Abstract

BMT Maslahah Branch Besuk Agung is still facing several challenges and obstacles in offering mudharabah financing products to its customers. One of the main issues is the low level of public understanding regarding the concept of sharia financing, which often leads to reluctance to utilize the products offered, even though they have pressing financial needs. Therefore, the implementation of effective marketing strategies and customer education becomes crucial to increasing market share. This research focuses on analyzing the factors affecting the low market share of mudharabah financing products and identifying marketing strategies that can be applied to attract more customers. The research methodology employed is a qualitative approach with a case study strategy, where data collection is conducted through in-depth interviews and direct observation at BMT Maslahah Branch Besuk Agung. The findings indicate that enhancing customer awareness of sharia financing products, along with the development of comprehensive educational programs, can significantly drive the growth of the customer base and improve the profitability of the BMT. All proposed marketing strategies are designed to meet customer needs and maximize the positive impact on market share. The BMT also implements innovations in products and services while strengthening relationships with customers through continuous and responsive communication. Therefore, this study provides valuable insights for BMT Maslahah in optimizing the potential of mudharabah financing and expanding access to sharia financial services in the region.

Abstract

The research intends to investigate the influence of consumptive behavior, financial literacy, and peers on the saving behavior of active students of batch two thousand two one of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UNZAH. Employing a quantitative method with a causal associative research, the study examines the relationship among multiple variables. Data was gathered via questionnaire distributed to 136 students selected through the method of saturated sampling. Multiple linear regression was applied for the analytical method, involving instrument test, classical assumption test, T test, F test, and R2 utilizing the IBM SPSS 26. Findings suggest that partially, a significant negative impact was found on the relation of consumptive behavior and saving behavior, while a significant positive impact was found on the financial literacy as well as peers with student saving habit. Simultaneously, the three independent variables have a big impact on saving behavior with a determination value of sixty-eight, eight percent, which means that sixty-eight, eight percent of the saving behavior variation can be interpreted by these three variables.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Anemia selama kehamilan dapat meningkatkan risiko perdarahan saat persalinan, kelahiran prematur, dan berat badan lahir rendah. Pencegahan anemia pada ibu hamil perlu dilakukan melalui pemenuhan kebutuhan zat besi, edukasi gizi, serta pemeriksaan antenatal secara rutin. Tujuan: Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan perilaku ibu hamil dalam mencegah anemia melalui edukasi gizi berbasis pangan lokal, khususnya pemanfaatan daun kelor sebagai sumber zat besi alami. Metode: Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode sosialisasi dan tanya jawab. Hasil: Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang pentingnya konsumsi zat besi dan pemanfaatan daun kelor sebagai alternatif alami pencegahan anemia. Simpulan: Kolaborasi aktif antara tim pengabdi dan masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan partisipatif mampu memperkuat upaya promotif dan preventif dalam menjaga kesehatan ibu hamil, khususnya di daerah dengan prevalensi anemia tinggi.

Abstract

Program tanggung jawab suatu perusahaan dapat dilihat dari komitmen perusahaan yang berperan serta membangun ekonomi yang berkelanjutan melalui program CSR. Adaro Foundation merupakan salah satu pilar untuk mengkoordinasikan program-program Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan Grup Adaro melalui Yayasan Adaro Bangun Negeri. Grup Adaro terus berkontribusi dengan melaksanakan tanggung jawab sosialnya yang disebut “Adaro Nyalakan Perubahan” terhadap masyarakat. Salah satu kegiatan CSR Adaro Group melalui YABN yaitu Program Adaro Santri Sejahtera (PASS). Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui efektivitas peran YABN pada program CSR Adaro Group dalam meningkatkan citra perusahaan Di Kabupaten Tabalong. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan inkuiri naratif dan bersifat deskriptif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Program CSR yang dilakukan oleh YABN telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan efektif. Program CSR yang dilakukan YABN saat ini meningkat menjadi pengawasan seluruh kegiatan CSR Adaro Group. Peran YABN pada program PASS sangat memahami akan kebutuhan pokok di 3 Ponpes binaan dengan fokus bantuan pada 3 bidang usaha. Bantuan yang disalurkan yaitu berbentuk dana maupun barang dan disalurkan tanpa mengharapkan timbal balik dari dana yang diberikan. Kesimpulan yaitu Program CSR Adaro Group pada Program PASS yang dijalankan oleh YABN, mampu memberikan manfaat besar kepada penerima CSR yang berfokus pada pemberdayaan Ponpes dan masyarakat sekitar, khususnya untuk efektivitas kegiatan yang diberikan YABN dapat meningkatkan citra perusahaan baik dari aspek ekonomi maupun aspek lainnya.

