Abstract

This research examines the influence of locus of control and work discipline on employee performance at CV Klasindo Plafon PVC. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis and involves a population of 35 employees. Employee performance is the dependent variable, while the independent variables are the locus of control and work discipline. The aspects of employee performance cover the amount of work produced, the quality of that work, punctuality, attendance, and teamwork skills. Locus of control is divided into internal and external. Work discipline encompasses effective time management, task accountability, and attendance records. Data was collected using observation and questionnaires. Various statistical methods, such as partial hypothesis testing, simultaneous analysis, and coefficient of determination, shall be used in the analysis. The research results show that locus of control and work discipline positively and significantly affect employee performance individually and collectively

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia menjadi aspek penting dalam proses berjalannya perusahaan dikarenakan salah satu kunci keberhasilan perusahaan adalah sejauh mana kemampuan atasan mengorganisir seluruh karyawan agar mampu berkontribusi dengan baik dalam setiap proses yang terjadi demi mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Hakikatnya, kemajuan atau bahkan kemunduran perusahaan ditentukan oleh keberadaan sumber daya manusia itu sendiri.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, stres kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Trifa Raya Laboratories. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Sampel diambil dari populasi menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan margin kesalahan 10%, sehingga diperoleh 52 responden. Untuk menganalisis data, penelitian ini memanfaatkan program SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang dinilai baik. Namun, beban kerja, stres kerja, dan motivasi kerja dinilai kurang baik. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah Y = 53,179 + 0,643X1 + 0,524X2 + 0,800X3 + e, yang menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai korelasi (R) sebesar 0,805 mengindikasikan adanya hubungan yang sangat kuat antara beban kerja, stres kerja, dan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, koefisien determinasi (R²) menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi gabungan dari beban kerja, stres kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 65,5%, sedangkan sisanya 34,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam studi ini.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze business development strategies that can be applied to the culinary food business “Jiwel Asli Mirasa”. The analysis method used in this research is SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) and Business Model Canvas. Data were collected through interviews with business owners, direct observation, and case studies related to the culinary food industry. The results of the SWOT analysis identified internal strengths, such as the authenticity of product flavors and strategic location, as well as weaknesses, such as limitations in marketing and business development. On the other hand, external opportunities such as growing market demand for local culinary food and threats such as competition from established competitors were identified. Next, the Business Model Canvas was used to describe the current business model of “Jiwel Asli Mirasa” and evaluate key elements such as customer segments, value proposition, distribution channels, and key resources. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis and Business Model Canvas, several business development strategies are recommended, including product diversification, increasing marketing efforts through social media and cooperation with partners, and increasing product innovation. The implementation of these strategies is expected to help “Jiwel Asli Mirasa” to strengthen its market position and achieve sustainable growth in the culinary food industry.

Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of communication, work-life balance, and work motivation on job satisfaction of West Java Provincial Education Service employees, with an initial survey showing a low level of satisfaction. Using a descriptive and verification quantitative approach, data was collected through questionnaires from 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research results show that communication, work-life balance, and work motivation have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Specifically, communication (p = 0.001), work-life balance (p = 0.000), and work motivation (p = 0.000) have a positive effect. The F test shows the calculated F value is 244,161 (p = 0.000), indicating the simultaneous influence of the three variables on job satisfaction. These findings conclude that effective communication, good work-life balance, and high work motivation contribute to increasing employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study focuses on evaluating the employee performance of PT Gobel Dharma Nusantara, influenced by three main variables: work environment, locus of control, and leadership style. A descriptive and verificative approach within a quantitative framework was employed, with the entire population of 35 employees serving as the research sample. Descriptive analysis revealed that the average score for the work environment was 29.57 (SD = 3.75), leadership style was 21.71 (SD = 2.32), locus of control was 16.74 (SD = 2.48), and employee performance averaged 21.09 (SD = 2.93). Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, all three variables showed significance levels of p < 0.05, with regression coefficients as follows: work environment (β = 0.348), locus of control (β = 0.355), and leadership style (β = 0.395). These findings indicate that each variable has a significant impact on employee performance. Collectively, the three variables contribute to enhancing employee performance within the company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how the Value Proposition Canvas (VPC) and its impact on customer satisfaction at Omochi.bdg, a culinary business in Bandung. The research employs a mixed methods approach by collecting data through questionnaires from customers and in-depth interviews with the owner, staff, and active consumers. The results show that most value proposition elements such as product uniqueness, packaging design, practicality, and accessibility meet client expectations and have a positive effect on satisfaction and loyalty. However, some obstacles remain in terms of service responsiveness, delivery consistency, and product information completeness. Overall, this study confirms that an effective implementation of the Value Proposition Canvas can enhance perceived value and customer satisfaction, and recommends that Omochi.bdg improve digital services, communication, and product innovation to maintain competitiveness and business sustainability.

