Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan passing bawah berpasangan dan latihan drill terhadap hasil passing bawah dalam permainan bolavoli siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri 12 Bone. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain Two-Group Pretest-Posttest. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 20 siswa yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok yang mengikuti latihan passing bawah berpasangan dan kelompok yang mengikuti latihan drill. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes keterampilan passing bawah sebelum dan setelah perlakuan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan pada keterampilan passing bawah siswa di kedua kelompok. Rata-rata hasil pretest dan posttest kelompok latihan berpasangan menunjukkan peningkatan dari 7,20 menjadi 12,30, sedangkan kelompok latihan drill meningkat dari 10,20 menjadi 14,30. Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis statistik menunjukkan nilai t_hitung untuk latihan berpasangan adalah 2,837 (p < 0,05) dan untuk latihan drill adalah 14,807 (p < 0,05), yang menunjukkan bahwa kedua metode latihan efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan passing bawah

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menegtahui bagaimana Pengaruh Latihan Fartlek Dan Circuit Training Terhadap Peningkatan Vo2max Pada Siswa Extrakurikuler Futsal di SMAN 15 BONE. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunkan desain penelitian kelompok eksperimen A latihan Fartlek dan kelompok eksperime B latihan circuit training, Desain model kedua Two Group Pretest-Posttest. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 15 Bone dengan Jumlah siswa Sebanyak 30 orang. Hasil analisis diketahui bahwa latihan latihan fartlek terhadap peningkatan vo2max siswa extrakurikuler SMAN 15 Bone. Setelah mendapatkan latihan fartlek dan latihan circuit training, peningkatan kemampuan vo2max siswa 4,73 %. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa latihan latihan circuit training terhadap peningkatan vo2max siswa extrakurikuler SMAN 15 Bone. Setelah mendapatkan latihan circuit training, peningkatan kemampuan vo2max siswa 5.0% lebih besar peningkatanya dibanding latihan fartlek.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan dan memperkenalkan olahraga beach handball kepada mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan dan Kesehatan (FIKK) Universitas Negeri Makassar (UNM). Beach handball merupakan salah satu cabang olahraga turunan dari handball yang dimainkan di atas pasir pantai, dengan karakteristik permainan yang dinamis, atraktif, serta menuntut kemampuan teknik, fisik, dan kreativitas yang tinggi. Meskipun olahraga ini telah berkembang pesat dan dipertandingkan secara resmi di berbagai ajang internasional, termasuk kejuaraan dunia dan multi-event olahraga, popularitas beach handball di Indonesia masih tergolong rendah dan belum banyak dikenal, khususnya di kalangan mahasiswa dan masyarakat umum. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyampaian materi teoritis dan praktik lapangan. Pada sesi teori, peserta diberikan pemahaman mengenai sejarah perkembangan beach handball, perbedaan antara handball indoor dan beach handball, peraturan permainan, sistem penilaian, serta pengenalan teknik dasar dan posisi pemain. Materi disampaikan secara interaktif melalui diskusi dan tanya jawab guna meningkatkan pemahaman dan ketertarikan peserta terhadap olahraga ini. Selanjutnya, kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan praktik langsung di lapangan pasir, di mana peserta diberikan kesempatan untuk mempraktikkan teknik dasar beach handball seperti passing, shooting, catching, footwork, serta gerakan bertahan (defensive movement) sesuai dengan peraturan permainan yang berlaku. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh sebanyak 45 mahasiswa FIKK UNM yang berasal dari berbagai program studi, sehingga mencerminkan keterwakilan lintas disiplin dalam bidang keolahragaan dan kesehatan. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan yang dilakukan melalui post-test menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemahaman peserta terhadap materi yang disampaikan mencapai 85%, yang mengindikasikan bahwa kegiatan sosialisasi ini berjalan dengan efektif. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, diharapkan beach handball dapat semakin dikenal dan diminati di lingkungan kampus, khususnya di Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan dan Kesehatan UNM. Kegiatan ini juga diharapkan menjadi langkah awal dalam pengembangan beach handball secara berkelanjutan, baik melalui pembentukan unit kegiatan mahasiswa, program pembinaan, maupun integrasi dalam kurikulum pembelajaran olahraga. Lebih lanjut, pengenalan beach handball sejak dini di lingkungan akademik diharapkan dapat membuka peluang lahirnya atlet-atlet potensial yang mampu berprestasi di tingkat regional, nasional, hingga internasional.

