Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at SMAN 2 Koto XI Tarusan where the population is all teachers who are already certified and sampling techniques using total sampling . Data were collected through questionnaires or questionnaire . Data were analyzed with multiple linear regression method .The results showed that : 1 ) there is a significant correlation between the changes in pedagogical teacher performance , meaning that if the pedagogical increased by 1 % then the regression coefficient increased by 0.093 . 2 ) there is a significant relationship between personal competence to changes in teacher performance , meaning when personal competence increases 1 % then the regression coefficient increased by 0.239 . 3 ) there is a significant relationship between social competence to changes in teacher performance , meaning that if the social competence increased by 1 % then the regression coefficient increased by 0.423 . 4 ) there is a significant relationship between the professional competence of the teacher s performance changes , meaning that if the professional competence increased by 1 % then the regression coefficient increased by 0.380 . 5 ) there is a significant relationship between pedagogical simultaneously , personality , social , professional to changes in teacher performance , meaning that if the overall competence increased by 1 % then the regression coefficient increased by 0.837 . This can be proved by the results of research that states that the calculated F value ( 34.772 ) > Ftable ( 2.947 ) and significant ( 0.000 ) < Alpha ( 0.05 ) means it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between pedagogic competence , personality , social and professional performance simultaneously with changes in teacher certification in SMA N 2 Koto XI Tarusan South Coastal District in the amount of 83.7 % while the remaining 16.3 % .

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted in SMA l5 Padang on the effect of teacher labor discipline and management of teaching and learning process to students motivation X11 majoring in social studies class at SMAN 15 Padang . The purpose of this study is ( 1 ) To determine whether the effect of the work discipline of teachers to students motivation X11 majoring in social studies class at SMAN 15 Padang . ( 2 ) To determine whether the effect of the management of the learning process of the students motivation X11 majoring in social studies class at SMAN 15 Padang . ( 3 ) To determine whether the effect of the teacher labor discipline and management of the learning process of the students motivation X11 majoring in social studies class at SMAN 15 Padan.This research is a descriptive study associative , population in this study were all students majoring in social studies in grades X11 SMAN 15 Padang . 144 people . The samples are 60 people with the proportional random sampling method . Primary data and secondary data that has been collected is then analyzed statistically by descriptive and inductive analysis through multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 16.0The results of the analysis of the data obtained that ( 1) There is a significant influence teacher labor discipline and management of the learning process of the students motivation X11 majoring in social studies class at SMAN 15 Padang sig of 0.000 , which is smaller than α = 0.05 . ( 2 ) There is a significant influence teacher labor discipline on the students motivation X11 majoring in social studies classes in SMA 15 Champaign sig 0.003 < 0.05 0.266 level influences . ( 3 ) there is a significant influence on the management of the learning process students motivation X11 majoring in social studies classes in SMA 15 Champaign sig 0.000 < 0.05 0.295 level influences.Based on the above results it can be concluded that the teacher labor discipline and management of teaching and learning are two factors that can influence on students motivation X11 majoring in social studies class at SMAN 15 Padang . It is thus suggested to teachers to better improve labor discipline and implementing the learning process even better so as to increase students motivation X11 majoring in social studies class at SMAN 15 Padang.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Issues that are examined in this study is the influence of study habits and media usage information to the student learning outcomes of economic subjects in class X in SMAN 1 Tigo Nagari Pasaman. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of study habits and media usage information to the student learning outcomes of economic subjects in class X in SMAN 1 Tigo Nagari Pasaman. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires, the data were analyzed with multiple linear regression method. The results showed that the First: Study Habits positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes are indicated by a coefficient of 0.503 with a value of t_ test (count)> t_tabel ie 23.505> 1.984 and significant at 0.000 <α = 0.05. Second: Use of Media Information and no significant effect on student learning outcomes indicated by the t_ test (count) <t_tabel ie 0.795 <1.984 and significant at 0428> α = 0.05. Third: Study Habits and Use of Information Media jointly affect student learning outcomes indicated by the F-statistic values of 290 361 and f_ test (count)> f_tabel is 290.361> 3.91 with significant value of 0.000 <α = 0, 05 and the R-squared value of 0.814, which means 81.4% of student learning outcomes are influenced by variables study habits and media usage information while the rest is explained by other variables. Based on the research results, the researchers suggest to the school to continue to improve study habits and attention to students and that the school uses the media information that can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

