Abstract

This paper describes how to use the WhatsApp group as a communication medium for the Riswo Village Druju Sumbermanjing Wetan Malang. It is a descriptive qualitative research using the approach of organizational communication. This study uses face negotiation theory. This theory uses the concept of facework as a verbal and nonverbal strategy that is used to maintain, maintain or enhance social self-image or attack, maintain the social image of others. The results of the study explain that the management of the Druju Village Riswo uses solidarity facework and sensitivity facework in communicating through the WhatsApp application in running the organization's wheels. Organizational communication carried out by Riswo Village management of Druju Sumbermanjing Wetan Malang in accordance with organizational communication functions including, informative, regulative, persuasive and integrative functions. The target audience of the Drwo Village Riswo administrators in this study were all the Drwo Village Riswo administrators who had been recruited and became part of the Riswomprogram Riswomilik Pesuju management group of Druju Village. There are three uses of the WhatsApp group as an organizational communication medium. First, it is more efficient in terms of time, space and resources. Second, it facilitates participation, understanding and reception of messages, and third, satisfaction in the use of WhatsApp groups.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between self-control and extrovert personality with impulsive buying. The subjects in this study were online game players in Indonesia. Samples were taken using the purposive sampling technique and using table theory from Isaac & Michael in determining the number of samples and obtained 272 respondents. The analysis used is multiple linear regression and the results of the analysis show that there is a significant relationship between self-control and extrovert personality with impulsive buying in online game players. In addition, self-control and extrovert personality provide an effective contribution of 13.5% to impulsive buying and the remaining 86.5% is influenced by other factors that have not been studied by researchers.    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan kontrol diri dan kepribadian ekstrovert dengan impulsive buying. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu para pemain game online di indonesia. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan memakai teori tabel dari Isaac & Michael dalam menentukan jumlah sampel dan diperoleh 272 responden. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda dan dari hasil analisis tersebut menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kontrol diri dan kepribadian ekstrovert dengan impulsive buying pada pemain game online. Selain itu Kontrol diri dan Kepribadian Ekstrovert memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 13.5 % terhadap Impulsive buying dan sisanya 86.5 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang belum diteliti oleh peneliti.

Abstract

Pada tahun 2020 ini, dunia dihebohkan dengan adanya wabah baru yang dikenal dengan covid-19. Dalam menghadapi pandemic covid-19 pemerintah Indonesia telah melakukan berbagai upaya untuk memutus rantai penyebaran Covid-19, namun banyak masyarakat yang tidak mentaati peraturan pemerintah. Artikel ini merupakan sebuah literature review dari beberapa artikel terkait, pencarian literature dilakukan dengan mencari literature yang relevan. Pada masa pandemic covid-19 komunikasi yang baik dalam sebuah keluarga sangat diperlukan, dalam artian keluarga dapat saling memberikan pengertian, saling mengingatkan untuk tetap dirumah saja dan mentaati aturan pemerintah. Oleh sebab itu peranan komunikasi dalam keluarga harus lebih ditingkatkan karena, Komunikasi yang kurang intensif sangat rentan menjadi penyebab disfungsi komunikasi.

Abstract

The enthusiasm of students in achieving learning goals is influenced by intrinsic and extrinsic factors. Intrinsic factors include motivation, talent, interest, and personality. While extrinsic factors include the role of parents, the learning process at school, and the social environment. Especially in class XII students who are in a tentative period in determining their careers. Career planning and maturity are obtained through informative guidance services. Therefore, this study aims to determine the contribution of informative career study guidance services in increasing learning motivation. The research method focuses on a literature review approach or literature review. The results showed that there was a contribution of informative guidance services in increasing learning motivation in class XII students.

Abstract

Efektifitas pembelajaran online bergantung pada pembelajaran mandiri siswa yang didukung dengan sikap serta kepribadian siswa. Siswa membutuhkan kemampuan dalam menguasai penggunaan perangkat teknologi dan tidak hanya itu siswa juga dihadapkan dengan pengaturan otonomi kegiatan dan interaksi secara online yang kurang spontan menyebablan penundaan dalam pengerjaa tugas. Prokrastinasi masih sering dilakukan, prokrastinasi merupakan penghindaran melakukan tugas yang perlu dicapai dengan waktu tertentu. Tidak hanya itu, dengan adanya bantuan dari layanan konseling Cognitive Behavior Therapy, siswa akan dibantu secara penuh untuk melakukan penekanan pada prokrastinasi akademik mereka. Maka dari itu, harus diadakan upaya serta strategi yang dilakukan agar prokrastinasi akademik yang dilakukan oleh siswa dapat direduksi dengan adanya pengendalian dengan adanya Konseling CBT dengan teknik Cognitive Restructuring. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan pada penelitian kali ini adalah literatur review atau studi literatur dengan digunakannya penerapan pada artikel sebagai bentuk literatur atau sumber yakni dari artikel, jurnal, dan buku yang selaras dengan topik pembahasan pada artikel. Yang menghasilkan adanya hubungan negatif antara prokrastinasi dan konseling cognitive behavior therapy.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the behavior of students who are less disciplined in obeying school rules, doing assignments. This study was made with the aim of knowing the effectiveness of group guidance services using self-management techniques to improve student learning discipline. The thing that will change from this group guidance service with self-management technique is the attitude of learning discipline and low responsibility. This research method is a qualitative method with a literature review approach by using theoretical studies from various sources. The result of this study are group guidance services using effective self-management techniques to improve student learning discipline.

