Abstract

This research describes about the cooperation between Indonesia and German in renewable energy. Politically Germany Consistent support integrity and cooperation among regions of Indonesia and Indonesia welcomed efforts to resolve internal conflicts through negotiation. Even since 2010, Indonesia and Germany increased cooperation in energy field. Germany and Indonesia have conducted a number of joint projects in the renewable energy sector in recent years, including geothermal energy as one of the safeguards climate ,and to support national energy security.The method used in this study is a description which aims to systematically describe in this cooperation between Indonesia and Germany in the development of Geothermal Energy, based on techniques of data collection is library research, the data collection techniques to find the data from the literature books, information based review of the literature or whether sourced reference articles, magazines, newspapers, journals, bulletins, internet, and important notes on matters related to the issue being studied by the author. The theory used in this study is the theory interpendesi International cooperation.The results of this study are: Indonesia and Germany Cooperation in the development of geothermal energy in Indonesia in 2010 - 2012 have been performed optimally. It is seen that Germany has provided funding for geothermal energy development in Aceh. Germany's determination to move on to new and renewable energy grew stronger after the government made a policy Energiewende (German Energy Transition) in 2010.Keywords: Cooperation, Energy. Abstract

Disability is still a big issue in developing countries, including Indonesia. They are a part of under-privileged marginal group in the national development process. The low rate of people with disability’s participation in the development process violates their rights. Various policies and programs have been conducted by Indonesian government, yet, not all have been in favor to the rights of people with disability. Humanity and Inclusion (HI) exists in Indonesia to protect the rights of people with disability. One of the projects that HI implemented to increase the participation of people with disability in national development project is the Advocating for Change (AfC) project.  The research method used within this research was qualitative-descriptive. The data was collected from journals, books, official reports, and websites to analyze this research. The perspective used within the research was pluralism perspective and using international organization theory.  The research shows that the implementation of AfC project in promoting the rights for people with disabilities runs well by conducting a set of advocacy activities. Abstract

This research attempts to explain and describe the role of Food and Agriculture Organization in overcoming the food crisis in Ethiopia. As an international organization which focus in food and agriculture, FAO has been involved in dealing with food crisis in Ethiopia as a result of  uncertain climate change and poor environmental management. The researcher used the concept of international organization and food security to analyze the role of FAO as a facilitator to maintain the stability of food access by increase production by utilizing natural resources, conducting community empowerment training programs and as initiator to got cooperation with states, international organization, or other actor to guarantee the fulfillment of food availability.Data of this research was obtained from the books, journals, official documents and websites that support the hypothesis. The author used interest group level analyze and this research is using Pluralism perspective and international organization theory. This reasrch also using concept of food crisis. In this study, the authors found that FAO provided assistance to Ethiopia in the form of policy making, natural resource management, land administration, crop and livestock production and agribusiness development. FAO also provides assistance in the form of funds used to implement 3 priority focus areas for CPF. Abstract

This research describes the effort of government of Pekanbaru toward the competitions of micro and small bussiness in Asean Economic Community in 2016. Asean Economic Community are one of modells economic integrations to create a common market in Southeast Asia regions. Micro and small business are one of micro economic modells in Indonesia that have big potency for economic growth in Indonesia.The research method used was a qualitative with descriptive as a technic of the research. Writer collects data from books, encyclopedia, journal, mass media and websites to analyze the effort of government of Pekanbaru toward the competitions of micro and small bussiness in Asean Economic Community. The theories applied in this research are neoliberalism perspective with the globalization theory by Robert W Cox.The research shows that the effort of government of Pekanbaru toward the competitions of micro and small bussiness in Asean Economic Community are by controlling and supervised. Some steps are have done by government of Pekanbaru are doing socializations of Asean Economic Community, give a supervised, held a consultations bussiness and controlling by create a bureaucrations for investations in Pekanabru city.Key words: asean, economic community, invest and micro small business

Abstract

This study analyzes how the Economic and Political Impacts that Indonesia got after hosting the 2018 Asian Games. This research is a qualitative research that uses document analysis method on data obtained from journals, books, newspapers, and internet sites to describe the issues raised. This study explains the economic and political impact of the organizers. The perspective used is the perspective of liberalism with a nation-state level analysis. The results of the study show that Indonesia as the host of the 2018 Asian Games experienced economic and political improvement after becoming the host. This is evidenced by the development of infrastructure with international standards, economic growth through investment, job creation and tourist spending. In addition, in terms of politics, Indonesia has the opportunity to show itself that it is able to organize the largest sporting event in Asia to international countries and increase Indonesia's prestige as the host.Keywords: Asian Games 2018, Economy, Politics, Indonesia

