Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine (1) the influence of the degree of fiscal autonomy, tax ratio and investment on economic growth in Indonesia, (2) the effect of economic growth, labor productivity, investment and human development index (HDI) against income inequality in Indonesia. This research is descriptive and associative. While the type of data is data documentary, the data source is a data panel started in 2008 - 2012 in 33 provinces in Indonesia with the amount of data (n) as much as 6 x 33 = 198. This study using simultaneous equation model analysis with Indirect Least Squared method (ILS) Common Effect. The study concluded that (1) degree of fiscal autonomy , tax ratio and  investment significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. (2) variable economic growth, labor productivity, investment and Human Development Index (HDI) affect income inequality in Indonesia significantly. Based on the results of the discussion, the policies that can be suggested is the respective local government - each province is expected to maximize the role of fiscal decentralization to perform its functions effectively and efficiently. The trade off between economic growth in Indonesia by unequal distribution of income, the government is expected to focus on the target appropriate policies that spur growth by taking into account the distribution of income. Abstract

ABSTRACT The analysis of aggregate consumption growth, investment and economic growth have been carried out in West Sumatra. The purpose of this study was to clarify   the   effect  of  consumption,      investment,    taxation,   government     spending, consumption   of   the   previous   period,   the   interest   rate   and   disposal   revenue   to GDP in West Sumatra. The study was conducted with descriptive and associative with the use of secondary data in the form of time series, 1994 -2010.  The results on    the   First  Hypothesis     suggests    that  the   development     of  consumption,      the development of investment and the development of government spending together influential     significantly   to   economic     growth.    Partially,    the development        of consumption and the growth of government spending significantly and positively to   affect   economic   growth,   then   the   development   of   a   positive   and   significant effect   of  investment     on  economic     growth.    In  the  Second    Hypothesis     together previous period consumption growth and development of disposibel income and significant    positive   impact    on  the  development      of  consumption.     Partially,   the previous period consumption growth and positive impact on the development of consumption   was   not   significant   and   influential   positive   revenue   development disposibel and significant to the development of consumption. Then on the Third Hypothesis jointly the credit interest rate of investment and economic growth has no   effect   on   the   development   of   significant   investment.   Partially,   credit   interest rates negatively and significant investment toward the development of investment and economic growth has positive influence on   the development and significant investment. The Fourth Hypothesis proved to be influential economic growth on the   development   of   the   tax   was   not   significant   in   West   Sumatra. Government efforts   need   to   be   able   to   continue   to   increase   government   spending   or   reduce taxes by increasing the production of regional output. In addition to government efforts are needed to further improve the quality of human resources by providing education      and   training,   scholarships    and   employment      opportunities     in  labor- intensive   system.   To   overcome   the     problem   of    development     of  investment    the government needs to take expansionary monetary action is by controlling interest rates in order to increase investment development. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study to identify and analyze: (1) consumption of the previous period, the current period disposable income and disposable income previous period on the level of consumption in Indonesia (2) the current period disposable income, disposable income of the previous period, the consumption of the current period, consumption and interest rates on saving the current period in Indonesia (3) inflation and money supply current period the interest rate in Indonesia (4) income taxes in the current period against Indonesia. The results showed (1) there is a significant effect between the consumption of the previous period, disposable income of the current period and disposable income together the level of consumption in Indonesia. (2) There is a significant effect between the current period disposable income, disposable income of the previous period, the current period consumption, the consumption of the previous period and current period interest together towards savings in Indonesia. (3) There is significant inflation period between now and the money supply current period jointly against interest rate in Indonesia. Abstract

This study was foscused on demand for money (narrow and broad money). The demand for money is a function of riel nation income, interest, inflation adn lag demand for money. data used are time series (1980-2009) and being analysed with "demand for money samudram approprite with economics theory, the demand for many M2 is only riel nation income with signification but not the other. this condition was estimated based on; (1) community of Indonesia has not bank minded yet, (2) community of Indosesia only a little intrest on demanding mony for speculation objective, and (3) the money crisis problem hasn't finished yet

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of: (1) economic growth for development inequality between districts / cities in West Sumatra, (2) investment towards development gaps between districts / cities in West Sumatra, (3) labor for development inequality between counties / town in West Sumatra and (4) fund balance to inequality of development between districts / cities in West Sumatra. This type of research is descriptive and associative. While this type of data is data documentary, source of data is secondary data as well as data-shaped panel (combined data time series and cross-section). This research use analysis tool with Ordinary Least Squared (OLS). The study concluded that (1) Economic growth significant and positive impact on the inequality of development of West Sumatra province. (2) Investment inequality affects development of West Sumatra province significantly and positively. (3) Workers not significant impact on the inequality of development of West Sumatra province. (4) The fund balance inequality influence the development of West Sumatra province significantly and positively. Based on these results the policies that can be suggested is to increase government spending on productive expenditure such as construction of a strategic business region in order to increase the amount of capital investment as development. Keyword : development inequality, economic growth, invesment, labor, fund balance

