Abstract

The current fish harvesting system is still not optimal and requires a lot of human power . In every fish farming place, we can see that the fish netting system still uses manual nets, lots of people, and takes a long time. This affects the turnover / income and profit from the fish empowerment business. Therefore, to increase time efficiency, human energy, turnover and profit, this tool is a solution for every fish empowerment location. Because this tool is designed with an automatic system with a continuous servo motor, HC-SR04 distance sensor, push button, with an Arduino Mega base. button as the input command, the empowerer only needs to input the button (push button) to start harvesting cultivated fish, so that this work becomes more efficient in time, human energy, and influences the increase in turnover and business profits.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh karakter eksekutif, performa keuangan, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap pengambilan keputusan terkait penghindaran pajak. Karakter eksekutif, yang mencerminkan gaya kepemimpinan dan preferensi risiko, diduga memiliki kontribusi signifikan dalam menentukan kebijakan pajak yang diambil perusahaan. Selain itu, kinerja keuangan perusahaan, yang diukur melalui indikator seperti profitabilitas, leverage, dan likuiditas, diperkirakan memengaruhi kecenderungan perusahaan untuk menghindari pajak guna meningkatkan efisiensi pajak. Ukuran perusahaan, sebagai variabel tambahan, juga diasumsikan berperan penting, karena perusahaan dengan skala besar sering kali memiliki lebih banyak sumber daya dan kesempatan untuk melakukan penghindaran pajak dibandingkan perusahaan kecil.   Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan terbuka di Indonesia. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel independen (karakter eksekutif, kinerja keuangan, dan ukuran perusahaan) dengan variabel dependen (penghindaran pajak). Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih mendalam mengenai bagaimana faktor-faktor internal perusahaan memengaruhi keputusan dalam mengelola beban pajak secara strategis.   Temuan dari penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi terhadap literatur perpajakan dan tata kelola perusahaan, serta memberikan implikasi praktis bagi manajemen perusahaan dan regulator pajak dalam merancang kebijakan yang lebih efektif untuk mengurangi praktik penghindaran pajak.

Abstract

Computer vision-based algorithms, especially Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) and You Only Look Once (YOLO), have become the leading approaches in plant disease detection. CNN excels in extracting complex visual features for disease classification, while YOLO provides high-efficiency real-time object detection capabilities. Both algorithms have shown promising results in various studies, especially with controlled datasets. However, challenges remain in their application in real-world conditions, such as environmental diversity, overlapping symptoms, and poorly annotated data. Future research has the potential to optimize these algorithms through the development of lighter models, the use of transfer learning techniques, and multi-modal data integration. In addition, further exploration of a wider range of diseases, crops, and environmental conditions can expand the application of these algorithms. By leveraging these innovations, computer vision-based plant disease management can be improved to support sustainable precision agriculture.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Dua komponen utama pada analisismalware adalah analisis malware statis yang melibatkan pemeriksaan struktur dasar malware yang dapat dieksekusi tanpa mengeksekusinya sedangkan analisis malware dinamis bergantung pada pemeriksaan perilaku malware setelah menjalankannya di lingkungan yang terkendali. Analisis malware statis biasanya dilakukan oleh perangkat lunak anti-malware modern dengan menggunakan analisis berbasis tanda tangan atau analisis berbasis heuristik. Tujuan Utama: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah megusulkan dan mengevaluasi deep neural network untuk menganalisis file portabel secara statis guna mempelajari fitur-fitur dari portable executable malware untuk meminimalkan terjadinya false positive saat mengenali malware baru. Metode penelitian: Model yang diusulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah model Neural Network with Dropout terhadap model pohon keputusan untuk memeriksa seberapa baik kinerjanya dalam mendeteksi file PE berbahaya yang sebenarnya. Metode format-agnostik digunakan untuk mengekstrak fitur dari file. Dataset digunakan untuk melatih model yang diusulkan dan membandingkan hasil dengan dataset malware lain yang diketahui. hasil: Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan jaringan saraf dalam yang sederhana untuk mempelajari fitur PE vektor tidak hanya efektif, tetapi juga kurang intensif sumber daya dibandingkan dengan metode deteksi heuristik konvensional. kesimpulan: Model yang diusulkan dalma penelitian ini mencapai AUC sebesar 99,8% dengan 98% true positive pada 1% false positive pada kurva ROC. Untuk menunjukkan bahwa model ini berpotensi melengkapi atau menggantikan perangkat lunak anti-malware konvensional maka untuk penelitian dimasa depan diusulkan untuk mengimplementasikan model ini secara praktis

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran guru dalam menerapkan paradigma "menghamba pada murid" melalui pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di SDN Cangkiran 02. Konsep menghamba pada murid, yang sejalan dengan filosofi Ki Hadjar Dewantara, menekankan pentingnya guru memahami dan memenuhi kebutuhan individu murid guna menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang efektif, efisien, dan menyenangkan. Dalam konteks implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka, pembelajaran berdiferensiasi menjadi strategi utama untuk memenuhi kebutuhan murid berdasarkan minat, kesiapan belajar, dan gaya belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan melibatkan delapan guru sebagai subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi, serta dianalisis menggunakan model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar murid dan menciptakan suasana kelas yang inklusif. Guru tidak hanya berperan sebagai pengajar, tetapi juga sebagai pembimbing dan teladan yang mendukung pengembangan potensi murid secara holistik. Studi ini merekomendasikan strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi yang terintegrasi untuk memperkuat paradigma menghamba pada murid dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of transformational leadership by school principals in improving teacher performance at both primary and secondary education levels, based on a review of several literature sources. The findings indicate that: (1) there is a significant and positive influence of principals' transformational leadership on teacher performance at both primary and secondary school levels; (2) transformational leadership by school principals can enhance teachers' commitment and performance in implementing the Merdeka Belajar (Independent Learning) curriculum; and (3) transformational leadership improves teacher performance through four key dimensions: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. These findings highlight the crucial role of school principals as transformational leaders in fostering optimal teacher performance.