Abstract

This community service activity, which is a form of higher education tridharma obligation, aims to increase the professionalism and competence of teachers/teachers at the Junior High School (SMP) level in the city of Palangka Raya. The material presented in this community service activity is in the form of various interactive and interesting learning methods in teaching in English and making interactive learning media with the Microsoft PowerPoint application. This service activity was carried out on Saturday, February 03, 2024 at the STMIK Palangkaraya campus hall. The target of this community service activity is the teachers/teachers of Junior High Schools (SMP) in the city of Palangka Raya. The method of this activity uses the form of presentations and training which are then followed by discussions between participants and presenters. The costs for this community service activity are fully sourced from STMIK Palangkaraya through the Research, Publication and Community Service Unit (UP3M). The results of this community service can be concluded that the activity participants gained additional knowledge to further enhance their respective professionalism and competence

Abstract

Abstract A franchise agreement is an agreement between the Franchisor and the Franchisee which gives the Franchisee the right to run a business using intellectual property rights, inventions, or characteristics of the Franchisor's business with certain compensation and conditions determined by the Franchisor. In this research, the focus is the evaluation of the Anak Negeri Ice Tea franchise agreement from the perspective of positive law and Islamic law. This research applies prescriptive normative legal methods in analyzing law as the object of research. Data was collected through library research, and the analysis was qualitative descriptive using a deductive approach based on relevant concepts or theories. The results of the research reveal several things: First, according to the positive law of the Civil Code, the Anak Negeri Ice Tea franchise business agreement faces deficiencies in the contents of the contract because it does not regulate sanctions for franchisees (franchise recipients) who violate it. This deficiency raises questions about the legal validity of the agreement. Second, the franchisee's actions in reselling the Es Teh Anak Negeri trademark could be considered a form of monopoly or a violation of unfair business competition law according to the Trade Code. Third, the actions of the Es Teh Anak Negeri franchisee in duplicating intellectual property rights by reselling the trademarks that have been purchased can be considered an unfair act or a form of injustice. Keywords: Agreement, Franchise, Positive Law, Islamic Law Abstrak Perjanjian waralaba (franchise) adalah kesepakatan antara Pemberi Waralaba dan Penerima Waralaba yang memberi Penerima Waralaba hak untuk menjalankan bisnis menggunakan hak kekayaan intelektual, penemuan, atau ciri khas usaha Pemberi Waralaba dengan imbalan tertentu dan syarat-syarat yang ditetapkan oleh Pemberi Waralaba. Dalam penelitian ini, fokusnya adalah evaluasi perjanjian waralaba Es Teh Anak Negeri dari sudut pandang hukum positif dan hukum Islam. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode hukum normatif yang bersifat preskriptif dalam menganalisis hukum sebagai objek penelitiannya. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi kepustakaan (library research), dan analisisnya bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deduktif berdasarkan konsep atau teori yang relevan. Hasil penelitian mengungkap beberapa hal: Pertama, menurut hukum positif KUHPerdata, perjanjian bisnis waralaba Es Teh Anak Negeri menghadapi kekurangan dalam isi kontrak karena tidak mengatur sanksi bagi franchisee (penerima waralaba) yang melanggar. Kekurangan ini memunculkan pertanyaan akan keabsahan hukum perjanjian tersebut. Kedua, tindakan franchisee yang menjual kembali merek dagang Es Teh Anak Negeri dapat dianggap sebagai bentuk monopoli atau pelanggaran hukum persaingan usaha yang tidak sehat menurut KUHDagang. Ketiga, tindakan franchisee Es Teh Anak Negeri yang menggandakan hak kekayaan intelektual dengan menjual kembali merek dagang yang telah dibeli dapat dianggap sebagai tindakan yang tidak adil atau sebagai bentuk kezaliman.
