Abstract

Assessment of employee performance is expected to know precisely the success in completing work. Employee performance appraisal is also useful for companies in providing feedback to employees and can be used as a basis for agencies to evaluate employee performance. Most government services currently utilize information technology as an information service to the public and the agency's internal services. In institutions, it is necessary to increase and develop the capabilities, knowledge and skills of its human resources, so that it is expected to be able to produce apparatuses that have competitive competencies. Therefore, the authors designed and built an employee performance appraisal system which was implemented using Electre and Web-based and Android methods. It is expected to be able to assist agencies in evaluating employee performance so that they can remain consistent in carrying out their duties as Civil Servants (PNS) within the scope of services to the community. This research uses the R&D method. researchers only use up to step 6. Based on the results of trials of 10 respondents who have assessed the decision making system using the electre method, that the application of employee performance appraisal using aggregate ranking can help provide information on the level of employee performance based on predetermined criteria. Respondents agree that this system is more efficient in assessing employee performance with an average of the old system = 43.50% while the new system is = 84.50%.

Abstract

The increasingly rapid development of technology has spread to every aspect of life, making people have to be technologically literate. At MTS Sunan Kalijaga Bawang, students carry out activities to gain knowledge and other activities. The students' parents provide them with food, drinks or money to shop in the school canteen. However, problems arise when eating and drinking are done outside the canteen zone. Observation results show that some students who eat and drink during breaks still throw away rubbish not in the places provided. The reason is that they are afraid that their hands will get dirty when opening the lid of the trash can, so they are reluctant to throw the trash where it is intended, resulting in the trash being scattered around. To overcome this problem, this research focuses on designing smart trash cans that can attract the interest of the public and MTS Sunan Kalijaga Bawang students to throw trash in the right place. This project uses the Arduino Uno platform to simplify and increase environmental awareness. Thus, the aim of this research is to create a more efficient and environmentally friendly waste processing system in schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi, inovasi produk, dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian produk lilin aromaterapi Senyap.id di Kabupaten Karanganyar. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh peningkatan minat masyarakat terhadap produk yang mendukung kesehatan mental dan relaksasi, serta tren positif bisnis lilin aromaterapi di Indonesia. Meskipun penjualan Senyap.id menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dari tahun 2021 hingga 2024, pola bulanan menunjukkan ketidakstabilan, yang memicu pertanyaan mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya. Hipotesis penelitian ini menduga adanya pengaruh signifikan promosi, inovasi produk, dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh konsumen yang pernah membeli produk lilin aromaterapi Senyap.id. Sampel sebanyak 100 responden diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dengan kriteria telah membeli produk dalam tiga bulan terakhir dan berusia minimal 17 tahun. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji t, dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (p-value = 0,000 < 0,05), inovasi produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (p-value = 0,001 < 0,05), dan brand image juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (p-value = 0,001 < 0,05). Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (F-hitung = 73,045 dengan p-value = 0,000 < 0,05). Koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,686 menunjukkan bahwa 68,6% variasi keputusan pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh promosi, inovasi produk, dan brand image. Disarankan agar Senyap.id terus meningkatkan kualitas promosi, mempertahankan dan mengembangkan inovasi produk, serta memperkuat brand image untuk menarik lebih banyak konsumen. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat mempertimbangkan penambahan variabel lain seperti harga dan kualitas produk, serta memperluas cakupan geografis responden

Abstract

As people age, muscle fibers tend to shrink and muscle mass decreases. This reduction in muscle mass directly affects muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, which in turn impacts overall physical fitness in the elderly. The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility among members of the TERA exercise group in the DIY. This research employed a descriptive method using a survey approach. The method used in this study is a survey method with data collection techniques through tests and measurements. The instruments used include Strength (Arm Curl Test), Endurance (2-Minute Step Test), and Flexibility (Chair Sit and Reach Test). The subjects in this study were 27 female members of the TERA gymnastics group in the DIY, selected using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique employed was frequency analysis presented in percentage form. The data analysis, presented in percentages, showed that muscle strength for the majority of participants fell into the above average category, with 26 individuals (96%), while 1 individual (4%) was in the normal category. For muscle endurance, 21 participants (72%) were in the above average category, and 6 (22%) were in the normal category. Regarding flexibility, 23 participants (86%) were categorized as above average, 2 (7%) as normal, and 2 (7%) as below average. The conclusion of this study found that the variables of muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility fall into the above-average category, which can be interpreted as good. Abstract

