Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan penerapan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dalam meningkatkan perilaku intrapreneur di lingkungan perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif berjenis penelitian deskriptif. Instrumen peneltian ini mengacu pada karakter gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, karakter kewirausahaan, dan karakter perilaku intrapreneurship. Sumber data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang diperoleh dari proses wawancara mendalam kepada informan. Kemudian data yang diperoleh akan diproses pada qualitative data analysis software NVivo 12 Plus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki kontribusi dalam menumbuhkan karakter wirausaha dan mengembangkan perilaku intrapreneurship di lingkungan perguruan tinggi swasta daerah perbatasan.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the utilization of social media in enhancing the sales of Lanatashop_10. The study was conducted on the Lanatashop_10 business in the Ledo sub-district, Bengkayang regency, West Kalimantan. The research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research method, utilizing both primary and secondary data sources obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, followed by data processing leading to conclusions. The findings indicate that social media plays a significant role in increasing the sales of Lanatashop_10. Consumers appreciate a variety of products that keep up with the times, prompting society to stay updated, especially in the fashion world, which is widely favored by adults and teenagers alike. Social media has a positive impact on business owners, enabling them to expand their business networks and target markets. The increase in sales serves as a benchmark for business owners to determine whether their efforts are on the rise or decline.

Abstract

The world is entering the modern era which is currently experiencing an all-digital transition. Almost all information and other interests can be obtained through the media, including entrepreneurial activities. The aim of this research is to illustrate the important role of digital-base marketing strategies in the Toya Dayu I’MSD traditional chlothing rental business in overcoming competition in border areas, especially Bengkayang Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative mothods through observation, interview and documentation stages. The result of this research are: (1) the implementation of digital marketing makes it easier for costumers of obtain business information (2) the streghthening of the digital marketing system needs to be further improved, especially in the media most frequently used by potential consumers (3) increasing the quality and quantity of products/services can increase turnover. With this research, it is hoped that business actors will be more motivated to utilize digital media so that traditional and cultural preservation activities can be carried out optimally usingexisting digital media.

Abstract

Balale culture plays an important role among Dayak Banyadu farmers. The values contained in balale culture become social capital that helps Dayak Banyadu farmers in social life. Balale culture is always lived by the community through various activities in the village, especially in terms of farming. This study aims to examine the role of balale culture as social capital for the Dayak Banyadu community in improving the family economy. Using qualitative research methods, data was obtained through observation and interviews with participants. The participants selected were local farmers who still apply balale culture in farming activities, which is the main livelihood of the Dayak Banyadu community. Data were analyzed using the triangulation method, where data were organized, reduced, and codified to draw conclusions regarding social capital through balale culture in supporting the economy of farming families. The results showed that balale culture contributes to the family economy of farmers in Dayak Banyadu through the values of love, brotherhood, respect, responsibility, solidarity and cooperation