Abstract

Cedera ligamen lutut merupakan salah satu cedera yang paling sering dialami oleh atlet sepak bola dan berdampak signifikan terhadap performa serta keberlangsungan karier mereka. Latihan proprioseptif diyakini mampu memulihkan fungsi neuromuskular dan mempercepat proses rehabilitasi pasca cedera. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas latihan proprioseptif terhadap pemulihan cedera ligamen lutut pada atlet sepak bola. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi-experimental dengan pendekatan pre-test post-test control group design. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 20 atlet sepak bola yang mengalami cedera ligamen lutut Grade I dan Grade II, dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen (n=10) yang mendapat latihan proprioseptif terstruktur selama delapan minggu, dan kelompok kontrol (n=10) yang mendapat program rehabilitasi konvensional. Pengukuran dilakukan menggunakan Lysholm Knee Scoring Scale, serta pengukuran kekuatan otot quadrisep. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kelompok eksperimen dibandingkan kelompok kontrol dalam hal skor Lysholm (p=0,001), dan kekuatan otot (p=0,003). Rerata peningkatan skor Lysholm kelompok eksperimen sebesar 28,4 poin lebih tinggi daripada kelompok kontrol. Latihan proprioseptif terbukti secara signifikan lebih efektif dibandingkan rehabilitasi konvensional dalam mempercepat pemulihan fungsi lutut atlet sepak bola yang mengalami cedera ligamen. Abstract

This research is motivated by the observation that during long jump learning, several students had not maximized their approach run and were inaccurate during the take-off. The objective of this research is to determine the relationship between running speed and leg power with the long jump ability of 5th-grade female students at UPT SD Negeri 12 Turatea. This research is a correlational study. The research population consisted of 30 female students in Grade V at UPT SD Negeri 12 Turatea. The research instruments were the sprint test, standing broad jump test, sit and reach test, and long jump skill test. The data collection technique utilized test and measurement techniques. Data analysis used the Pearson Product Moment Correlation technique. The results of the research show: (1) There is a significant relationship between running speed and the long jump ability of 5th-grade female students at UPT SD Negeri 12 Turatea, where the r-calculated value "0.876" > r-table value "0.361". (2) There is a significant relationship between leg power and the long jump ability of 5th-grade female students at UPT SD Negeri 12 Turatea, where the r-calculated value "0.036" > r-table value "0.361". (3) There is a significant relationship between speed and leg power with the long jump ability of 5th-grade female students at UPT SD Negeri 12 Turatea, where the r-calculated value "1" > r-table value "0.361". (5) (X1) provided a relative contribution to (Y) of 1.01% and an effective contribution of 82.43%. (X2) provided a relative contribution to (Y) of -0.01% and an effective contribution of -0.82%.

