on the welfare and holistic development of employees, thereby motivating them to provide maximum contribution. Mediation Through Quality of Work Life and Job Satisfaction: The findings of this study indicate that quality of work life and job satisfaction play an important role as mediators between spiritual leadership and employee performance. Based on mediation theory, these variables explain how or why spiritual leadership affects employee performance. Employees who experience spiritual leadership tend to have a better quality of work life and higher job satisfaction, which in turn improves their performance. This theory emphasizes the importance of positive working conditions and job satisfaction as factors that bridge the influence of spiritual leadership on employee performance. Organizational Culture as a Moderator: The main implication is the role of organizational culture as a moderator in the relationship between quality of work life, job satisfaction and employee performance. Moderating theory explains that organizational culture can strengthen or weaken the relationship between these variables. A positive, inclusive and supportive organizational culture can strengthen the positive influence of quality of work life and job satisfaction on employee performance. On the other hand, a non-conducive organizational culture can hinder the positive effects of mediation. This confirms the importance of considering organizational culture in the development of leadership and human resource management strategies. Thus, this research provides a deeper understanding of how the interaction between these variables contributes to employee performance in the context of spiritual leadership and organizational culture. This can help organizations develop more effective leadership and culture strategies to improve the quality of work life, job satisfaction, and ultimately overall employee performance.Keywords: Mediation, Quality of Work Life, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the agriculture, forestry, and fisheries sectors, the education services sector, the health services sector, and social activities, as well as the construction sector on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) Allocation of Funds from Natural Wealth and Constitutional Rights (ADHK) of Kerinci Regency in the period 2013 – 2022 partially and simultaneously. This research evaluates the extent of influence of the agriculture, forestry, and fisheries sectors, the education services sector, the health services and social activities sector, and the construction sector on the PDRB ADHK of Kerinci Regency partially and simultaneously. The research methodology used involves a qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive approach. The research results show that there is a positive influence of the agriculture, forestry, and fisheries sectors, the education services sector, the health services and social activities sector, and the construction sector on the PDRB ADHK of Kerinci Regency. This effect reaches 100% simultaneously.

Abstract

AbstrakKesejahteraan tenaga kerja berkaitan erat dengan tingkat upah yang diterima (Harahap, 2018). Menurunnya tingkat upah mengakibatkan penurunan pendapatan tenaga kerja sehingga kesejahteraan juga akan menurun. Upah tenaga kerja diperoleh dari hasil bekerja pada bidang tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kontrak kerja, tingkat pendidikan, jenis kelamin, jenis pekerjaan, dan lokasi tempat kerja terhadap tingkat upah di Sumatera Barat. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif dan asosiatif, dengan data sekunder cross section dari hasil Survei Angkatan Kerja Nasional (SAKERNAS) yang dilakukan oleh BPS Provinsi Sumatera Barat tahun 2022. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah binary logistic regression. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dengan Uji Wald diketahui bahwa Kontrak kerja dengan perjanjian kerja waktu tidak tertentu dan perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat upah, sedangkan dengan perjanjian lisan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat upah. Variabel Pendidikan, jenis kelamin, dan lokasi tempat kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat upah, selanjutnya jenis pekerjaan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat upah.Kata Kunci : Upah, kontrak kerja, pendidikan, jenis kelamin, jenis pekerjaan, lokasi tempat kerja, regresi logistik.ABSTRACTLabor welfare is closely related to the level of wages received. The decrease in the wage rate results in a decrease in labor income so that welfare will also decrease. Labor wages are obtained from the results of working in certain fields. This study aims to determine the effect of the employment contract, level of education, gender, type of work, and workplace location on the level of wages in West Sumatra. This type of research is descriptive and associative. The data used is secondary cross section data from  the National Labor Force Survey (SAKERNAS) conducted by the BPS of West Sumatra Province in 2022. The analytical method used is binary logistic regression. Based on the results of the study, with the Wald Test, it is known that Employment contracts with an indefinite and a certain time work agreement have a positive and significant on the level of wages, and a verbal agreement has a negative and significant.   Education, genger, and workplace location variables have positive and significant effect on the level of wages. And the type of work has a positive but not significant effect on the level of wages. Keywords: wages, employment contracts, education, gender, type of work, workplace location, logistic regression.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh investasi, pengeluaran pemerintah, upah minimum provinsi (UMP) dan inflasi terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan di Indonesia. Variabel bebas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah investasi, pengeluaran pemerintah, upah minimum provinsi dan inflasi, sedangkan variabel terikat yang digunakan adalah ketimpangan pendapatan. Series data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini selama 43 tahun yaitu dari tahun 1980 sampai 2022. Sebelum dilakukan analisis, dilakukan uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokedastisitas dan uji autokorelasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda dengan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial semua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan di Indonesia, dimana variabel investasi, UMP dan inflasi berpengaruh positif, sedangkan pengeluaran pemerintah berpengaruh negatif. Secara simultan semua variabel bebas berpengaruh terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan di Indonesia dengan nilai determinasi 83,7%.Kata Kunci: Investasi, Pengeluaran Pemerintah, Upah Minimum Provinsi, Inflasi, Ketimpangan Pendapatan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived value, service qualityand consumer satisfaction on repurchase interest at the Agung Sungai Penuh distribution.In this study due to the large and unknown population. The samples taken were consumerswho made purchases at the Great Distro of Sungai Penuh City during the research periodor the minimum limit of 80 was obtained from 20 x the number of variables in this study.The sampling method in this study is the accidental sampling method, namely the samplingis based on the fact that they happen to appear in the research object. The results showedthat Perceived Value had a significant effect on repurchase interest. service quality has asignificant effect on repurchase intention. consumer satisfaction has a significant effect onrepurchase intention. The magnitude of the influence of 81.8% between Perceived Value(X1), service quality (X2) and consumer satisfaction (X3) on repurchase interest at theGreat Distro of Sungai Penuh City, while 18.2% can be explained by other reasons outsidethe study. this.
