Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara langsung maupun tidak langsung pengaruh kualitas layanan dan inovasi layanan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung melalui kepercayaan pengunjung sebagai Variabel intervening pada Pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Bondowoso. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 120 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan WarpPLS 7.0. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan pengunjung, inovasi layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan pengunjung, kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung, inovasi layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung, kepercayaan pengunjung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Secara tidak langsung kualitas layanan dan inovasi layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung melalui kepercayaan pengunjung

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of work family conflict and work flexibility on the performance of employees of the Goods and Services Procurement Section of the Bondowoso Regency Regional Secretariat. The number of samples for this study was 126. The analysis technique used was Structural Equation Model (SEM) using WarpPLS 7.0. The results of data analysis show that the variables work family conflict, work motivation and work flexibility partially have a significant effect on the performance of employees in the Goods and Services Procurement Section of the Regional Secretariat of Bondowoso Regency

Abstract

In an era of increasingly advanced and developing information technology, the use of technology in various aspects of life has had a significant impact, including in the public service sector. In this context, employee performance and the use of information technology play an important role in providing good satisfaction to society. Good employee performance in service organizations greatly influences community satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine directly or indirectly the effect of employee performance and the use of information technology on public satisfaction at the UPTD Motorized Vehicle Testing Department of Transportation, Jember Regency. The number of samples in this study were 230 respondents using the Hair formula. The analysis technique used is SEM using WarpPLS 7.0. The results of the data analysis show that (1) employee performance has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction, (2) the use of information technology has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction

Abstract

This article explores the crucial role of students and scholars in Indonesia's socio-political dynamics, with a particular focus on general elections and political empowerment. Santri, as a young generation of intellectuals in Islamic boarding schools, have a great responsibility to actively participate in elections in order to elect leaders with integrity and maintain conduciveness and peace during the election process. Meanwhile, scholars, with their significant influence, play a role not only as spiritual guides but also as agents of change that empower society through political education, enlighten on the importance of healthy political participation, and maintain integrity in the political process. This article also underlines the importance of pesantren as traditional Islamic educational institutions that play a vital role in religious education and active participation in social and political life. In this context, Islamic boarding schools such as the Al Azhar Islamic Boarding School and the Islamic Moral Development Lajnah (LPAI) of Jember Regency also play an important role as activity partners that support community political empowerment with as many as 60 participants from each LPAI recitation every month. Scholars in practical politics often cause debate because of their great influence and dual functions. The presence of ulama is expected to bring coolness, peace, and moral strength in the government. In the context of elections, people often show a decreased enthusiasm to participate, which is caused by a lack of political influence on their lives. Therefore, campaigns are needed to increase the enthusiasm of public participation in the political process. The dynamics of political mobilization based on religious identity are inseparable from the role of religious institutions such as Islamic boarding schools and religious leaders such as kiai. Students, who are educated in Islamic boarding schools, tend to have different lives and views from the general public, often only focusing on religious sciences without being accompanied by general knowledge. With the development of the times, pesantren are also involved in politics, and the role of pesantren in the political process is increasingly visible. Political leaders often approach pesantren for support, demonstrating the importance of pesantren in Indonesia's social and political life. This article emphasizes that the active role of students and scholars is very important in strengthening democracy, maintaining peace, and empowering the community through political education to create justice, welfare, and peace for the Indonesian people

Abstract

Institutions that provide zakat amil have lofty social objectives. Enhancing employee performance within these institutions has the potential to improve community services and have a larger social impact. Spiritual principles frequently serve as the foundation for work ethics and motivation in zakat amil institutions. The study aims to examine how employee engagement and interpersonal communication are mediated by organizational citizenship behavior based on spirituality (OCBBOS) and how this affects the work output of employees at Amil Zakat Institution. The Amil Zakat Institutions located in the province of East Java include the population under study. The sampling method used is proportional random sampling. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS is the data analysis technique employed in this study. The study's findings indicate that OCBBOS is influenced by interpersonal interactions and employee engagement. Employee performance is influenced by interpersonal communication and employee engagement. Employee performance is impacted by OCBBOS. Through OCBBOS, interpersonal communication and employee engagement affect employee performance. The novelty of the research is that OCBBOS is an intervening variable because OCBBOS is an organizational behavior factor that can influence a person's performance. The research's practical implication is that it can serve as a model for other social institutions looking to better achieve social goals by fusing administrative techniques and spiritual principles.

Abstract

Melihat potensi besar yang dimiliki oleh Wisata Ijen Geopark, Pemerintah Kabupaten Bondowoso dan Banyuwangi telah berusaha untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berperan dalam peningkatan jumlah kunjungan setelah Wisata Ijen Geopark diakui sebagai Unesco Global Geopark (aUGGp) pada tahun 2023. Langkah awal pengajuan sebagai calon anggota Jaringan Geopark Internasional pada Unesco World Geopark dilakukan oleh IJen aspiring Unesco Geopark pada tahun 2020. Terkait dampak terhadap kehidupan liar yang muncul akibat aktivitas pariwisata, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemeliharaan situs dan lingkungan sekitarnya merupakan hal yang krusial. Selain itu, analisis anggota pelaksana harian geopark mengindikasikan bahwa kriteria khusus yang dapat diamati secara langsung menjadi acuan dalam pengembangan promosi Wisata Ijen Geopark ini.