Pelaku UMKM khususnya pada usaha Sate Padang Pariaman milik Bapak Nahrudin di Jakarta Utara mengalami kendala dalam pencatatan keuangan karena belum adanya pembukuan yang tersistematis. Selama ini semua transaksi keuangan hanya diingat secara lisan tanpa adanya dokumentasi sehingga pelaku usaha kesulitan mengetahui kondisi keuangan usahanya secara akurat. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan pemahaman dan pelatihan tentang pembukuan sederhana kepada para pelaku UMKM agar mereka mampu mengelola keuangan usahanya dengan lebih terarah. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pendampingan dan pelatihan pembuatan pembukuan sederhana berupa laporan laba rugi dan neraca dengan menggunakan aplikasi Exel. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya penerapan pembukuan sederhana pada proses bisnis. Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya kesadaran para pelaku UMKM akan pentingnya penerapan pembukuan sederhana pada proses bisnis.

Abstract

  Most micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia have not prepared financial statements that comply with applicable standards, posing risks to inaccurate business decisions and limiting opportunities to access funding. This study aims to assist Al Huda Plastic and Baking Supplies Store in Kebumen in preparing financial statements in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM). This topic was chosen due to the importance of accounting literacy in managing small businesses, as the understanding of MSME actors regarding accounting standards is still relatively low. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, utilizing observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results show that Al Huda Store has been recording its finances manually. However, these records do not yet cover the components of financial statements required by SAK EMKM, such as the income statement, statement of financial position, and notes to the financial statements. The preparation of financial statements based on these standards has been carried out and demonstrates more accurate and structured financial information. In conclusion, the implementation of financial statements based on SAK EMKM in MSMEs plays a very important role in increasing accountability and quality in business decision-making. The results of this study also provide practical examples that can be used as references and re-applied by other MSMEs with similar characteristics

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the nature of sports science and the deviation of sportsmanship values in the Kanjuruhan Tragedy through the perspective of philosophy of science. The focus of the study is directed at three philosophical foundations, namely ontology, epistemology, and axiology, to understand the gap between the ideal concept of sports and the reality of match organization practices. This study employs a qualitative descriptive design using a literature review approach. Data were gathered from scientific journals, official reports, regulations, and other documents relevant to the research focus. The collected information was analyzed through several stages, including data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The findings reveal that the three philosophical foundations of science in the field of sports have not yet been consistently reflected in real sports practices. Ontologically, sports have been narrowed down to mere competition. Epistemologically, scientific knowledge about safety and match management is not optimally applied. Axiologically, moral values such as sportsmanship, fair play, and respect for human dignity are not well internalized. The Kanjuruhan tragedy is clear evidence of the discrepancy between the ideal concept of sports and the reality on the field. The deviation from the value of sportsmanship, the excessive use of force by the police and the Indonesian National Armed Forces, weak match management, and the large number of casualties show that human values and the basic principles of sports have not been made the main foundation. Therefore, there is a need to strengthen the philosophical foundation of science, improve scientific competence, and internalize moral values to realize safe, ethical, and humane sports practices in accordance with the essence of sports science.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran inovasi dalam memediasi pengaruh Green Entrepreneurial Orientation (GEO) terhadap kinerja berkelanjutan ekonomi, lingkungan, dan sosial pada UMKM yang tergabung dalam Komunitas Rumah UMKM Kebumen (RUKUN). Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada rendahnya kapasitas inovasi dan penerapan praktik ramah lingkungan di kalangan UMKM, meskipun tekanan pasar, regulasi, dan tuntutan keberlanjutan semakin meningkat. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain explanatory survey, yang melibatkan 284 pelaku UMKM sebagai populasi penelitian. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berskala Likert 1–5 dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) melalui SmartPLS 3 untuk menguji hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa GEO memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap inovasi, serta berpengaruh langsung pada kinerja berkelanjutan. Inovasi terbukti menjadi mediator yang kuat dalam hubungan antara GEO dan seluruh dimensi kinerja keberlanjutan, di mana inovasi mampu memperkuat dampak orientasi hijau terhadap pencapaian kinerja ekonomi, pengelolaan lingkungan, dan kontribusi sosial UMKM. Model penelitian juga menunjukkan kemampuan prediktif yang kuat dengan nilai R-square inovasi sebesar (0,574) dan kinerja berkelanjutan sebesar (0,64). Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya inovasi sebagai kapabilitas strategis bagi UMKM yang berorientasi ramah lingkungan, sekaligus memperluas penerapan teori Natural Resource-Based View (NRBV) dan Triple Bottom Line (TBL) pada konteks usaha kecil.
