Abstract

Pergerakan revolusi industri 4.0 yang menggema beberapa tahun terakhir ini berdampak pada perubahan cara kerja di berbagai bidang terutama di bidang bisnis baik itu bisnis barang atau jasa. Konsumen barang dan pengguna jasa mulai melakukan pergeseran dengan lebih besar mempergunakan platform digital untuk membeli barang tau hanya sekedar window shopping. Mitra kegiatan pengabdian skema kewilayahan (PbM-KL) ini yang pertama adalah Kelompok Tani Madu Taruna Karya yang ada di Dusun Karangkamal, Desa Margacinta Kecamatan Cijulang. Sedangkan mitra kedua adalah Pemerintah Desa Margacinta Kecamatan Cijulang. Kelompok Tani Taruna Karya berpartisi aktif dalam merealisasikan pengembangan Kampung Madu sebagai ekowisata berbasis lebah madu. Persoalan mitra yakni belum memahami tentang digital marketing,belum terampil mengoperasikan media sosial dan digital marketplace, serta belum bisa membuat konten pemaran produk untuk diunggah di media digital. Target yang diupayakan yakni mitra dapat mengetahui digital marketing, terampil mempergunakan media sosial dan digital marketplace, serta dapat membuat konten pemasaran digital. Luaran lain yaitu publikasi media masa dan video terunggah media sosial. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan, pendampingan dan pelatihan.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the direct and indirect influence of digital marketing strategies, brand awareness and the application of big data technology, their impact on business success. The study was conducted on consumers online shop daster convection in Tasikmalaya. Sampling is carried out using techniquespropotioned startisfied random sampling, with a total sample size of 240 respondents, who are regular customers who transact every month at the Mimima Fashion, Beauty Hijab Tisa and Irma Laila store convections. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is path analysis using the SPSS version 27 application. The results of this research show that: 1) Digital marketing strategy and business success are in very good condition, while brand awareness and application of big data technology are in good condition. 2) Digital marketing strategies, brand awareness and the application of big data technology partially have a positive and significant effect on business success. 3) Digital marketing strategy, brand awareness and the application of big data technology simultaneously have a significant influence on business success for consumers of the daster convection online shop in Tasikmalaya. Abstract

AbstractBackground of the Problem: The research focuses on the management process of guiding teacher soft skills through halaqoh activities for improved academic achievement succession at MI Al-Islam, Grobagan, Surakarta. This sets the context and highlights the significance of investigating the topic. Research Objectives:The objectives of the study are to describe the management process involved in guiding teacher soft skills through halaqoh activities and to identify the benefits derived from this guidance for teachers and students. This section outlines the specific goals of the research. Methodology: The research methodology employed a qualitative approach. The study gathered data through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The participants included principals, musyrifs, mu'allims, and teachers involved in halaqoh activities. This section provides an overview of the research methodology and data collection methods used. Conclusion: The study yielded four significant findings. Firstly, the planning phase involved formulating objectives, establishing standardization, preparing agendas, and creating SOPs. Secondly, the organizing phase assigned tasks to principals, musyrifs, and mu'allims. Thirdly, the implementation of halaqoh activities resulted in improved worship quality, controlled Quran recitation, and enhanced teacher soft skills. Lastly, control measures were carried out by the principal and mu'allims. This section summarizes the key findings obtained from the research. Abstract

Dislokasi sendi merupakan kondisi medis di mana dua ujung tulang pada sendi yang bersentuhan Dislokasi merupakan kondisi medis di mana dua ujung tulang pada sendi yang bersentuhan terlepas atau bergeser dari posisi normalnya. Pada atlet, dislokasi adalah salah satu cedera yang sering terjadi, terutama karena aktivitas fisik yang melibatkan gerakan cepat, kekuatan tinggi, dan perubahan arah secara mendadak. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh PHYTREMISPRO (Physical training, Stretching dinamis, Protective equipment sport) terhadap perilaku pencegahan dislokasi pada atlet volley. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre- experimental design dengan rancangan one group pretest-posttest design. Teknik sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling didapatkan 38 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi, analisa data dengan uji wilcoxon. Penelitian didapatkan sebelum pemberian penerapan tehnik PHYTREMISPRO perilaku pencegahan dislokasi pada atlet volley kurang sedangkan sesudah pemberian intervensi hampir seluruhnya mempunyai perilaku pncegahan yang baik. Hasil uji wilcoxon didapatkan hasil ada Pengaruh tehnik PHYTREMISPRO terhadap perilaku pencegahan dislokasi pada atlet volley (p value = 0,000). Pemberian edukasi tentang tehnik PHYTREMISPRO dengan metode video demonstrasi  dapat mudah dipahami sehingga meningkatkan perilaku pencegahan dislokasi. Diharapkan untuk mencegah dislokasi, atlet perlu menjalani program latihan yang mencakup penguatan otot, fleksibilitas, dan keseimbangan. Pemanasan yang baik sebelum beraktivitas serta teknik bermain yang benar sangat penting dalam mengurangi risiko cedera.

