Abstract

This research aims to analyze business development strategies at Wink Beauty Studio using the SWOT Analysis and Business Model Canvas approaches. This approach aims to provide a comprehensive picture of the company's internal and external conditions and formulate the right strategy for business development. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The collected data were analyzed using a SWOT matrix to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by the company. The results of the SWOT analysis were then mapped into the nine elements of the Business Model Canvas, which include customer segments, value propositions, distribution channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partners, and cost structures. The research findings show that Wink Beauty Studio has several key strengths, such as superior service quality and customer loyalty, but also faces challenges, such as intense competition and limited resources. Development opportunities lie in the growing beauty trend and the potential of the digital market. By capitalizing on internal strengths and external opportunities, the company can develop more effective strategies to expand market reach and increase profitability. This research is expected to contribute to the management of Wink Beauty Studio in formulating the right strategic steps and become a reference for other beauty business actors in developing their businesses.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to analyze the S-O-R Model in the Ciburial tourism village in Garut Regency with the dimensions of Experience: 4Es yaitu Education, Entertaintment, Esthetics dan Escapism, affect the intervening variable Feeling of Happiness (fun) and its impact on the dependent variable Behavioral Intention. So that it can explain these factors in encouraging tourist attraction to visit the Ciburial tourism village of Garut Regency in the Covid-19 situation. Methodology/approach – The research method used is quantitative with an explanatory research design. The population in this study were tourists from the Tourism Village of Garut Regency, amounting to 718 visitors with a total sample of 195 people. Findings – It was found that the influence of the independent variables Experience 4Es, namely Education (X1), Entertainment (X2), Esthetics (X3) and Escapism (X4), affect the intervening variable feeling of happiness (fun) (Y) and its impact on the dependent variable Behavioral Intention (Z). Novelty/value – As the S-O-R model has become an important factor in tourist villages over the past few years, it is very important to understand how to retain visitors. Abstract

This study addresses the issue of declining sales of Dhozen products on Shopee, which is concerning amid the growing trend of online fashion shopping. This research aims to analyze the influence of brand image, advertising appeal, and consumer reviews on the purchase decisions of Dhozen products. The data were through a survey of university students in Bandung.The regression analysis results show that the three variables have a significant influence on purchase decisions. However, partially, the consumer reviews variable does not have a considerable impact, Due to brand image and advertising appeal being particularly strong for Dhozen products, consumers might prioritize these factors over review, This study concludes that strengthening brand image and managing advertising appeal are crucial strategies for Dhozen to enhance its competitiveness in the market. Furthermore, this research contributes to the digital marketing literature by providing insights into effective marketing strategies for local brands on e-commerce platforms.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana keterlibatan karyawan, kedisiplinan dalam bekerja, dan kondisi lingkungan kerja memengaruhi tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan. Studi ini dilakukan di PT. Kimia Jaya Utama yang berlokasi di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif untuk menggambarkan kondisi yang ada sekaligus menguji kebenaran suatu pernyataan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada seluruh karyawan PT. Kimia Jaya Utama di Kota Bandung, dengan total responden sebanyak 50 orang. Teknik total sampling diterapkan, sehingga seluruh populasi menjadi responden. Data yang diperoleh diverifikasi menggunakan berbagai metode, termasuk pengujian premis dan pengukuran kekuatan hubungan antarvariabel. Data dianalisis dengan memanfaatkan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa employee engagement memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, sementara disiplin kerja tidak memberikan dampak yang signifikan. Lingkungan kerja menunjukkan pengaruh positif yang substansial terhadap kepuasan kerja. Secara keseluruhan, employee engagement, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan penting terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hal ini menunjukan apabila employee engagement, disiplin kerja, dengan lingkungan kerja dirangkai sedemikian rupa yang menciptakan kenyamanan dalam suasana bekerja dapat menciptakan kepuasan kerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk membuat strategi bisnis baru bagi UMKM Masakan Khas Sunda Warung Nasi Teh Imas dengan menggunakan Analisis SWOT dan Business Model Canvas. Sebagai pemilik restoran di bidang kuliner, Warung Nasi Teh Imas mengalami kesulitan untuk tetap bersaing dan menarik pelanggan baru di tengah persaingan yang semakin ketat. Jadi, itu perlu rencana yang baik untuk menggunakan kekuatan dalam, memperbaiki kelemahan, dan memanfaatkan peluang pasar. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Analisis SWOT digunakan untuk mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman yang dihadapi Warung Nasi Teh Imas. Sementara Business Model Canvas membantu dalam mendefinisikan komponen utama bisnis yang harus ditingkatkan agar dapat mencapai pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Warung Nasi Teh Imas memiliki rasa yang autentik dan harga yang bersaing. Namun, masih ada masalah dalam manajemen operasional dan pemasaran digital. Peluang yang bisa dimanfaatkan adalah tingginya minat orang terhadap makanan lokal dan penggunaan teknologi digital untuk mencapai lebih banyak pasar. Ancaman yang perlu diwaspadai adalah persaingan sengit dan perubahan harga bahan baku. Strategi yang dibuat dengan cara menggabungkan analisis SWOT dan Business Model Canvas mencakup meningkatkan produk, merapikan manajemen, dan memperkuat relasi dengan pelanggan melalui platform digital. Dengan rencana ini, Warung Nasi Teh Imas ingin meningkatkan persaingannya di pasar makanan khas Sunda dan mencapai pertumbuhan yang terus-menerus.