Abstract

Di era digital, konten menjadi alat pemasaran strategis yang mendukung industri sepatu dalam meningkatkan visibilitas dan daya saing. Komunitas Sepatu Cibaduyut menghadapi tantangan dalam pembuatan konten marketing yang efektif akibat keterbatasan literasi digital. Pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi CapCut versi web menjadi solusi untuk membantu mereka menghasilkan konten berkualitas. CapCut menawarkan fitur pengeditan video yang mudah digunakan, memungkinkan pengrajin menciptakan materi promosi menarik. Dengan distribusi melalui media sosial, konten ini dapat meningkatkan brand awareness dan menarik pelanggan potensial, mendukung pertumbuhan industri sepatu lokal secara lebih optimal. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode demonstrasi interaktif, hands-on, dan modular untuk melatih komunitas Sepatu Cibaduyut dalam pembuatan konten marketing. Selama 20 hari, pelatihan ini mencakup pengenalan masalah, sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, pendampingan, dan praktik langsung, membantu mereka memasarkan produk secara mandiri dengan aplikasi CapCut versi web. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) di komunitas sepatu Cibaduyut berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan digital peserta dalam pembuatan konten marketing menggunakan CapCut. Peserta kini mampu menciptakan video promosi berkualitas dengan efek visual, musik, teks, dan animasi yang menarik. Hasilnya, strategi pemasaran digital mereka lebih efektif, memperluas jangkauan pasar, dan mengurangi ketergantungan pada metode konvensional. Selain itu, kegiatan ini memperkuat kolaborasi komunitas dalam mempromosikan sepatu Cibaduyut sebagai produk lokal yang kompetitif di pasar global, mendukung pertumbuhan UMKM melalui inovasi digital.

Abstract

This paper focuses on formulating development strategies for Kioschebibit using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach alongside a SWOT analysis. The goal is to strengthen its competitive positioning and support long-term sustainability in the increasingly dynamic agribusiness sector. Kioschebibit is a micro-enterprise focused on providing plant seedlings, with strong growth potential driven by rising urban farming trends and increased environmental awareness. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method through a case study, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis reveals that Kioschebibit’s main strengths lie in its product variety, competitive pricing, and use of social media for marketing. However, challenges remain in distribution reach and digital marketing execution. External opportunities such as gardening trends and green initiatives present substantial growth potential, although threats like extreme weather and raw material fluctuations must be addressed. By integrating BMC and SWOT frameworks, this study proposes an adaptive and data-driven entrepreneurship strategy as a foundation for sustainable business development.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style, work discipline, and work-life balance on employee job satisfaction at Super Indo Cimahi. The research involved 33 employees and used a quantitative method with data collected via questionnaires. Analysis was conducted using multiple regression with SPSS 26. Results show that all three variables have a significant negative effect on job satisfaction. Regression coefficients were: leadership style (-0.358; p = 0.001), work discipline (-0.262; p = 0.002), and work-life balance (-0.578; p = 0.000). This indicates that ineffective leadership, poor discipline, and imbalance between work and life reduce employee satisfaction. The study contributes to human resource management practices by emphasizing the need for effective leadership, structured discipline, and work-life support to enhance employee well-being.