Abstract

This reseacrh aims to determine the effect of integrity zone development on public service quality and anti-corruption perceptions; the effect of integrity zone development on organisational performance; and the effect of integrity zone development on organisational performance through public service quality and anti-corruption perceptions. This research was quantitative with a descriptive approach, using primary data and partial least squares structural equation model (PLS-SEM) analysis techniques. The results of this study concluded that there was a significant positive influence between the development of integrity zones on the quality of public services and anti-corruption perceptions; there was a positive and significant influence between the development of integrity zones on organisational performance; and there was a significant positive influence between the development of integrity zones on organisational performance through the quality of public services and anti-corruption perceptions. The implication is that the development of integrity zones in universities in Tasikmalaya has the potential to improve organisational performance through improving the quality of public services and accelerating anti-corruption efforts

Abstract

Desa-desa wisata di seluruh wilayah Indonesia menampilkan pengalaman yang sangat unik bagi pengunjung atau wisatawan, seiring dengan terpenuhinya kehidupan yang berkelanjutan bagi komunitas wisata lokal. Ekosistem yang tercipta dari kemasan antara pengalaman hidup di pedesaan, alam terbuka dan kesenian merupakan refleksi penerapan desa wisata. Desa wisata hadir untuk memberikan pengalaman yang autentik dan eksotik dalam menjelajahi kehidupan pedesaan khususnya di Desa Neglasari Kabupaten Tasikmalaya Provinsi Jawa Barat sekaligus menghadirkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaannya sejak mulai dari kelompok sadar wisata, badan usaha milik desa, maupun kelompok masyarakat lainnya. Tantangan ekonomi dan lingkungan yang terus berkembang, membuat pengelola desa wisata perlu mengikuti perubahan zaman untuk tetap sejalan dengan perkembangan dan dilakukan secara berkelanjutan. Sehingga dibutuhkan kecermatan dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengantisipasi tantangan dan persoalan terkait dengan keberadaan desa wisata. Diperlukan Model bisnis yang dipergunakan untuk mengelola desa wisata saat ini, dan perlu di up-grade untuk memastikan keberlangsungan sosial, ekonomi dan lingkungan. Salah satu model bisnis yang masih relevan untuk mengembangkan model bisnis baru adalah menggunakan Sosial Economic Business Model Canvas, selanjutnya disingkat SEBMC. SEBMC merupakan sala satu alat yang efektif untuk mendesain, menggambarkan, dan menganalisis model SEBMC yang memiliki sembilan elemen kunci, yaikni Segmentasi Pelanggan, Proposisi Nilai, Saluran Distribusi, Hubungan dengan Pelanggan, Sumber Pendapatan, Sumber Daya Kunci, Aktivitas Kunci, Mitra Kunci, dan Struktur Biaya. Target yang diupayakan bagi mitra adalah dapat merancang, menyusun, melakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan serta dapat menganalisis Social Economic Business Model Canvas

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work environment, and workplace boredom on employee performance through Cyberloafing behavior among employees at PT Geo Dipa Energi (Persero). The research employed a survey method with a quantitative descriptive approach, enabling systematic collection of numerical data to identify relationships among variables. The sample consisted of 339 employees selected purposively to reflect diverse perceptions regarding organizational culture, working conditions, and levels of boredom. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), which allows testing both direct and indirect effects among variables. The results indicate that organizational culture, work environment, and workplace boredom significantly affect employee performance, both directly and through Cyberloafing behavior. Cyberloafing was found to mediate the relationship between organizational culture, work environment, and employee boredom with performance, thereby either strengthening or weakening the influence of these variables on work outcomes. These findings highlight the importance of managing an organizational culture that promotes productivity, improving a conducive work environment, and reducing employee boredom levels. Additionally, controlling Cyberloafing behavior is crucial for optimizing employee performance. The study provides practical implications for the management of PT Geo Dipa Energi (Persero) in designing effective policies and programs to enhance work efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine and analyze the role of job placement in moderating the effect of competence and personality on employee performance at Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum in the Priangan Timur Region. The method used in the study was a survey with a descriptive quantitative approach. The sample size in the study was 226 karyawants, selected through cluster sampling. Data analysis used Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings with moderation effects showed that competence, personality, and job placement had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum in the Priangan Timur Region. Job placement strengthened the effect of competence and personality on employee performance at Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum in the Priangan Timur Region. The implication of this study showed that improving employee performance Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum in the Priangan Timur area could be achieved through integrated management of competence, personality, and job placement.
