Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan aktivitas belajar dan Keterampilan Proses Sains peserta didik pada konsep getaran harmonis. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas X IPA 1 SMAN 10 Kota Bengkulu yang berjumlah 33 orang. Penelitian dilakukan dalam empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa  rata-rata aktivitas belajar peserta didik pada siklus I adalah  sebesar 32 dalam kategori cukup, siklus II sebesar 38 dalam kategori baik, dan siklus III sebesar 42 dalam kategori baik. Untuk nilai keterampilan proses sains indikator mengamati sebesar 68,18 pada siklus I, 76,51 pada siklus II dan 79,54 pada siklus III; mengklasifikasi sebesar 71,21 pada siklus I, 78,78 pada siklus II dan 83,33 pada siklus III; merumuskan hipotesis sebesar 80,30 pada siklus I, 90,90 pada siklus II dan 96,96 pada siklus III; merencanakan percobaan sebesar 69,69 pada siklus I, 83,63 pada siklus II dan 93,93 pada siklus III; dan berkomunikasi sebesar 59,84 pada siklus I, 68,18 pada siklus II dan 86,36 pada siklus III. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa penerapan model Problem Based Learning berbasis laboratorium pada konsep getaran harmonis di kelas X IPA 1 dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar dan meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains peserta didik.Kata kunci: Problem Based Learning berbasis laboratorium, aktivitas belajar   peserta didik, keterampilan proses sains peserta didik.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning berbantuan media crocodile physics terhadap penguasaan konsep fisika materi usaha dan energi di SMAN 1 Bengkulu Tengah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Quasi Experiment. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang sebelumnya telah diuji normalitas dan homogenitasnya sehingga ditetapkan siswa kelas X IPA 3 sebagai kelas uji coba (eksperimen) dan kelas X IPA 1 sebagai kelas kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan populasi dan sampel serta tes untuk tingkat penguasaan konsep fisika. Analisis data diuji menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment. Uji prasyarat analisis data berupa uji normalitas dan homogenitas. Berdasarkan analisa data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang besar dari penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berbantuan media Crocodile Physics terhadap penguasaan konsep fisika materi usaha dan energi Di SMAN 1 Bengkulu Tengah. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil uji t dimana nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (7,77 > 1,99 untuk ) dan (7,77 > 1,66 untuk ) serta uji effec size sebesar 1,94 yang masuk dalam kriteria besar. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berbantuan media Crocodile Physics memberikan pengaruh yang besar terhadap kemampuan penguasaan konsep fisika siswa.Kata kunci : Besar pengaruh, penguasaan konsep, problem based learning, crocodile physics

Abstract

The Purpose of the research to analyze the needs of an appropriate in physics learning E-LKPD, the Covid-19 pandemic era. The research used a qualitative descriptive method. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 4 Bengkulu City. The research subjects are students, teachers, and vice headmaster of curriculum. Collecting data using questionnaires and interview guidelines. Data analysis used Miles-Huberman. The data validity technique uses source triangulation. The Result of research provides several conclusions that no E-LKPD is suitable for online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic era, so it is necessary to develop an E-LKPD that is following the Covid-19 emergency curriculum. E-LKPD in question is E-LKPD which can improve students' critical thinking skills with inquiry learning models or problem-based learning (PBL).

