Abstract

Novel Re: dan peRempuan memicu kontroversi terkait tema dunia malam, kejahatan kesusilaan dan representasi perempuan. Sebagian pembaca menganggap karya ini hanyalah fiksi pengarang, sementara yang lain percaya bahwa cerita ini didasarkan pada kisah nyata yang diadaptasi dari skripsi pengarang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tanggapan warga internet terhadap novel Re: dan peRempuan di Instagram dan Tiktok menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif berbasis resepsi sastra. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui metode baca dan catat dengan fokus pada narasi, kutipan dan komentar pembaca di kedua platform tersebut. Hasilnya, ditemukan 15 data yang terbagi dalam tiga indikator yaitu pengalaman pembaca, rekomendasi kepada pembaca lainnya dan penilaian isi yang meramaikan di media sosial selama 2023-2024. Perbincangan yang ramai, menunjukkan bahwa pengarang berhasil menyampaikan amanah dari tokoh utama yaitu agar kisahnya dapat menyebar dan mencegah nasib serupa bagi perempuan lainnya.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the use of the short story Kancil and Buaya by Syirli Martin in learning to write narrative texts for class VII D students at SMP Negeri 1 Mengwi. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research design. The subjects of this research were Indonesian language teachers and students of class VII D of SMP Negeri 1 Mengwi. and the objects in this research are the elements contained in the short story Kancil and Buaya by Syirli Martin, the use of the short story Kancil and Buaya by Syirli Martin in learning to write narrative texts, and the student's ability to write narrative texts by utilizing the short story Kancil and Buaya by Syirli Martin in learning to write narrative texts for class VII D students at SMP Negeri 1 Mengwi. The data collection methods used are observation methods and documentation methods. Using qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques with data reduction steps, data presentation, data interpretation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are that there are intrinsic elements consisting of theme, plot, characters, setting, language style, message, and point of view. The use of the short story Kancil and Buaya by Syirli Martin in learning to write narrative texts was used as media and material in learning and students' ability to write narrative texts obtained a class average score of 79 in the good category.

Abstract

This study aims to describe 1) the form of social criticism in the collection of short stories Matinya Tukang Dongeng, 2) the form of conveying social criticism in the short story collection Matiya Tukang Dongeng, and. Qualitative design is employed as the framework for this research. The method used in collecting data is literature study and interviews. This study uses data identification, data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, concluding, and verification. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Forms of social criticism found as many as 61 data, namely: 4 data on poverty issues, 16 data on crime problems, 11 data on political issues, 19 data on religion,, 2 data on education problems, 6 data on family disorganization problems, and 3 data on war issues, 2) Forms of delivery of social criticism totaling 61 data, consisting of 30 data of direct delivery forms and 31 data of indirect delivery forms including 3 data of cynical delivery forms, 22 interpretive forms of delivery, and 6 symbolic forms of delivery.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the story structure of the novel Perempuan yang Menunggu di Lorong Menuju Laut, the author's criticism of the exploitation of nature in the novel Perempuan yang Menunggu di Lorong Menuju Laut, and its relevance as a literary teaching material in high school. The data collection method in this study uses documentation, observation, and interviews. The analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The results of this study are three: (1) the story structure of the novel Perempuan yang Menunggu di Lorong Menuju Laut by Dian Purnomo which consists of story facts, themes, literary devices, (2) the author's criticism of the exploitation of nature in the novel Perempuan yang Menunggu di Lorong Menuju Laut by Dian Purnomo which is expressed through the thoughts, attitudes, and behavior of the characters, and (3) its relevance as a literary teaching material in high school which is reviewed for relevance, consistency, and adequacy in the teaching material of Writing Good Practices and Stories About the Environment (Short Stories and Novels).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan media YouTube khususnya pada kanal Gromore Studio Series dalam pembelajaran menyimak cerita rakyat di kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada, mendeskripsikan kemampuan siswa terhadap pemanfaatan media YouTube Gromore Studio Series dalam pembelajaran menyimak cerita rakyat di kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada, dan mendeskripsikan kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru dalam memanfaatkan media YouTube Gromore Studio Series pada pembelajaran menyimak cerita rakyat di kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu, seluruh siswa kelas VII C serta salah satu guru mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di kelas VII C SMP Negeri 1 Sukasada. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, metode wawancara, dan metode dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan media YouTube Gromore Studio Series dilakukan pada tahap kegiatan inti, kemampuan siswa terhadap pemanfaatan media YouTube Gromore Studio Series menunjukkan bahwa siswa mampu menyimak cerita rakyat dengan baik dan dibuktikan dengan keseluruhan nilai tugas siswa yang cukup sempurna, kendala yang dihadapi guru saat memanfaatkan media YouTube Gromore Studio Series bersumber dari aspek sarana prasarana dan dari aspek peserta didik.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study aimed at understanding the representation of character identity in the collection of short stories titled "Sagra" by Oka Rusmini. Data was collected using observation and note-taking methods, with the researcher herself as the research instrument. The data analysis involved data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The research findings revealed the representation of character identity in two aspects (1) Caste as the determinant of identity: The caste system plays a significant role in shaping identity and is a commonly found patriarchal culture in various societies. The Sudra caste is negatively viewed by the society around the griya (traditional Balinese house). (2) Hegemony of customs and stratification in Bali. The stratification in Bali is maintained by authoritative traditions, reinforced by familial ethics. Fanaticism is also developed and created by the noble class to legitimize the hegemony that when a woman ascends in caste, she should be respected by fellow Sudras, but her status remains below those of pure Brahmin lineage.
