Abstract

This study aims to analyze how principal policies can improve students' mental health through the implementation of an adaptive curriculum. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Case studies are chosen because this method allows researchers to explore phenomena in depth related to the implementation of an adaptive curriculum. The location of the study was at Madrasah Aliyah Al Amiriyyah Blokagung Banyuwangi, the largest private school in the Banyuwangi area. Data in this study were collected through interviews, observations and documentation. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which includes data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was tested through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of the study indicate that upgrading mental health through principal leadership oriented towards an adaptive curriculum is a strategic step in forming a generation of learners who are emotionally and academically resilient. This study contributes to providing a conceptual and practical basis for the development of integrative school policies between principal leadership and adaptive curriculum in order to improve students' mental health sustainably. Abstract

The transformation of Islamic education in Indonesia cannot be separated from efforts to integrate the values of the pesantren tradition and national education policies. However, one of the main challenges still faced is the low level of policy literacy among Koranic teachers, especially in the salafiyah pesantren environment which still maintains the yellow book-based education pattern. This study aims to strengthen the understanding of Quranic teachers on Islamic education policy through a community service approach based on the Policy Analysis course. The method used was descriptive qualitative, with observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation in island pesantren. The results showed that after attending the training, the Koranic teachers began to be actively involved in local education dialog spaces, such as village education meetings and the sub-district level Indonesian Ulema Council forum. In addition, a synergy between academics and pesantren was also built, creating a participatory and contextual collaboration model. The strengthening of policy literacy is proven to not only improve the Koranic teachers' regulative understanding, but also encourage a change in their role from teaching implementers to strategic actors in community-based Islamic education decision-making. Abstract

Sinergitas antara pesantren dan pendidikan formal memegang peranan penting dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik yang holistik. Pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan berbasis agama islam memiliki peran penting dalam mementuk akhlak dan moral generasi muda, sementara pendidikan formal menawarkan pengetahuan akademis dan keterampilan praktis yang diperlukan dalam dunia modern. integrasi dari kedua sistem pendidikan ini dapat mengasilkan generasi yang tidak hanya cerdas secara intelektual tetapi juga kuat dalam nilai-nilai spiritual dan moral. Skripsi ini membahas tentang Sinergitas Pesantren Dan Pendidikan Formal Dalam Membentuk Karakter Peserta Didik di MTs amanatul Ummah Mojokerto. Dengan Rumusan Masalah (1) Bagaimana sinergitas pesantran dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik (2) faktor penghambat dan faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan sinergitas pesantren dalam membentuk karakter. Pada penilitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif model Miles dan Huberman. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian yang digunakan yaitu wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sinergi pesantren dan pendidikan formal berhasil memebentuk karakter peserta didik yang lebih holistik, mencakup aspek spiritual, intelektual, dan sosial serta mempersiapakan mereka untuk menghadapi tantangan kehidupan dengan landasan moral yang kuat. Para peserta didik menunjukkan peningkatan dalam disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan kepekaan sosial. Integrasi antara pesantren dan pendidikan formal dapat menjadi model yang efektif dalam pendidikan karakter di Indonesia.

Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to provide effective solutions in integrating Salaf education and modern innovations in the pesantren curriculum, so as to improve relevance, quality. The object of this research on Salaf education and modern innovations in the pesantren curriculum is located at Darussalam Blokagung Islamic boarding school. Darussalam Blokagung Islamic boarding school is known as one of the leading Islamic boarding schools that has long implemented Salaf education. The design of the research on Salaf Education and Modern Innovations in the Pesantren Curriculum, the method used is a qualitative technique with a case study approach. The data collection techniques in this research are observation, interview and documents. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and documents. Data analysis in this study used the Spradley model, which is known for its in-depth and systematic approach to understanding culture. This model consists of four stages, namely domain analysis, taxonomy, components, and cultural themes, each of which serves to identify and organize information in a structured way. The results of this research on Salaf Education and Modern Innovation in Pesantren Curriculum resulted in Dynamic Curriculum in Pesantren Education, Critical Learning Module Innovation in Islamic Thought Studies, and Innovation Lab Development for Exploration of Islamic Values through Technology.