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil analisis kebutuhan bahan ajar berbasis case method dilengkapi dengan QR Code Video Simulasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket kebutuhan dosen dan mahasiswa dalam bentuk google form. Responden penelitian terdiri dari 4 dosen dan 24 mahasiswa. Hasil angket kebutuhan dosen menunjukkan bahwa seluruh dosen setuju untuk dapat dikembangkannya bahan ajar fisika dengan QR code yang memuat video dan kasus fisika yang berkaitan peristiwa dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Sedangkan hasil angket kebutuhan mahasiswa diperoleh 70,8% mahasiswa lebih menyukai bahan ajar dalam bentuk cetak dengan QR Code Video, 25% mahasiwa lebih menyukai bahan ajar dalam bentuk cetak, dan 4,2% mahasiswa lebih menyukai bahan ajar dalam bentuk file. Sebanyak 91,7% mahasiswa setuju bahwa video perlu ada dalam bahan ajar dan 100% mahasiswa setuju bahwa bahan ajar disertai kasus fisika yang berkaitan dengan peristiwa dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar berbasis case method dilengkapi dengan QR Code Video Simulasi perlu dikembangkan. Kata Kunci: Analisis Kebutuhan, Bahan Ajar Fisika, Case Method, QR Code, Video Simulasi ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the results of the analysis of the need for teaching materials based on the case method equipped with a QR Code Video Simulation. This research is quantitative research with survey method. The research instrument is a questionnaire on the needs of lecturers and students in the form of a google form. Research respondents consisted of 4 lecturers and 24 students. The results of the lecturer's needs questionnaire showed that all lecturers agreed that physics teaching materials could be developed with QR codes containing videos and physics cases related to events in everyday life. While the results of the student needs questionnaire obtained 70.8% of students prefer teaching materials in printed form with QR Code Video, 25% of students prefer teaching materials in printed form, and 4.2% of students prefer teaching materials in file form. As many as 91.7% of students agree that videos need to be included in teaching materials and 100% of students agree that teaching materials are accompanied by physics cases related to events in everyday life. Based on these results, it can be concluded that case method-based teaching materials equipped with QR Code Video Simulations need to be developed. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan instrument tes keterampilan problem solving yang valid dan mengetahui kelayakan instrumen tes keterampilan problem solving pada materi gerak lurus. Penelitian ini menggunkan model (Research andDevelopment). Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model 4D denganlangkah-langkahDefine,Design,Develop dan Dissemination. Namun untuk penelitian ini dibatasi sampai tahap 3D yaitu Define,Design, dan Develop. Tahapan analisis pada Define dilakukan dengan penyebaran angket kebutuhan yang dilakukan di tiga sekolah yaitu SMA N 7 Kota Bengkulu, SMA N 4 Kota Bengkulu, dan SMA N 9 Kota Bengkulu kemudian dilakukan perancangan pengembangan instrument soal. Instrumen tes berisikan 6 soal uraian yang menggunakan indikator keterampilan problem solving. Setelah itu instrument yang telah disusun divalidasi oleh tiga pakar yaitu dua ahli dan satu praktisi. Berdasarkanhasilujivalidasiaspekmateri, aspek konstruksi, aspek bahasa memperoleh persentase validasi berturut-turut sebesar 100%, 98,6% dan 100%. Dengan demikian instrumen yang disusun dikategorikansangat layak digunakan. This study aims to produce a valid problem-solving skill test instrument and determine the feasibility of a problem-solving skill test instrument on straight-motion material.This research uses a model (Research and Development). The development model used is a 4D model with the steps of Define, Design, Develop and Dissemination. However, this research is limited to the 3D stage, namely Define, Design, and Develop. The analysis stage in Define was carried out by distributing a needs questionnaire which was carried out in three schools, namely SMA N 7 Bengkulu City, SMA N 4 Bengkulu City, and SMA N 9 Bengkulu City; then carried out the design of the question instrument development. The test instrument contains six description questions that use problem-solving. After that, the instrument that has been compiled is validated by three experts, namely two experts and one practitioner. Based on the validation test results, the material aspect, construction aspect, and language aspect obtained validation percentages of 100%, 98.6% and 100%, respectively. Thus, the instruments compiled are categorized as very suitable for use.

Abstract

The Continuing Professional Development Program (CPD) aims to develop teacher professionalism. CPD is carried out in accordance with the needs of teachers to achieve professional competency standards and/or increase their competence above their professional competency standards which at the same time has implications for the acquisition of credit points for promotions/functional positions of teachers. One of the things that is part of the PKB is scientific publications. Currently, teachers are still having difficulty writing scientific research articles that meet the requirements of scientific publication in a scientific journal. The results of a survey of science teachers in Bengkulu Tengah Regency, only 18.75% of teachers have ever submitted scientific articles to a scientific journal. Based on these results, a service was carried out which aimed to (1) increase the knowledge of science teachers in Central Bengkulu Regency about writing scientific articles in journals and (2) increase the motivation of science teachers in Central Bengkulu Regency to write scientific articles in journals.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan memberikan pengenalan dan pemahaman tentang pembelajaran blended learning bagi guru-guru di SMAN 03 Bengkulu Utara dan memberikan bimbingan teknis tentang pembelajaran blended learning bagi guru-guru di SMAN 03 Bengkulu Utara. Khalayak sasaran dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah para guru SMAN 03 Bengkulu Utara. Kegiatan ini akan dilaksanakan bekerjasama dengan Guru dan Kepala SMAN 03 Bengkulu Utara dan LPPM Universitas Bengkulu sebagai Lembaga yang senantiasa melakukan berbagai program pengabdian masyarakat guna menjalin kerjasama yang baik antara perguruan tinggi dan masyarakat serta memberdayakan masyarakat melalui kegiatan pengabdian dengan kegiatan yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat yang ada di lingkungan Provinsi Bengkulu. Rancangan evaluasi dengan melihat partisipasi peserta (guru) yang terlibat dalam kegiatan dari awal sampai akhir program pengabdian masyarakat dan dengan melihat berapa banyak Perangkat Pembelajaran yang bisa dihasilkan. Selain itu, evaluasi juga dilakukan dengan melihat keberlanjutan kegiatan Implementasi media pembelajaran berbasis Model Blended Learning setelah program pengabdian berakhir, apakah masih berlanjut atau tidak. Pelatihan yang dilakukan di SMAN 03 Bengkulu Utara tentang pembelajaran berbasis Model Blended Learning mendapatkan respon yang baik dan keberlanjutan kerjasama akan terus dilaksanakan.