Abstract

This research aims to understand the role of Court of Arbitration for Sport(CAS) in mediating racist dispute and discrimination in European football.Racism and discrimination is a classic concern in the universe., FIFA thenarranged to punish racism violence in statute. This also followed by UEFA’sdisciplinary regulations. According to UEFA statutes, every action done by eitherplayers, team official, or supporter is responsibility of the club, including racismconduct. However, member association and team do not necessarily accept thesanction imposed. To resolve the dispute, UEFA should make Alternative DisputeResolution (ADR) especially mediation and arbitration provided for professionalplayer. UEFA should address the dispute about racism to CAS to protect UEFAinterest in keeping partnership with member association.This research applies descriptive qualitative method and literature tounderstand the role of Court of Arbitration for Sport.Moreover, this also usepluralism perspective which states that non governmental actor is the mostinfluential in international relations. Besides, in pluralism, race is part ofplurality.Court of Arbitration for Sport roles to adjudicate and punish racismconduct and discriminative behavior in European footballusing arbitration withinthe family of sport. This can be seen from the following indicators such as role ofCAS in adjudicating racism violence done by supporter of PSV Eindhoven fromNetherland towards Arsenal FC player, Thierry Henry that took place in PhilipsStadium in UEFA Champions League 2002, moreover, Court of Arbitratin forSport also adjudicated racism violence between Hungarian Football Federationwith FIFA, where Hungarian national team supporter was singing anti-Semitismchants during the match against Israel national team.Keyword : Racism, sanction, ADR, interest, pluralism, adjudicative

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand how Role of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) Protection of Children From Violence in Tanzania 2011-2014. Tanzania was the first country in Africa to undertake a comprehensive survey on prevalence levels of sexual, physical and emotional violence against girls and boys. The Tanzania Violence Against Children Study, released by the Government and UNICEF in 2011, reveals that one in three girls and one in seven boys in Tanzania experiences sexual violence before the age of eighteen. In addition, rates of physical violence are alarmingly high, nearly three out of four boys and girls experience being punched, whipped or kicked during their childhood, while one quarter of all children are emotionally abused. The majority of children do not report their experience, few seek services, and even fewer actually receive any care, treatment or support. The initiative supported by the joint-project is a follow-up to the Violence Against Children Study undertaken in 2009 that will help the country move from research to action.This research theoretically has built with Pluralism Perspective on International Relations and supported by International Organization theory, and also the concept of Role Model. Formulation of all arguments, facts, and theoretical framework on this research is guided by qualitative explanation methods. Technique in this research is through by the study of library.Data which is gotten and collected through the journal books, the last thesis and then from internet has related to the problems.Researcher has formulated answered-hypothesis whic reveals the fact that Role of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) Protection of Children From Violence in Tanzania 2011-2014 are making the program "Save the Children", UNICEF and other UN agencies have joined the World Bank and Department for International Development (DfID), UNICEF is working with NGOs in Tanzania in the Children's Agenda, as well as the Government Project Tanzania, UNICEF, EU, SCI, and PLAN in Child Protection Initiative.Keywords : International Organization, Role, UNICEF, Child Protection, Violence Children, Tanzania

Abstract

This research tells about "starbuck expansion in developing coffee business in indonesia in 2013-2017. Coffee is one of the large trading commodities. The amount of Indonesian coffee consumption is very high. Starbucks company is one of the multinational companies from USA which is engaged in the coffee shop, Starbucks is expanding its business into Indonesia.This research uses descriptive explanative method, with library data collection techniques through books and the internet. The perspective used is Neoliberalism by Adam Smith. The level of interest group analysis by Euegene J. Kolb. Abstract

This research describes the foreign politics of Indonesia toward Malaysia in conflict of bloc Ambalat after Sipadan and Ligitan Conflict in 2012-2015. Ambalats are sea territory between Indonesia and Malaysia in Kalimantan teritory. Ambalat have potencial in natural resources likes oil and gas. In 2005 Malaysia give a exploration right for Shell Company and its make increase of conflict with Indonesia cause based on UNCLOS 1982 Ambalat sea are Indonesia territory with the Archipelago State status.The research method used was a qualitative with descriptive as a technic of the research. Writer collects data from books, encyclopedia, journal, mass media and websites to analyze the foreign politics of Indonesia toward Malaysia in conflict of bloc Ambalat after Sipadan and Ligitan Conflict. The theories applied in this research are realism perspective with decision making theory by Richard Snyder.The conclusion of this research that foreign politics of Indonesia toward Malaysia in conflict of bloc Ambalat after Sipadan and Ligitan Conflict are diplomacy ways. Abstract

This research describe the policy of Indonesias Government in anticipation growth of terorism activity in Southeast Asia Region in 2010-2015. Southeast Asia are one of regions are have increase of terorism activity. Its have been proved by teror activity in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore by Jamaah islamiyah and Abu Sayyaf Group in Filipina. Toward that Indonesia Governmnet has been create some policy to anticipated that threats.The research method used was a qualitative with descriptive as a technic of the research. Writer collects data from books, encyclopedia, journal, mass media and websites to analyze the policy of Indonesias Government in anticipation growth of terorism activity in Southeast Asia Region. The theories applied in this research are realisme perspective with transnational crime concept.The result shows that the policy of Indonesias Government in anticipation growth of terorism activity in Southeast Asia Regions are with the national policy by preventive, pre emptive and represive actions. In international policy Indonesia have create some policy with Indonesia active in Asean Region Forum, Indonesia dealed about Asean convention on againt terorism and ASEANAPOL conference and Indonesia also have been agreement with United States America and European Union to anticipate the terorism activity in Southeast Asia Regions.Key words: policy, threats, terorism and ASEAN
