Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan teknik dispute cognitive terhadap peningkatan resiliensi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa jurusan Psikologi 2014 sebanyak satu orang yang berinisial FDP. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu responden diambil dengan pertimbangan dan tujuan tertentu yaitu memiliki resiliensi rendah Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode yang digunakan adalah Single Subject Research dengan menggunakan desain A-B, dimana A adalah kondisi baseline yang belum diberikan intervensi, dan B kondisi intervensi dengan teknik dispute cognitive yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa yang memiliki resiliensi rendah. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah Skala Resiliensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan intervensi pendekatan Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) dengan menggunakan teknik Dispute Cognitive dapat meningkatkan resiliensi. Terbukti dari skor resiliensi FDP mengalami peningkatan setelah diberikan intervensi sebesar 201 dalam kategori sedang dibandingkan sebelum adanya intervensi dengan skor 170 dalam kategori rendah.

Abstract

Education is a key element in the development of society and the nation. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Raudlatul Mutaallimin Pandean Paiton Probolinggo faces challenges in evaluating student learning outcomes during distance learning. Technological limitations have prompted the search for innovative solutions. The goal of this service effort is to improve the quality of student learning outcome evaluations by utilizing Google Drive and Google Form applications in distance learning. Teachers are empowered through intensive training, workshops, and mentoring, including the use of Google Drive and Google Form in teaching and evaluation question development techniques. Active interaction and knowledge sharing occur during training, which has successfully enhanced teachers' knowledge and skills in creating evaluation instruments with Google Form. The final survey results show a significant improvement, with 87% of respondents experiencing improvement. They are now able to design evaluation instruments more effectively during distance learning. The use of Google Drive and Google Form as evaluation tools opens up opportunities for improving the quality of education. Recommendations for the future include continuing to support teachers, deepening the integration of technology in the learning process, and expanding training to enhance the effectiveness of learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Raudlatul Mutaallimin Pandean Paiton Probolinggo..

Abstract

The studies we took in this research are from the field of pragmatics. The pragmatics study in this research focuses on deictic analysis. Deixis is a part of pragmatics that discusses the expressions or context in a sentence. This research aims to analyze various types of deixis contained in the 'Time Management' video on the Satu Persen YouTube channel. This research was carried out using a qualitative approach, namely a method as a research procedure that produces descriptive data. The research techniques used to produce data are observation techniques, note-taking techniques, writing techniques, and listening techniques. In the analysis of deixis in a series of videos contained in the 'Time Management' playlist via the One Percent YouTube channel that we studied, five types of deixis can be found, namely persona deixis (first person singular, first person plural, second person singular, second person plural, third person singular), place deixis, time deixis (past, present, future), discourse deixis (anaphora, cataphora), and social deixis. Each type of deixis has its own function depending on its context. This research will be interesting for readers who have difficulty managing time.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the discourse surrounding a sexual harassment case reported on the online news portal Liputan6.com on December 7, 2024, titled “Latest Facts About the Agus Buntung Case: Increasing Number of Victims and Attention from the Indonesian Parliament (DPR RI).” The research employs a qualitative descriptive method using the critical discourse analysis model developed by Teun A. van Dijk. The subject of the study is the online news portal Liputan6.com. The data analysis technique applied is content analysis. The findings reveal that on the text dimension, three key elements are identified: text elements, social cognition elements, and social context elements. The text dimension includes macro/thematic structures addressing the theme of the news text, superstructure/schematic aspects concerning the arrangement of the news text, and microstructure covering semantic elements (background, details, intentions, presuppositions), syntactic elements (coherence, use of active sentences), stylistic elements such as lexicons, and rhetorical elements (graphics and metaphors). Active sentences dominate the text. The news dimension focuses on the sexual harassment case involving Agus Buntung, which has drawn attention from the DPR RI. Details serve as the writer's strategy to convey their stance, emphasizing public expectations for fair punishment for the legal violations committed by the perpetrator. The social cognition dimension in the analyzed text involves the cognition of journalists as news creators and society as news recipients. The journalist’s cognition is evident in the choice of words emphasizing evidence against the perpetrator and the growing number of victims. Meanwhile, the social context dimension highlights the background of the increasing number of criminal cases against women.