Abstract

Childhood is a crucial period for the development of soccer technique, but the effectiveness of training is often hampered by a lack of data on dominant physical factors. This study analyzed the contribution of agility and balance to dribbling ability in thirty students at SD Inpres 6/75 Kading. A quantitative correlational approach was applied through a series of stages including the zigzag run test, the Modified Bass Test, and the dribbling test, using the Pearson correlation analysis technique using SPSS. The analysis results showed a significant positive contribution both partially and simultaneously. Quantitatively, agility contributed a correlation of r = 0.460 with a significance value of 0.001, while balance contributed r = 0.468 with a significance value of 0.009. The findings demonstrated that these two variables together explained 32.9% of the variation in dribbling ability with an r = 0.573 and an F-test of 6.606 with a significance value of 0.005. The main conclusion confirms that agility and body stability are crucial physical determinants in supporting manipulative movement performance in soccer. Therefore, this study recommends that coaches and sports teachers prioritize specific physical conditioning training programs to optimize students' mastery of basic techniques from an early age. This aims to build a solid fitness foundation for more effective and sustainable athletic performance development in the national future. ABSTRAK Masa kanak-kanak merupakan periode krusial bagi pengembangan teknik sepak bola, namun efektivitas latihan sering terhambat oleh minimnya data faktor fisik dominan. Penelitian ini menganalisis kontribusi kelincahan dan keseimbangan terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola pada tiga puluh siswa SD Inpres 6/75 Kading. Pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional diterapkan melalui serangkaian tahapan meliputi zig-zag run test, Modified Bass Test, serta tes dribbling, dengan teknik analisis korelasi Pearson menggunakan perangkat SPSS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya kontribusi positif signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Secara kuantitatif, kelincahan menyumbang korelasi r = 0,460 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001, sedangkan keseimbangan memberikan kontribusi r = 0,468 dengan signifikansi 0,009. Temuan membuktikan bahwa kedua variabel tersebut secara bersama-sama menjelaskan variasi kemampuan dribbling sebesar 32,9% melalui perolehan nilai r = 0,573 serta F hitung 6,606 dengan signifikansi 0,005. Kesimpulan utama menegaskan bahwa integritas kelincahan dan stabilitas tubuh merupakan determinan fisik yang sangat krusial dalam mendukung performa gerak manipulatif sepak bola. Oleh karena itu, studi ini merekomendasikan agar para pelatih dan guru olahraga lebih mengedepankan program latihan kondisi fisik spesifik guna mengoptimalkan penguasaan teknik dasar siswa sejak dini. Hal tersebut bertujuan untuk membangun fondasi kebugaran yang kokoh demi tercapainya pembinaan prestasi atletik yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan di masa depan nasional.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the perceptions of fifth- and sixth-grade students regarding Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) learning at Ulo 58 Public Elementary School. This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive survey method. The study population consisted of 56 students, all of whom were sampled using a total sampling technique. The research instrument was a Likert-scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to describe student perceptions based on indicators of material understanding, learning methods, teacher attitudes and roles, learning interests and enjoyment, and facilities and infrastructure. The results showed that, in general, student perceptions of PJOK learning were in the good category. Teacher attitudes and roles were the most dominant factors in shaping students' positive perceptions, while facilities and infrastructure still need to be improved. These findings demonstrate the importance of strengthening the quality of pedagogical interactions and supporting facilities in improving the quality of PJOK learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

Badminton is one of the popular sports and is loved by many people. Badminton also consists of several techniques including racket grip, hitting technique, standing posture, and position and footwork. Therefore, physiotherapy techniques are needed to improve and maximize the grip strength of badminton players which is commonly called Handgrip. This study aims to determine the effect of handgrip training and racket modification training on short serves. The type of research used is quantitative research with experimental research methods. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people who were divided into two groups with each group consisting of 15 people. The research sample was selected using the Random Sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is the dependent t-test analysis technique. The results obtained in this study with a p-value of 0.109 > 0.05 which shows that there is no significant difference between handgrip training and racket modification on short serve ability but handgrip training is more effective than racket modification training with handgrip training, namely mean difference 9.067 and p-value 0.000 < 0.005 while racket modification training means difference 5.867 and p-value 0.000 < 0.005.This shows that both exercises are equally good for improving short serve skills in badminton. Thus, it is hoped that athletes can improve their short serve skills in badminton by routinely performing physiotherapy movements such as handgrip or other exercises such as racket modification exercises.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on improving VO2Max endurance among Persinas Asad athletes in Bone Regency. The problem addressed in this research is the need for effective training methods to enhance athletes’ aerobic endurance, particularly VO2Max, which is a fundamental component of physical performance in sports such as pencak silat. The objective of this study is to determine whether HIIT has a significant effect on increasing VOMax endurance. This research employed a quantitative approach using an experimental method. Data were collected through observation and documentation techniques. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of High Intensity Interval Training significantly improves VO2Max endurance in athletes. The findings demonstrate that interval-based training provides a meaningful increase in aerobic capacity, making it an effective alternative training method for enhancing endurance performance. Furthermore, VO2Max is identified as a crucial physiological foundation that supports an athlete’s ability to sustain physical activity over time. Therefore, the application of HIIT can be recommended as an efficient training strategy to improve VO2Max and overall endurance capacity in athletes.