Abstract

This type of research is literacy research to dissect the intellectual qualities and struggles of the founder of Muhammadiyah (KH. Ahmad Dahlan) and the founder of Nahdlatul Ulama (KH. Hasyim Asy’ari). This research is focused on exploring the intellectual treasures that have been produced by Indonesian educational figures in the past regarding the relationship between nationalism and religion. The approach used in this research is a Historical-Sociological approach. The analysis was carried out using interpretation, internal coherence and comparison methods. This research starts from the assumption that among the emphases of the various treasures of thought of past Indonesian educational figures is an emphasis on the spirit of nationalism-religion. From the results of a study of thinking. K.H. Ahmad Dahlan, and K.H. It is known to Hasyim Asy’ari that even though the social setting in which the educational thinking of these two educational figures emerged is the same, namely the colonial context, they have different paradigms about how education should be implemented. K.H. Ahmad Dahlan saw that Dutch political policies and the existing education system at that time were unfavorable for efforts to revive Islam and liberation from the shackles of colonialism. From here emerged the idea of modernizing Islamic education. K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari sees that the modernization of Western-style education can fade religious values and noble cultural values of the nation which can weaken the fighting spirit against colonialism. From here emerged the spirit of traditionalism. K.H.’s thoughts Ahmad Dahlan has a high commitment to the development of nationalism through the development of progressive Islamic education and eliminating the dichotomy between santri and non-santri. While K.H.’s thoughts Hasyim Asy’ari has a high commitment to the development of nationalism through building national morals based on Islamic religious values and national culture.

Abstract

Transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan keuangan sekolah merupakan aspek penting dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan publik dan efisiensi penggunaan dana pendidikan. Namun, banyak lembaga pendidikan, khususnya di daerah rural seperti MA Muhammadiyah 1 Andongsari Ambulu, masih mengalami kesulitan dalam pengelolaan laporan keuangan yang sistematis dan mudah dipertanggungjawabkan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem manajemen keuangan sekolah berbasis digital guna meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi penerapan sistem keuangan sederhana berbasis spreadsheet. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan tim keuangan sekolah dalam menyusun laporan keuangan yang rapi dan terstandarisasi. Diharapkan sistem ini dapat menjadi model percontohan untuk sekolah-sekolah lain yang menghadapi tantangan serupa

Abstract

Loyalty is very important because the health center (Puskesmas) is a primary healthcare facility that provides basic services, both for patients enrolled in the BPJS Kesehatan program and for the general public. Patient loyalty depends on the implementation of customer relationship management and the creation of customer bonding, which will foster patient satisfaction. This study aims to examine the influence of customer relationship management and customer bonding on loyalty mediated by satisfaction. The research population consists of all patients visiting the health center from January to December 2024. The number of respondents is determined using Slovin's formula, totaling 100 individuals. The method used is partial least squares for analyzing the outer model and inner model tests. The results of the direct influence tests indicate that: CRM has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction, customer bonding has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction, CRM has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty, customer bonding has a positive but not significant effect on patient loyalty, and patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty. The indirect effect test shows that patient satisfaction plays a positive and significant role in strengthening the influence of CRM on patient loyalty, and patient satisfaction also plays a positive and significant role in strengthening the influence of customer bonding on patient loyalty.

Abstract

The main issue related to malnutrition is parental knowledge. Education also affects parents' mindset regarding health issues. Higher education levels among parents influence their ability to correctly receive or understand information about maintaining their own health and that of their children, especially in providing adequate nutrition. Parents who are sensitive to education will strive to seek information to enhance their knowledge. Malnutrition issues generally occur in children of preschool age. This research was conducted at the Tamanan Health Center with the aim of testing and analyzing the influence of service quality and facilities on patient satisfaction, mediated by the competence of the staff. The research subjects were parents with preschool children participating in nutrition service programs at both the Tamanan Health Center and the integrated health posts (Posyandu) within the Tamanan Health Center's working area. The study was conducted from March to May 2025, involving 140 respondents. The results show that the provision of supplementary food has a positive and significant impact on the health program for preschool children at the Tamanan Health Center. Nutritional counseling has a positive effect but is not significant for the health program at the Tamanan Health Center. The provision of supplementary food positively impacts but is not significant for the nutritional improvement targets for preschool children at the Tamanan Health Center. Nutritional counseling positively and significantly affects the nutritional improvement targets for preschool children at the Tamanan Health Center in Bondowoso. The health program positively and significantly influences the nutritional improvement targets for preschool children at the Tamanan Health Center in Bondowoso. The provision of supplementary food has a positive and significant effect on nutritional improvement targets through the health program at the Tamanan Health Center in Bondowoso. Nutritional counseling has a positive effect but is not significant for the nutritional improvement targets through the health program at the Tamanan Health Center in Bondowoso.