Abstract

This article focused on analyze (1) Effect of investment, consumption, government expenditure and employment to the output in West Sumatera. (2) The influence of investment, wages, inflation, and output on the employment in west Sumatera (3). Prospect of output and employment in West Sumatera 2013-2020. Data used time series of (I year kuartal 2001 – IV year kuartal 2010). This article use analyzer model equation of simultaneous with method of Two Stage Least Squared (TSLS). The result of research concludes that (1) The investment have a significant and positive impact on the output, consumption have significant and positive impact on the output, government expenditure have significantly and positive on the output and employment have a significant and positive impact on the output in West Sumatera. (2) Investment, inflation, and output significantly influence the employment in West Sumatera. While the wages is significant and negative effect on employment in West Sumatera. Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine (1) the effect of wages, economic growth, labor productivity, investment, inflation, government spending and government policies (moratorium) on formal employment in Indonesia. This research use descriptive and associative. Analysis this type of data is the documentary data, the data source is a form of secondary data from the 2009 panel - in 2012 in 33 provinces in Indonesia. This study uses panel regression model with common method effect. The research concludes that formal sector employment opportunities in this study is significantly influenced by the wages, economic growth, labor productivity, investment and government spending. While inflation and government policy variables (moratorium) no significant effect on formal employment in Indonesia. This study, economic growth is one of the most well insturmen to increase formal employment opportunities in Indonesia. This is evident from the high number of coefficients to the level of economic growth of formal employment in Indonesia. The trick is to increase incomes through job creation or investment in Indonesia, especially in the real sector. Government needs to set regulations on how and investment requirements are easily accepted by the investors, the guarantee of political stability, security and law enforcement are consistent, providing accurate information to investors in order to promote the area, realizing the mechanism of effective one-stop service for potential investors, as well as increasing the cooperation between the government harmonious, private and public.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research are to know and analysis: 1. Influence of lagged consumption, disposable income dan lagged disposable income to consumption in West Sumatera.  2.  Influence of lagged investment, economic, and lagged economic, interest rate dan lagged interest rate to investment in West Sumatera. 3.Influence of lagged interest rate, economics and legged, money supply and lagged money supply to interest rate in West Sumatera. 4. Influence of economics to tax in west sumatera. 5.  Influence of economics to impor in West Sumatera. 6.Influensce of consumption, investment, government expenditure, export and impor to economic in West Sumatera. The Result of this research are (1). As partial lagged consumption, disposable income dan lagged disposable income have signifikan effect to consumption in West Sumatera (2) As partial lagged investment, economic, and lagged economic, has significant effect to investment in West Sumatera, but interest rate dan lagged interest rate has not significant effect. But as simlutaneos all variable has significant effect. (3).As partial lagged interest rate has significant effect to interest rate in West Sumatera. But economics and legged, money supply and lagged money supply has not signifikan influence to interest rate in West Sumatera 4.Economic has influence effect to tax in West Sumatera. 5. Economic has influence effect to import in West Sumatera. (6) As partial consumption, government expenditure, export and impor has significant influence to economic in West Sumatera, but investment has not significant effect to economics. Abstract

(2) government spending, money supply, interest rates, inflation and economic growth to investment in Indonesia. (3) government spending, money supply, and interest rates on inflation in Indonesia. The form of time series data from the first quarter of years 2000-the fourth quarter of years 2011. The result of research concludes that (1) consumption, investment and net exports significantly affect economic growth in Indonesia. With the meaning of the word, when consumption, investment, and net exports increased then it will have an impact on economic growth in Indonesia. However, government spending and inflation does not significantly influence economic growth in Indonesia. (2) Government spending, interest rates, inflation and economic growth a significant effect on investment in Indonesia. This means that the increase in government spending, economic growth, lower  interest rates and inflation will cause an increase to investment in Indonesia. However, the money supply has no significant effect on investment. Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine (1) the influence of consumption, investment, government spending, and net exports to the economy in West Sumatra, (2) the influence of the economy, disposable income of the previous period, the consumption of the previous period and the rate of consumption to consumption in West Sumatra (3) the influence of the economy, the investment rate, and the rate of investments in West Sumatra. Type of data is the documentary data, the data source is a secondary data as well as data in the form of time series from the first quarter of 2000 - the fourth quarter of 2012. This study uses a simultaneous equation model analysis tool with Two Stages Least Squared method (TSLS). Endogenous variables in the study was the economy, consumption and investment. While the disposable income variable is exogeneous previous period, the consumption of the previous period, real interest rates, exchange rates, government spending, and net exports. The research concludes that (1) Variable consumption, investment, government spending and net exports have a significant effect on the economy in West Sumatra. (2) Variable economy, disposable income of the previous period, and previous period consumption in West Sumatra affect consumption significantly. While the real interest rate variable does not significantly influence consumption in West Sumatra. (3) The economy, investment and interest rates have a significant effect on investment in West Sumatra. Whereas no significant effect on the rate of investment in West Sumatra. Based on these results the policies that can be suggested is the Local Government (LG) West Sumatra needs to provide incentives to productive sectors, addition, West Sumatra government needs to provide incentives to investors. Diversty export products needs to be improved as well as the local and export destinations of West Sumatra so that the increase in exports can be realized with either.