                                                                                 ABSTRAC Issues that are examined in this study was the effect of capital , level of education , health , the amount of production and labor costs to the community income migrants in Trans Sakato Jaya Kecamatan Sungai AurKabupaten West Pasaman . Analysis using multiple regression significance test using the t test and F test while the test using test Multikolonieritas asumsiklasik , heterokedastisitas test,normality test and autocorrelation test . The results showed that the First : Capital ( X1 ) does not affect the income of the people in the Trans Transmigrants Sakato Jaya Kecamatan Sungai Aur . This is indicated by the capital value of the coefficient of -0.164 with a prob value of 0.129 . Means any capital increase by 1 %, then the income will be decreased by Rp 0.164 . Second : The level of education ( X2 ) significant and positive impact on peoples income Migrants in Trans SakatoJaya Kecamatan Sungai Aur . This is indicated by the value of the coefficient of education level of 256,107.7 . Means any increase in the education level of 1% then the revenue would have increased by Rp 256,107.7 Third : Health ( X3 ) significant and positive impact on peoples income Migrants in Trans Sakato Jaya Kecamatan Sungai Aur. This is indicated by the value of the coefficient of Health 20235.9 . Means any increase in the education level of 1% then the revenue will increase by USD 20235.9 . Fourth : Total production ( X4 ) significant and positive impact on peoples income Migrants in Trans Sakato Jaya Kecamatan Sungai Aur. This is indicated by the value of the coefficient of total production of 3976.16 . Means any increase in the amount of 1% of production revenue will increase by U.S. $ 3976.16 . Fifth : Wage labor ( X5 ) does not affect the income of the people in the Trans Transmigrants Sakato Aur Jaya River District . This is indicated by the value of the coefficient of wage labor at 0.016 with prob value of 0.636 . Sixth capital , level of education , health , the amount of production , and wage labor , jointly affect peoples income migrants in trans sakato victorious in the show with this prob value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 .

Abstract

ABSTRACT Issues that are examined in this study are the factors that affect the property tax receipts in West Pasaman period of 2001 to 2011. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that affect the property tax receipts in Pasaman West. The methodology used in this study is the method of OLS ( Ordinary Least Square). The data used are time series data such as GDP per capita annual data. the number of mandatory property tax, and investment in West Pasaman , collected through documentation related to service agencies.First results showed that :The factors that influence the acceptance of property tax in West Pasaman : 1 ) GDP per capita has a positive effect with a coefficient value of 0.021 . 2 ) The number of taxpayers earth and building a positive effect with coefficient value of 16 389 . 3 ) Investment positive effect with coefficient of 0.004 . Second : GDP per capita is not significant to the property tax receipts in West Pasaman where tcount < table = 1.8375 < 2.365 . GDP per capita is not significant because the value of GDP received by the public does not increase the asset population in West Pasaman and ownership of GDP is only consumed by the public . Third : The number of mandatory property tax has a significant effect on property tax receipts where t count > t table = 2.4753 > 2.365 . Changes in the amount of property tax shall contribute significantly to the property tax receipts are required to increase or decrease the amount of property tax will have an impact on the increase or decrease in property tax receipts Pasaman West . Fourth : Investing is not significant to the property tax receipts in West Pasaman tcount < table = 0.0966 < 2.365 . Investing is not significant because the data collected did not succeed in proving the link between investment and the acceptance of the UN . Because of all this investment is also used to build schools and education are to pay scholarships . So investment is not directly related to property tax receipts . Fifth : GDP per capita , the number of mandatory property tax and investment jointly affect the acceptance of the United Nations indicated by the F - statistic of 12.191 , while the F - table at level α = 5 % error obtained R2 values of 4.459 to 0.8393 amounted to 83.93 % , which means the UN acceptance is influenced by variables GDP per capita , the number of mandatory property tax and investment while the rest is explained by other variables .

Abstract

                                                                    ABSTRACT Issues that are examined in this study is an analysis of the effect of employment opportunities, region expenditure and investment on the economic growth of West Sumatra between 2000 and 2011. Methodology used in this study is the method of OLS (Ordinary Least Square). The data used are time series data in the form data annual employment opportunities, region expenditure and investment of West Sumatra. Collected through the documentation on the relevant agencies. The results showed that, first : Employment Opportunities positive and significant impact on economic growth indicated by the coefficient value of 1,047 to 3,484 tcount > ttable of 1.860 and a probability of 0.008 < α = 0.05 level. Second : region expenditure is positive and significant impact on economic growth is indicated by a coefficient of 0.050 with 2.107 tcount > ttable probability of 1.860 and 0.068. Third : Investment positive and significant impact on economic growth indicated by a coefficient of 0.266 with a value of 4,175 tcount > ttable at 1.860 and probability of 0.0031. Fourth : Employment Opportunities, Region Expenditure and Investment jointly positive and significant impact on economic growth indicated by the value of F at 328.6095 while the Ftable at level α = 5% error obtained is 3.84 with a value of R-square of 0.9930, which means at 99.30% economic growth is influenced by variables employment opportunities, and investment region expenditure while the rest clarified by other variables. From this research, the variables that most influence the economic growth of West Sumatra is a job opportunity with a coefficient value of 1,047 and 3,484 tcount > ttable of 1.860 and a probability of 0.008 < α = 0.05 level. So for further research is recommended to include other variables that affect economic growth in West Sumatra.