Abstract

Alasan yang mendorong saya untuk menulis paragraf literature review ini adalah untuk membahas mengenai bagaimana efektivitas pelatihan kemandirian dalam upaya meningkatkan kemandirian pada difabel. Difabel ialah kelainan sehingga mengalami kesulitan dan hambatan dalam menjalani aktivitasnya. Kelainan fisik dan mental yang dialami seringkali membuat mereka putus asa dan hilangnnya harapan menjalani hidup. Namun, juga ada penyandang disabilitas yang berusaha menjadikan keterbatasannya sebagai semangat untuk hidup mandiri. Salah satu yang mempengaruhi penyandang disabilitas sulit dalam menjalani hidupnya yaitu rendahnya tingkat kemandirian. Rendahnya kemandirian ini ditandai dengan kemampuan sulit gerak dan bertindak karena keterbatasan fisik dimiliki. Dalam proses meningkatkan rendahnya kemandirian ini dilakukan melalui bimbingan pelatihan kemandirian kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini, menggunakan proses perolehan data yang diperoleh melalui metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan litarature review, yaitu cara yang digunakan memperoleh sumber dari jurnal, artikel, dan buku dan berbagai data penelitian yang sudah ada. Gagasan atau permasalahan utama yang akan dibahas dalam artikel literature review ini adalah Upaya Meningkatkan Kemandirian Pada Penyandang Disabilitas ini Melalui Pelatihan Kemandirian. Sedangkan kemandirian pada penyandang disabilitas diartikan sebagai mampu menghadapi kondisi yang mana kondisi tersebut bisa menjadikan disabilitas untuk hidup mandiri demi mencapai masa depan yang lebih baik. Hasil penelitian litarature review menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh pelatihan kemandirian dalam meningkatkan kemandirian difabel.

Abstract

The learning environment is one of the keys to the success of the learning process and the achievement of learning objectives. A conducive learning environment can increase students ' interest in learning and activeness of learning. However, since the Covid-19 pandemic, the education system has undergone many changes, especially in the implementation process. Learning that was initially offline becomes online. This is certainly a challenge for every teacher. Building the conductivity of the online learning environment with offline is certainly very different, both in terms of obstacles, methods, and efforts that can be done. This research aims to find out how efforts to build the conductivity of the online learning environment in the PAI learning process in order to achieve the maximum PAI learning objectives. The research method used is qualitative with library research method on online learning environment, conducive learning environment, conducive online learning environment, and PAI learning. The research hypothesis suggests that efforts to build a conducive online learning environment in the PAI learning process are by utilizing a fun online platform, building a positive perception of online learning, streamlining the role of the family as a relationship with teachers, and optimizing several existing theories in educational psychology.

Abstract

Creative thinking needs serious attention because it is one of the essential skills in the 21st Century that supports academic and professional success. This research aims to systematically review the literature regarding strategies for improving creative thinking in students. The study is a Systematic Literature Review (SRL) involving 15 journals published in 2018-2022 and examines the topic of creative thinking skills, improving creative thinking skills, or training creative thinking skills. The journal search was done using a search engine (Google Chrome). The data that has been collected will be analyzed descriptively according to the existing research questions—data analysis using meta-synthesis. The research results show that creative thinking is an idea-construction process emphasizing fluency, flexibility, originality and elaboration. Students' creative thinking abilities can be improved by implementing scientific learning strategies. Several learning models that can improve students' creative thinking abilities include Creative Problem problem-solving, Discovery Learning, Scientific Critical Creative Thinking Model, STEM-E Model, problem-solving learning and Contextual Learning, Problem-Based Learning, project-based Learning, Authentic Learning, and Research-Based Learning

Abstract

Confidence in the culture, confidence in the private nation, confidence in the noble values that have been agreed ingrained in the heart is a good planting process used to save from the civilization of several nations. With the increasingly liberal era of globalization requires merging of values in local wisdom. One of the products of this local culture is the folklore from East Java, Cindelaras. The purpose of this study is to find the messages contained in fairy tales or folklore Cindelaras to increase children's confidence and revive old stories so that Indonesian cultures in any form, not eroded by other cultures. The results of the study after studying the research will discuss about what makes reading fairy tales to children increases their confidence, this is related to the values that can be taken from each of these tales. If examined one by one from each incident in a fairy tale, children will take more essence from it. On the other hand this is a step to involve local traditions and culture.