Abstract

The rapid urbanization and industrialization of cities have significantly contributed to the rising pollution levels, especially in urban rivers, where water quality is often compromised. Monitoring water quality in real-time is essential for mitigating the adverse effects of water contamination. This research aims to design and implement an Internet of Things (IoT)-based system for real-time monitoring of water quality in urban rivers, focusing on the continuous collection and analysis of environmental data. The system utilizes a range of sensors to measure critical water quality parameters, including pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen (DO), turbidity, and various contaminants, all of which transmit data wirelessly to a central server for further processing. The study evaluates the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of the IoT system in detecting water pollution and its ability to deliver real-time insights. Findings demonstrate that the IoT system offers a higher level of precision and faster detection compared to conventional monitoring methods, making it an effective tool for real-time pollution detection and decision-making. Additionally, the integration of the IoT system with a user-friendly visualization platform enhances the accessibility of the data for stakeholders, enabling them to monitor the water quality effectively. The study suggests that IoT-based water quality monitoring systems present a sustainable long-term solution for urban water management, offering cost and time savings. Moreover, the research highlights the importance of cross-sector collaboration to support the development and deployment of IoT technologies and recommends further advancements in sensor technologies to monitor additional water quality parameters.

Abstract

Employee attendance is a crucial component of human resource management, particularly in government institutions such as the Tax Service Office (KPP) Pratama. The manual attendance system previously used is prone to fraud, inefficient in data processing, and time-consuming during recap. This study aims to design and implement a web-based employee attendance information system integrated with Fingerspot biometric devices to improve accuracy, security, and efficiency in attendance management. The research employs the Research and Development (R&D) method using the Borg & Gall model, which includes stages of preliminary study, system design, product development, expert validation, limited trials, revisions, and implementation. The system was developed using the Laravel (PHP) framework and a MySQL database, integrated with the Fingerspot API to synchronize attendance data in real time. Validation results from three experts produced an average feasibility score of 4.32 out of 5, indicating that the system is highly suitable for use. Trials conducted with 10 KPP Pratama employees showed that 90% of respondents found the system more practical and 100% stated that it effectively prevents attendance fraud. Furthermore, the monthly attendance recap time was significantly reduced from 3 days to less than 1 hour. Therefore, this system has proven to be a reliable digital solution that supports transparent and accountable personnel management within KPP Pratama.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has encouraged government agencies to improve the quality of public services through digital transformation. This research focuses on developing a multi-platform chatbot application integrated with WhatsApp, Telegram, and a web-based reporting system to support the public service operations of DISPERKIM POOL Seroja, Semarang City. The main issues identified include limited access to information, dependency on office hours, and increased workload for staff in handling repetitive inquiries from the public. Using a methodology that includes needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing, the chatbot was developed using Natural Language Processing (NLP) to understand user intent in natural Indonesian language and provide accurate, real-time automated responses. The implementation results show that the system performs effectively, achieving an intent recognition accuracy rate of over 85% and an average response time of less than three seconds. User testing also indicates high satisfaction levels, as the chatbot significantly simplifies access to information and facilitates faster reporting processes. Overall, the system enhances public service efficiency, reduces the burden on DISPERKIM staff, and supports the government's digital transformation agenda toward smart and responsive public services.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to reveal the dynamics of marriage among migrant communities in Port Numbay (Jayapura) using a legal pluralism framework to analyze the interaction between tradition, legal provisions, and contemporary social realities in marriage practices. Migration to Papua has formed a new social configuration that displays differences in marriage norms and potential friction with local culture Method – A qualitative approach was used in this study, with research data obtained from observations and interviews with religious leaders, traditional leaders, academics, and legal practitioners. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive analysis methods within a legal pluralism framework. Findings – The main findings of this study show that the marriage practices of the migrant community in Port Numbay take place in various patterns, including marriages between members of the same ethnic group, between different ethnic groups, and mixed marriages with the local community. The problem of migrant marriages is the result of a complex interaction between socioeconomic pressures and legal pluralism, where state law, Islamic law, and local customary law operate simultaneously but are not yet effectively integrated. These tensions place couples, especially women, in a vulnerable position, requiring an approach based on legal pluralism and maqāṣid al-sharīʿah to strengthen contextual protection, justice, and resilience. Research implications – Legal awareness and the harmonization of customary norms with state regulations in marriage practices among migrant communities must be strengthened. Originality/value – This study highlights the unique dynamics of migrant marriages in the multicultural context of Port Numbay.