Abstract

The purpose of this work is to analyze the needs of teachers and students for learning media from electronic magazines for high school students about static fluid material. The research data was taken from physics teachers and also students of class XI of SMA N 1, SMA N. 6, SMA N 7 PLUS Bengkulu city. The data sources used in this study were obtained from physics teachers and 139 XI class students. This research method is a descriptive study included in the Department of Research and Development (RND). The research and development phases used are based on the ADDIE model, i.e. analysis, planning, development, implementation and evaluation. The research phase used the needs analysis phase, where tools such as school observation, interview and needs surveys were used. Data analysis techniques using quantitative data analysis and qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that the instrument used is valid and reliable. The results of this study also show that high school students and teachers strongly agree that they need learning environments based on electronic magazines.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dan respon siswa terhadap implementasi E-modul Fisika pada materi listrik ststis dengan menerapkan model Problem Based Learning untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa SMA. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ialah sebanyak 35 orang siswa SMA Negeri 5 Kota Bengkulu kelas XII MIPA 6 yang diambil melalui teknik purposive sampling. Jenis dari penelitian ini ialah pre-ekperimental yang menggunakan rancangan penelitian one group pretest-posttest. Adapun instrument yang digunakan ialah observasi, tes kemampuan berpikir kritis, dan angket respon siswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa degan nilai N-gain sebesar 0,55 dalam kategori sedang dengan mengimplementasikan e-modul fisika dengan menerapkan model Problem Based Learning. Serta respon siswa terhadap implementasi e-modul fisika dengan menerapkan model Problem Based Learning untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa SMA ini diperoleh persentase sebesar 76% dalam kategori sangat baik.   Kata Kunci: E-modul Listrik Statis, Model Problem Based Learning, Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis, Respon Siswa   ABSTRACT   This study aims to describe the improvement of students' critical thinking skills and students' responses to the implementation of the Physics E-module on static electricity by applying the Problem Based Learning model to improve high school students' critical thinking skills. The sample in this study was 35 students of SMA Negeri 5 Bengkulu City class XII MIPA 6 taken through purposive sampling technique. The type of this research is pre-experimental which uses a one group pretest-posttest research design. The instruments used are observation, critical thinking ability tests, and student response questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in students' critical thinking skills with an N-gain value of 0.55 in the medium category by implementing the physics e-module by applying the Problem Based Learning model. As well as student responses to the implementation of the physics e-module by applying the Problem Based Learning model to improve the critical thinking skills of high school students, the percentage is 76% in the very good category.   Keywords: E-module Static Electricity, Problem Based Learning Model, Critical Thinking Ability, Student Response.

Abstract

This research was classroom action research in term of Work and Energy concept which has been done in four cycles where the purpose was to know the enhancement of students’ learning activities, learning outcomes, and learning motivation. The subjects of this research were all 36 first grade students of science 3 class in senior high school number 01 Mukomuko. The result of this research has shown that the total average of students’ activities in cycle I was 38 with predicate active, in cycle II was 40with predicate active, 41 in cycle III with predicate active, and in cycle IV was 42 with predicate active. Students’outcomes on cognitive aspect in cycle I has shown that the students’ absorbption level was 83,64% and students’ passing criteria was 58,33% (unpassed), has increased in cycle II into 88,11% and learning passing criteria was 80.55% (unpassed), then the level of absorbption increased in cycle III about 92.90% and learning passing criteria was 91.66% (passed) and significantly increased comparing to cycle I, II, and III where in cycle IV the level of absorbption was 97.68% and learning passing criteria was 100%. Learning outcomes in psychomotor aspect in cycle I was 88.34, 91, 58 in cycle II,93,19 in cycle III, and 96,39 in cycle IV. Students’ motivation was 61,06 in cycle I, 60,21 in cycle II, 64,50 in cycle III, and 65,60 in cycle IV. Based on the results of research can be concluded that the application of problem-based learning model can improve learning activities, learning outcomes in Physics and  students’ learning motivation.