Abstract

Analyzing the impact of work facilities, work discipline, and work motivation on employee satisfaction at PT Griya Nutrisi is the purpose of the study that conducted. Forty-five workers of PT Griya Nutrisi participated in the survey, which was conducted using a quantitative research methodology. Testing validity, reliability, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing are all part of data analysis procedures. Results, employee happiness is significantly impacted by work facilities, work discipline, and work incentive all at the same time. Each of these factors also significantly improves employee happiness, to a certain extent. Keywords: Work Facilities, Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Employee Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work life balance, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT PrimaJaya Putra Sentosa. This study uses a quantitative research method through a descriptive and verification approach, questionnaires were distributed to 35 employees. The research sample of 35 employees was taken using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis methods used in this study include descriptive analysis, verification analysis (hypothesis testing), determination coefficient analysis, all of which are carried out using SPSS version 26 software. This analysis aims to describe the data, test the truth of the hypothesis, and measure the strength of the relationship between variables. The results of the study indicate that the work-life balance and work environment variables have a positive and significant relationship with employee performance, while the work discipline variable does not show a significant relationship.

Abstract

Human resources are a factor in achieving the goals and progress of a company. Employee performance greatly determines the good or bad of an organization. Therefore, management needs to pay serious attention to various aspects related to human resources, so that employees can feel satisfaction in their work, which in turn will contribute to higher performance. Employees who are satisfied with their jobs tend to be more productive and have a lower likelihood of leaving their jobs. There are several factors that influence job satisfaction, including Self-Efficacy, which increases employees' ability to carry out tasks, work discipline, a sense of obedience to regulations and an adequate work environment. This study aims to determine the effect of Self-Efficacy, Work Discipline, and Work Environment on Job Satisfaction of honorary employees at the Andir District Office, Bandung City. Data were collected using a quantitative approach through a questionnaire distributed to 30 people who were the population and sample of the study. Sample selection was carried out using the saturated sample method. Statistical analysis includes verification analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing individually and quantitatively. This analysis was carried out using SPSS 25.

Abstract

This study aims to determine work discipline, physical work environment, and team collaboration on employee performance at the Bandung Regency Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency (BKPSDM). The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method with descriptive and verification approaches. Data were obtained through primary data sources collected through distributing questionnaires to respondents, and secondary data. The research sample consisted of 60 employees. The collected data were then analyzed using statistical techniques including descriptive analysis, verification analysis, discriminative coefficient analysis and partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing using the SPSS 26 program. The results of the study indicate that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, the physical work environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance, team collaboration has a significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline, physical work environment, and team collaboration together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of interpersonal communication, work motivation, and career development on employee performance at the Bandung Regency Civil Service and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM). This study was conducted using a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach. The questionnaire was distributed to 60 respondents who were samples from a total population of 60 people. The sample in this study was selected using a saturated sampling method. The collected data were analyzed using various statistical methods, including: descriptive analysis, verification, coefficient of determination, and partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing using SPSS software version 26. This study shows that interpersonal communication has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, while career development does not affect employee performance. However, overall interpersonal communication, work motivation, and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
