Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Keterampilan Manajerial dan Disiplin Kerja Guru terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru di SMK N 2 Tondano. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survey. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik angket dan observasi. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 83 guru dan mengambil sampel 69 guru. Teknik analisis data dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan uji prasyarat serta hipotesis dengan uji t, uji F dan regresi sederhana dan berganda. Dari uji instrument yang digunakan variabel X1 ada 2 item pernyataan yang tidak valid dan sisanya 33 pernyataan valid, variabel X2 (29 item) dan variabel Y (30 item) dinyatakan valid. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh: 1) ada pengaruh Keterampilan Manajerial terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru di SMK N 2 Tondano sebesar 56%; 2) ada pengaruh pengaruh Dsiplin Kerja Guru terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru di SMK N 2 Tondano sebesar 64%; 3) ada pengaruh pengaruh Keterampilan Manajerial dan Disiplin Kerja Guru terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru SMK N 2 Tondano sebesar 88%. Kata Kunci: Keterampilan Manajerial, Disiplin dan Motivasi Kerja ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Managerial Skills and Teachers' Work Discipline on Teachers' Work Motivation at SMK N 2 Tondano. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey research type. Data collection uses questionnaire and observation techniques. The population in this study was 83 teachers and took a sample of 69 teachers. Data analysis techniques with validity, reliability, and prerequisite tests and hypotheses with t-tests, F-tests and simple and multiple regressions. From the instrument test used, variable X1 has 2 invalid statement items and the remaining 33 statements are valid, variable X2 (29 items) and variable Y (30 items) are declared valid. The results of the hypothesis test obtained: 1) there is an effect of Managerial Skills on Teachers' Work Motivation at SMK N 2 Tondano by 56%; 2) there is an effect of Teachers' Work Discipline on Teachers' Work Motivation at SMK N 2 Tondano by 64%; 3) there is an influence of Managerial Skills and Teachers' Work Discipline on Teachers' Work Motivation at SMK N 2 Tondano by 88%. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pemanfaatan media sosial dapat berpotensi dalam peningkatan serta apa saja faktor penghambat peningkatan UKM di Desa Karowa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan dialisis secara deskriptif sehigga dapat menggambarkan objek dan subjek sesuai keadaannya. Adapun objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Warga Desa Karowa sebagai pelaku UKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan penggunaan media sosial untuk peningkatan UKM di Desa Karowa masih perlu ditingkatkan secara konsisten, pemberian waktu luang dalam pembuatan konten produk dan pemilihan media sosial yang tepat perlu dllakukan. Kata Kunci : Penggunaan Media Sosial, Peningkatan Usaha Kecil Menegah ABSTRACT This study aims to determine whether the use of social media can potentially increase and what are the inhibiting factors for increasing UKM in Karowa Village. This study was conducted using qualitative methods and descriptive dialysis so that it can describe the object and subject according to their circumstances. The object in this study is the Karowa Village Residents as UKM actors. The results of the study indicate that overall the use of social media for increasing UKM in Karowa Village still needs to be consistently increased, providing free time in creating product content and choosing the right social media needs to be done. Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada Penelitian tindakan kelas ini menunjukkan nilai rata-rata pada siklus I 84. Jumlah siswa yang tidak tuntas belajar hanya ada 3 peserta didik pada siklus I peserta didik yang tuntas sudah ada 27 peserta didik dan pada siklus II meningkat lagi menjadi 30 peserta didik yang tuntas belajar. Penguasaan materi dapat dikatakan meningkat karena dalam pembelajaran pertama sampai ketiga terjadi peningkatan dari siklus pertama hanya sebesar 85 %, pada siklus kedua meningkat menjadi 100% . Setelah siswa diberikan tambahan dengan mengerjakan latihan-latihan dan bimbingan guru pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 100,% dan setelah pembelajaran kedua peserta didik diberikan tambahan tugas dan mampu menguasai materi pembelajaran meningkat . Berdasarkan kenaikan perhitungan persentase tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakanmetode Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan minat peserta didik terhadap mata pelajaran Ekonomi pada materi kelangkaan dan pelaku kegiatan ekonomi, hal tersebut di buktikan dengan kenaikan dari tiap siklus. Kata Kunci : Model Problem Based Learning, Minat Belajar ABSTRACT In this class action research shows the average value in cycle I 84. The number of students who did not complete learning was only 3 students in cycle I, there were 27 students who were complete and in cycle II it increased again to 30 students who completed learning. Mastery of the material can be said to have increased because in the first to third learning there was an increase from the first cycle of only 85%, in the second cycle it increased to 100%. After students are given additional work on exercises and teacher guidance in cycle II it increases to 100,% and after the second learning the students are given additional assignments and are able to master the learning material increases. Based on the increase in percentage calculations, it can be concluded that learning by using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method can increase students' interest in Economics subjects on scarcity material and actors of economic activities, this is evidenced by the increase from each cycle. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendapatan orang tua petani padi terhadap kelanjutan pendidikan anak di Desa Touliang Kecamatan Kakas Barat Kabupaten Minahasa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 53 kepala keluarga sebagai petani padi. Total sampling dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 47 kepala keluarga petani padi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran angket atau kuisioner. Sumber data yakni sumber data primer yang telah diolah. Kemudian data dengan hasil angket atau kuisioner dianalisis dengan rumus chi square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan petani padi sangat berpengaruh terhadap kelangsungan pendidikan anak yang berada di Desa Touliang Kecamatan Kakas Barat Kabupaten Minahasa karena rendahnya tingkat pendidikan anak sangat dipengaruhi pendapatan ekonomi orang tua, karena orang tualah yang bertanggung jawab membiayai pendidikan anak. Pendapatan petani padi yang ada di Desa Touliang Kecamatan Kakas Barat Kabupaten Minahasa sangatlah berbeda-beda, hal ini disebabkan karena luas lahan dan status kepemilikan lahan yang berbeda-beda. Kata Kunci: Pendapatan Keluarga Petani Padi, Kelanjutan Pendidikan Anak ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the income of rice farmer parents on the continuation of children's education in Touliang Village, West Kakas District, Minahasa Regency. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study was 53 heads of families as rice farmers. The total sampling in this study was 47 heads of rice farmer families. