Abstract

Program Zero New Stunting yang dimiliki Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat bertujuan mengatasi stunting, dengan salah satu sasarannya adalah Desa Pakutandang, Kecamatan Ciparay, Kabupaten Bandung. Desa Pakutandang memiliki 192 balita stunting dari 1203 balita. Untuk mencapai tujuan dari program, dilakukan edukasi pada masyarakat tentang pentingnya Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS), terutama dalam rumah tangga, dengan ibu balita sebagai sasaran utama. Edukasi PHBS diharapkan membantu menjaga kesehatan keluarga dan tumbuh kembang anak. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan adanya sesi diskusi, tanya jawab, dan refleksi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi beberapa tahapan seperti observasi, penyusunan materi penyuluhan dan soal pre-test serta post-test, pelaksanaan pre-test, penyuluhan, pelaksanaan post-test, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Materi meliputi definisi PHBS, pentingnya cuci tangan, bahaya merokok, aktivitas fisik, ASI eksklusif, serta penggunaan jamban dan air bersih. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta dengan rata-rata nilai post-test 87,36, menandakan keberhasilan program dalam meningkatkan pemahaman ibu balita tentang PHBS untuk mencegah stunting.

Abstract

Background : Dental stains are pigmented deposits that can be a predisposing factor for periodontal disease and caused aesthetic problems. Chromogens from foods and beverages such as coffee can adhere to the tooth surface trough pellicle and forming deposits called tooth extrinsic stains. Averrhoa bilimbi L contains oxalic acid which has potential ability to remove it trough oxidation mechanisms. The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of Averrhoa bilimbi L extract solution on extrinsic tooth stain removal.Method : Tooth extrinsic stain models obtained by soaking the teeth in robusta coffee solution. Twenty-four post extraction premolar teeth with extrinsic stains were divided into 4 groups consisting of control group (immersion in artificial saliva), T1 group(immersion in Averrhoa bilimbi L extract solution 50%), T2 group (immersion in Averrhoa bilimbi L extract solution 75%) and T3 group (immersion in Averrhoa bilimbi L extract solution 100%) for 28 hours. Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 used to evaluate the difference color intensity (ΔE) in CieLAB system before and after the treatment.Result : Anova test showed there’s a significant difference within groups (p<0.05). Post Hoc Posttest showed there are  significant difference of difference color intensity (ΔE) between each group(p<0.05), with the highest average of it on T3 group then followed by T2 group , T1 group and control. Pearson correlation analysis showed there is a positive correlation between concentration and color intensity.Conclusion : Averrhoa bilimbi L. extract solution proven effective as extrinsic stain removal in vitro.

Abstract

Pengembangan kompetensi permesinan pada sektor industri kecil dan menengah (IKM) merupakan langkah strategis dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing industri nasional, khususnya bagi peserta didik tingkat menengah dan vokasi. Namun, keterbatasan fasilitas praktik dan metode pelatihan yang masih bersifat demonstratif menyebabkan rendahnya penguasaan keterampilan praktis. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dasar pengoperasian mesin milling vertical melalui pelatihan berbasis praktik langsung (hands-on training) serta mengevaluasi efektivitasnya secara kuantitatif. Kegiatan melibatkan 12 peserta yang terdiri atas 2 peserta MA, 6 peserta SMA, dan 4 peserta SMK. Metode pelatihan mengacu pada job sheet industri dan SOP keselamatan kerja. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui penilaian kualitas benda kerja hasil milling meliputi akurasi dimensi, ketepatan proses, kepatuhan K3, dan kerapian hasil. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 83,3% peserta mampu menghasilkan benda kerja dengan deviasi dimensi ≤ ±0,5 mm dan tingkat kepatuhan K3 sebesar 91,7%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa metode hands-on training efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan pengoperasian mesin milling vertical. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model berkelanjutan untuk penguatan kapasitas pendidikan vokasi dan peningkatan kompetensi teknis, khususnya di sektor IKM

Abstract

In this modern era, the acceptance of technology and the internet in society is widespread, so it is not surprising that digital marketing activities have become the main choice in doing business. Investment is the process of allocating a number of resources, such as money, time, and effort, into an asset or project with the aim of gaining profits in the future. In making investments, we must understand the risks involved and carry out proper analysis before making a decision. This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive, evaluative approach. The social impacts and conditions in question are the past, present, and even future conditions. It is also related to other objects such as social, economic, and cultural, as well as history and other social sciences. Digital marketing plays a very important role in introducing investment because it can help increase company profits, brand awareness, website traffic, conversions, and sales. Apart from that, digital marketing can also provide an opportunity for a company to understand consumer behavior more wisely so that it becomes an efficient tool for introducing investment. Currently, Indonesian people can take advantage of several Sharia-based investment instruments or instruments which, of course, have received permits and are registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK). Then, this investment was strengthened by the legal basis of the Sharia Council or Indonesian Ulema Council (DSNMUI). Sharia investment can contribute directly to reality and optimally in overall economic growth. However, it should be noted that the contribution of sharia investment is fluctuating and has yet to be able to drive the rate of economic growth in Indonesia ideally.
