Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh promosi, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Bintang Fasion Shop Sitanggal. Variabel penelitian ini adalah promosi, kualitas pelayanan dan keputusan pembelian. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan Bintang Fasion Shop Sitanggal dan sampel dengan jumlah 70 responden. Metode dalam mengumpulkan data penelitian adalah memakai kuesioner dengan memberikan kepada pelanggan Bintang Fasion Shop Sitanggal. Untuk menganalisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, uji F, uji t serta uji korelasi determinasi namun sebelumnya harus mengujikan validitas dan reliabilitas terlebih dahulu datanya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Bintang Fasion Shop Sitanggal, dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung untuk variabel X1 (3,541) lebih besar dari t tabel (1,995). Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Bintang Fasion Shop Sitanggal, dibuktikan dengan thitung untuk variabel X2 (2.652) lebih besar dari t tabel (1,995). Promosi dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Bintang Fasion Shop Sitanggal. hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau 0,000 < 0,05 dan F hitung ( 12,443) lebih besar dari F tabel (3,132). Kata Kunci: Promosi, Kualitas Pelayanan, Keputusan Pembelian Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions at Bintang Fasion Shop Sidatel. The variables of this research are promotion, service quality ad purchasing decisions. The population of this research is all customers of Bintang Fasion Shop Sidatel and a sample of 70 respondents. The method in collecting research data is to use a questionnaire by giving it to Bintang Fasion Shop Sidatel's customers. To analyze the data in this study, using the classical assumption test, F test, t test and correlation test of determination, but first the validity and reliability of the data must be tested. The results of this study indicate that promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Bintang Fasion Shop Sidatel, as evidenced by the t value for the X1 variable (3.541) which is greater than t table (1.995). Service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Bintang Fasion Shop Sidatel, as evidenced by the tcount for the variable X2 (2.652) which is greater than t table (1.995). Promotion and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Bintang Fasion Shop Sidatel. this is evidenced by a significant value less than 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05 and F count (12.443) is greater than F table (3.132). Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur berapa tingkat pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Puskesmas Banjarharjo. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dimana data akan diukur menggunakan skala likert. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunkan data primer yang berupa kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada 86 pegawai Puskesmas. Dari hasil pengumpulan kuisioner, data akan diolah menggunakan bantuan aplikasi statistik yaitu SPSS versi 22, dengan analisis deskriptif, uji hipotesis dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari data tersebut menunjukan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan dibuktikan hasil uji F sebesar 9,422 dengan probabilitas 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Sedangkan dalam uji T bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan hasil nilai t hitung sebesar 4,210 > t tabel 1,988 dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan hasil nilai t hitung sebesar 4.633 > t tabel 1,988. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kinerja Pegawai Abstract The purpose of this study is to measure the level of influence of the work environment and work motivation on the performance of employees of the Banjarharjo mas health center. The method carried out in this study uses quantitative methods, where the data will be measured using a likert scale. The data collection in this study used primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to 86 employees of the Center for Public Health. From the results of the questionnaire collection, the data will be processed using the help of a statistical application, namely SPSS version 22, with descriptive analysis, hypothesis testing and classical assumption testing. The results of the study obtained from the data showed that the variables of the work environment and work motivation simultaneously affected employee performance by proving the results of the F test of 9.422 with a probability of 0.000 smaller than 0.05. Meanwhile, in the T test, the work environment variable affects employee performance with a calculated t value result of 4,210 > t table 1,988 and the work motivation variable affects employee performance with a calculated t value result of 4,633 > t table 1,988. Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis apakah kualitas produk, harga promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sofy Elektronik dan Meubel, Losari menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada pelanggan melalui angket dan google form. Dengan sampel 80 responden. Kemudian data dikumpulakan dan diproses menggunakan SPSS versi 22 dengan teknik analisis menggunakan uji instrumen yaitu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji analisis berganda, uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji multikolinieritas dan uji hipotesis yaitu uji parsial (t), uji simultan (f) dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) untuk melihat pengaruh dari masing-masing variabel. Penelitian ini memiliki hasil secara parsial menunjukan variabel kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, harga dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kemudian kualitas produk, harga dan promosi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari hasil uji f hitung > f tabel. Dan kekuatan hubungan antara variabel kualitas produk (X1), harga (X2) dan promosi (X3) terhadap keputuan pembelian (Y) sebesar 99,6% selebihnya