Abstract

 ABSTRACTIndicators used in this research is to know the condition of people’s to saving Padang city. Purpose of this study was to thetermine the effect of interest rates, income, and education level of the inflation rate and shimultaneous partial to public savings Padang city. Collecting date that relates to public savings, interest rates, income, inflation rate and the level of education the was optained from the central statistical agencies and bodyes of local financial economic statistics Indonesian banks. This study used multiple linear regression analysis hypothesis thest to examine the effect of partiyalli using the t test and simultaneous testing bedween the independent variables on the dependent variable can then be used with the Eftest the results showed that ther is an effect partially significantly and some have no effect. While simultaneously interest rates, income, inflation rate and the level of education jointly affect private savings Padang city.

Abstract

Abstract This research was about the relationship between tourism potency, the total of tourist and hotel guests toward the improvement of local reveniuw Kabupaten Solok. The analysis used was multi linear regression by using secondary data obtained from Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata (DIBUDPAR), Dinas Pendapatan dan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (DPPKA), and Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) of Kabupaten Solok.The result showed that first,there was positive correlation between tourism potency and PAD in Kabupaten Solok. It was showed through the cooefficient relation (178.562) on which t-obtained (5.423) was bigger than t-table (1.895) and the probability wad smaller than significant level. Second, there was positive correlation between the total of tourist toward PAD which was showed through correlation coefficient (26.172) in which t-obtained (6.338) was bigger than t-table (1.895) and the probability was smaller than significant level.third, there was positive correlation between the hotel guests toward PAD which was showed by the coefficient correlation (15.264) in which t-obtained (2.978) was bigger than t-table (1.895) amd the propobility was smaller than the significant level. The R square waa 0.977 which means that 97.7% of PAD was obtained from the tourism potency,the total of tourist and the hotel guest.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the extent of the effect of the interaction of learning and student interest and learning and interaction influences student interest together the results of an integrated social studies students of SMP N 2 Lembah Melintang Kabupaten West Pasaman . This research is descriptive Associative . The population in this study were all students of SMP N 2 Valley Crossing West Pasaman , with a sample of 84 respondents . The sampling technique is simple random sampling . The type of data used , namely primary and secondary data . To determine the effect of the interaction of learning and student interest toward learning outcomes students integrated IPS SMP N 2 Lembah Melintang Kabupaten West Pasaman used the t test and F test.That Describe First Results : Variable Interaction Learning significant and positive impact on learning outcomes Integrated Social eighth grade students of SMP N 2 Lembah Melintang Kabupaten West Pasaman . This is evidenced by the coefficient value of 0.692 and the value of t ( 8.958 ) > t table ( 1.663 ) . That is when the learning interaction is increased by 1 % and keep student interest , then the results of an integrated social studies students of SMP N 2 Lembah Melintang Kabupaten West Pasaman will increase by 0.692 % . Second : Variable student interest and a positive significant effect on the results of an integrated social studies eighth grade students of SMP N 2 Lembah Melintang Kabupaten West Pasaman . This is evidenced by the coefficient value of 0.674 and the value of t ( 9.301 ) > t table ( 1.663 ) . This means that if student interest is increased by 1 % and still learning interaction , the results of an integrated social studies eighth grade students of SMP N 2 Valley Crossing West Pasaman will increase by 0.674 % . Third : Variable interaction of learning and student interest has a significant and positive influence on the results of the integrated IPS Learning Eighth Grade Students of SMP N 2 Valley Crossing West Pasaman the value of F ( 329.126 ) > Ftable ( 3,960 ) and Sig ( 0.000 ) < Alpha ( 0.05 ) . Percentage of interaction variables influence learning and student interest to the integrated IPS Learning Outcomes Eighth Grade Students of SMP N 2 Lembah Melintang Kabupaten West Pasaman that is equal to 89 % , while the remaining 11 % is explained by other causes that are outside the study .

Abstract

ABSTRACT  In the application of the Education Unit Level Curriculum (EULC) that occur in the field of perception irregularities in the implementation of the educational unit level curriculum EULC character and obstacles faced by teachers in preparation for the EULC unit level curriculum character education and the efforts made to overcome these obstacles This research was conducted in SMA PGRI 2 Padang . This research is a descriptive study , population and sample in this study were all high school teachers PGRI 2 Padang  as many as 37 teachers . The type of data retrieved form the primary data and skuder . Techniques of data collection by using questionnaires , interviews , documentation . To measure teacher perception variables to curriculum Tertiary education unit used scale measuring tool liqueur . The data analysis technique used is the descriptive statistical analysis techniques .The results showed that the overall perception of teachers regarding curriculum EULC either . It can be seen on the basic concept of  EULC based on knowledge with an average of 88.29 % and 72.16 % based on attitude , scope of  EULC  based on knowledge with an average of 91.44 % and 81.35 % based on the attitude , the learning process is based on knowledge with an average 89.9 % and 74.73 % based on attitude , EULC based knowledge assessment system with an average of 90.54 % and 60.54 % based on attitudes , knowledge barriers to the implementation of  EULC based on average 89.19 % and 75.5 % based on attitude , as for the suggestion that the writer can convey is hendakmya Teacher to prepare and learn first all of the EULC. To the principal as a leader in the school should have to fully support the implementation of EULC  in order to run smoothly and to the school to be able to create and add a quality school facilities and infrastructure to support the implementation of the EULC.Â