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data source is the primary data source that has been processed. Then the data with the results of the questionnaire were analyzed using the chi square formula. The results of this study indicate that the income of rice farmers greatly influences the continuity of children's education in Touliang Village, West Kakas District, Minahasa Regency because the low level of children's education is greatly influenced by the economic income of parents, because parents are responsible for financing children's education. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan teknologi pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 5 Manado. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan 56 siswa yang dipilih secara acak sebagai sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda, korelasi sederhana, dan korelasi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara penggunaan teknologi pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar siswa (thitung = 12,752 > ttabel = 2,004) serta antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa (thitung = 6,389 > ttabel = 2,004). Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut memberikan kontribusi sebesar 74,53% terhadap hasil belajar siswa, dengan fhitung = 29,395 > ftabel = 3,171. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan teknologi pembelajaran dan peningkatan motivasi belajar berperan penting dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu, sekolah disarankan untuk lebih mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran serta memperhatikan aspek motivasi siswa guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of teacher self-efficacy and teaching commitment on the learning outcomes of Office Administration students at SMK Negeri 1 Kotamobagu. Teacher self-efficacy is a teacher's belief in his/her ability to teach, while teaching commitment reflects the level of dedication and loyalty of teachers to their profession. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. The research sample was class X Office Administration students selected through saturated sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the regression analysis showed that teacher self-efficacy and teacher teaching commitment had a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes, both partially and simultaneously. This finding confirms that the higher the teacher's self-efficacy and teaching commitment, the better the student learning outcomes. Therefore, it is recommended for schools to improve training and motivation programs for teachers in order to improve their self-efficacy and commitment to teaching. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on the economic learning outcomes of class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Kawangkoan. This research method uses the Experiment method with a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design, using a research sample of 71 students in class X where the XE class is an experimental class with a total of 36 students and the XD class is a control class with a total of 35 students with the sample technique used is Simple Random Sampling. The results of the study show that the Problem Based Learning learning model has an effect on the economic learning outcomes of class X students. This is shown by the results of the posttest of the t-test where the t-count > t-table is 3.89 > 1.67 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that there is an influence of the Problem Based Learning learning model on students' economic learning outcomes. This value is strengthened by the mean posttest of the learning outcomes of the experimental class (80.42) higher than that of the control class (73.14), thus showing that the experimental class is better than the control class. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the School Environment on Learning Outcomes at SMK N 1 Lolayan, to determine the Role of Parents on Learning Outcomes at SMK N 1 Lolayan, and to determine the influence of the School Environment and the Role of Parents together on Learning Outcomes at SMK N 1 Lolayan. The research method used is the Survey research method, the main source of data and information is obtained from respondents as research samples using questionnaires or surveys as data collection instruments. The results of the study show that the School Environment variable (X_1) has a positive or significant influence on the Learning Outcome variable (Y) at SMK N 1 Lolayan, the Parental Role variable (X_2) has a positive or significant influence on the Learning Outcome variable (Y) at SMK N 1 Lolayan, and the School Environment variable (X_1), the Parental Role variable (X_2) together have a positive or significant influence on the Learning Outcome variable (Y) at SMK N 1 Lolayan. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Augmented Reality (AR) on high school students' 21st century economic competencies with learning engagement as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey design, the study involved 358 public high school students in Bitung City selected through proportional stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) through SmartPLS 4. Results showed that AI (β = 0.364, p < 0.001) and AR (β = 0.498, p < 0.001) significantly influenced learning engagement, which in turn influenced 21st century economic competence (β = 0.654, p < 0.001). Learning engagement partially mediated the AI-competence (β = 0.238) and AR-competence (β = 0.326) relationships. The model explained 51.5% of learning engagement variance and 42.8% of 21st century economic competence variance. The findings resulted in a dual-technology competency development framework that integrates dual technology capabilities through direct and mediated pathways. Research implications emphasize the importance of differentiated learning technology implementation and teacher training that is responsive to the needs of AI-AR integration. The synergistic integration of AI and AR is proven to be a transformative catalyst in shaping students' competencies in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in improving the welfare of the Picuan Satu Village community. The background of this study is based on the fact that MSMEs are the backbone of the village economy, impacting not only the economic aspects but also social and educational aspects. The study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were collected through interviews with five key informants consisting of MSME actors, village officials, and the community, supplemented by observation and documentation studies. Data validation was strengthened through triangulation of sources, techniques, and methods. The results of the interviews indicate that MSMEs in Picuan Satu Village have played a significant role in increasing community income, expanding employment opportunities, and utilizing local potential more productively. Informants stated that MSMEs help encourage community independence, reduce unemployment rates, and support family economic needs. However, various obstacles remain, such as limited capital, lack of managerial skills, and limited market access. Several informants emphasized the need for further support from the government and related institutions to develop business capacity and expand marketing networks. The study shows that the role of MSMEs not only impacts economic welfare but also creates broader social change. The presence of MSMEs encourages collaboration between communities, village governments, and local industry players in building economic independence. These findings align with previous research that emphasized MSMEs as a crucial instrument in sustainable village development. This study emphasizes that MSME empowerment strategies through access to capital, entrepreneurship training, and strengthening marketing networks need to be improved to ensure the economic sustainability of rural communities.