sebesar 0,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Harga, Promosi, Keputusan Pembelian. Abstract The purpose of this study is to test and analyze whether product quality, promotional prices have an effect on purchasing decisions. This research was conducted at Sofy Electronics and Furniture, Losari using quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to customers through questionnaires and google forms. With a sample of 80 respondents. Then the data were collected and processed using SPSS version 22 with analytical techniques using instrument tests, namely validity and reliability tests, multiple analysis tests, classical assumption tests, namely normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multicollinearity tests and hypothesis tests, namely partial tests (t), simultaneous tests (f) and test the coefficient of determination (R2) to see the effect of each variable. This study has partial results showing product quality variables have no effect on purchasing decisions, price and promotions affect purchasing decisions. Then product quality, price and promotion simultaneously affect the purchase decision this can be proven from the results of the test f count > f table. And the strength of the relationship between product quality (X1), price (X2) and promotion (X3) variables on purchasing decisions (Y) is 99.6%, the rest 0.4% is influenced by other factors. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and teacher professionalism on student satisfaction at SMAN 1 Bulakamba. The background of this research is based on the importance of the role of schools in providing optimal education services and the professionalism of teachers as a key factor in creating an effective and enjoyable learning process. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative method. The population in this study consists of all students of SMAN 1 Bulakamba, totaling 1,258 students. The sample was taken using the Slovin formula with a 5% error level, resulting in a sample of 304 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, documentation, and questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS software, including validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination tests. The results of the study show that both service quality and teacher professionalism significantly affect student satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. These findings suggest that improving service quality and teacher professionalism can directly enhance student satisfaction in the learning process at school.

Abstract

The low effectiveness of the work environment, limited career development, and suboptimal reward systems have impacted employee job satisfaction and hindered the development of apparatus competencies. This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, career development, and reward systems on human resource development, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable among employees of the Health Office of Tegal City. The research employed a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 120 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) to test the relationships among variables. The findings indicate that career development has a significant effect on job satisfaction and also directly influences human resource development. However, career development mediated by job satisfaction does not significantly affect human resource development. Conversely, the reward system significantly influences human resource development through job satisfaction but does not have a significant direct effect. The work environment does not significantly affect job satisfaction but directly influences human resource development. Job satisfaction shows a positive but insignificant influence on human resource development. Overall, the results highlight that human resource capacity development is more strongly driven by a supportive work environment and clear career development programs, while the reward system plays an important role when it effectively enhances job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of knowledge sharing, self-confidence, and employee engagement on employee job satisfaction, with organizational communication as an intervening variable. The study employed a quantitative approach through an empirical survey-based design. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The research population consisted of 74 active employees at Toserba Mayga Sitanggal, with a saturated sampling technique, and data were collected using Likert-scale questionnaires. The study is expected to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the factors influencing employee job satisfaction through organizational communication mechanisms. The results indicate that knowledge sharing has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction (T-statistic = 1.918, p-value = 0.055). Self-confidence does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction (T-statistic = 1.639, p-value = 0.101), and employee engagement also shows no significant effect on job satisfaction (T-statistic = 0.716, p-value = 0.474). In contrast, knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on organizational communication (T-statistic = 4.943, p-value = 0.000), and self-confidence also has a positive and significant effect on organizational communication (T-statistic = 2.074, p-value = 0.038). Employee engagement, however, does not significantly affect organizational communication (T-statistic = 0.730, p-value = 0.465). Organizational communication has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (T-statistic = 4.570, p-value = 0.000). Mediation analysis shows that organizational communication significantly mediates the relationship between knowledge sharing and job satisfaction (p-value = 0.001). However, there is no significant mediating effect of organizational communication on the relationship between self-confidence and job satisfaction (p-value = 0.069), nor between employee engagement and job satisfaction (p-value = 0.478).