Abstract

Kopi Arabika memegang peranan penting di Kota Bogor dengan tren konsumsi yang terus meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi konsumen terhadap rasa, aroma, dan harga, serta preferensi frekuensi konsumsi dan tempat pembelian (variabel bebas) terhadap permintaan kopi Arabika (variabel terikat). Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh 100 responden konsumen kopi Arabika di Bogor. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa persepsi positif terhadap rasa dan aroma kopi, frekuensi konsumsi yang tinggi, serta preferensi membeli di tempat yang nyaman meningkatkan permintaan kopi Arabika. Sebaliknya, harga tidak menjadi faktor utama dalam keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kualitas rasa dan aroma serta pengalaman sosial saat membeli kopi lebih berperan dibanding harga. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi pelaku usaha dan pemangku kepentingan untuk fokus meningkatkan kualitas produk dan pengalaman konsumen dalam pemasaran kopi Arabika di Kota Bogor.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between the withholding of Income Tax Article 23 (PPh 23) and fiscal reconciliation at PT. SFM, a company operating in Indonesia. Withholding PPh 23 is a critical component of corporate tax compliance, particularly in service transactions. Failure to comply accurately may result in positive fiscal corrections and increase corporate tax liabilities. Utilizing a case study approach with descriptive quantitative methods, the research draws on primary data from interviews with tax and accounting personnel and secondary data from financial statements and withholding tax records for the 2023 fiscal year. The findings reveal significant inaccuracies in PPh 23 withholdings on service-related expenses, leading to a positive fiscal adjustment of IDR 470,000,000. This adjustment directly impacted taxable income and overall corporate tax obligations. Contributing factors include insufficient internal controls and limited staff comprehension of tax regulations. The study emphasizes the necessity for enhanced internal governance and staff capacity-building to ensure accurate tax compliance and mitigate fiscal risks.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to raise students’ awareness and pride in using proper and correct Indonesian amid the challenges of globalization and popular culture. The activity was carried out in three stages: planning, implementation (material delivery and simulation), and evaluation. The results show that students often mix Indonesian with foreign languages and slang. This outreach successfully motivated students to use Indonesian more actively in appropriate communication contexts. The activity is expected to promote the preservation of the Indonesian language as a national identity.

Abstract

Interfaith marriage is a complex issue with far-reaching legal, religious and social implications. This research analyzes the role of Islamic law in addressing interfaith marriage, focusing on the dynamics between harmonization and conflict. Through a literature review and survey, this research identifies the factors that influence the acceptance or rejection of interfaith marriage from an Islamic perspective. According to the questionnaire survey results, the majority of respondents rejected interfaith marriage absolutely, reflecting the strong traditional views in the Muslim community. However, there are also groups that allow these marriages under certain conditions, such as one of the couple converting. This shows the plurality of views in Islamic society regarding the issue of interfaith marriage. This shows the dynamics between religious norms and complex social realities in the context of interfaith marriage globally. Although Islamic law generally prohibits interfaith marriage, social practice shows that there are variations in its application.

Abstract

The challenges of the 21st century require students to have the ability to analyse, solve problems, and creativity through Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) based learning. Learning implemented in schools must be able to develop critical thinking, creative thinking, collaboration and communication skills. The main purpose of HOTS is to improve learners' thinking ability at a higher level, especially in receiving various types of information, solving problems, arguing well, and making decisions in complex situations. Through HOTS, learners are expected to learn new things and apply them to different situations. The methods used included lectures, questions and answers, and practice in preparing HOTS-based syllabus and lesson plans. The resource person provided material on the concept of HOTS and LOTS based on Bloom's Taxonomy, as well as how to integrate them in the syllabus and lesson plans. The results of this activity show that teachers have understood the preparation of HOTS-based syllabus and lesson plans, although there are still some obstacles in applying the HOTS concept.

Abstract

Pengelolaan pembelajaran merupakan komponen kunci dalam membentuk kedisiplinan siswa yang merupakan salah satu indikator penting keberhasilan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana penerapan manajemen pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah fenomenologi, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan analisis dokumen seperti peraturan sekolah dan laporan kehadiran siswa. Analisis tematik digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi pola dan tema utama yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan pembelajaran dan kedisiplinan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan peraturan kelas yang jelas, konsistensi pelaksanaan, dan penguatan positif seperti penghargaan atas perilaku yang baik berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kedisiplinan siswa. Pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa lebih patuh terhadap peraturan, lebih fokus, dan kecil kemungkinannya untuk melanggar peraturan. Namun, faktor-faktor seperti latar belakang keluarga merupakan tantangan yang memerlukan pendekatan individual. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan pembelajaran yang terstruktur, humanis dan berorientasi pada pembentukan karakter dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan menunjang kedisiplinan siswa secara berkelanjutan.
