Abstract

Technological developments can increase the effectiveness of curriculum supervision, however the challenges of unequal access and lack of training must still be overcome to achieve optimal learning goals. The aim of this research is that researchers state Curriculum Supervision in the Digital Era in Facing Challenges and Opportunities that digital-based supervision can increase efficiency, make monitoring easier, and provide faster feedback to educators and students. This research design uses a qualitative type with a case study approach to understand in depth the implementation of curriculum supervision in the digital era at SMA Darussalam Blokagung. Sources of informants in this research include: Principals, teachers and students of Darussalam High School. The data collection technique in this research is observation. Interviews and documentation. Data analysis in this research uses the Miles Huberman model with 3 stages including data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research: Curriculum Supervision in the Digital Era in Facing Challenges and Opportunities produced findings including: varied learning styles, Teacher training and innovative curriculum.

Abstract

The organizing model in the modern education system applies an efficient structural approach, while the salaf education system provides a more intensive depth of values and character development, so adaptive leadership is needed to integrate both in facing current educational challenges. This study aims to interpret the comparison of organizing models in modern and salaf education systems to understand how both models can contribute to the formation of adaptive leadership. The object of the research regarding the comparison of organizing models in modern and salaf education systems is located in the SMA Darussalam. The design in this research uses comparative research with a case study approach. Informants in this research include boarding school administrators, alumni, and quality assurance team. Data collection techniques in this study include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this study used the Miles and Huberman data analysis model, which consists of three main steps: data reduction, presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the research on the comparison of organizing models in modern and salaf education systems produced findings including managerial structures, innovative approach education systems, and teacher welfare program education systems.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how modern education models and salaf can be harmoniously integrated to shape students' character and improve the managerial efficiency of educational institutions. In this study, a qualitative method was used with a case study approach in an educational institution that applied the elements of the two models. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis to explore how hierarchical organizational structures can be applied effectively, how teacher exemplary influences the formation of student character, and how the community supports teacher welfare. The results show that the hierarchical organizational structure provides clarity of roles and responsibilities that improve operational efficiency. On the other hand, teachers' exemplary behavior has proven to be very influential in building students' moral values through direct interaction and consistency in daily behavior. In addition, the active involvement of the community in supporting teachers' welfare not only strengthens social relationships but also creates a more conducive environment for teaching. This study also found that the integration of elements of these two educational models requires adaptive leadership that is able to balance efficiency and character building. The implications of this study are the need for a more flexible approach in the organizational structure of educational institutions, more intensive training strategies to enhance the role of teacher role models, and sustainable community-based programs to support teacher welfare. With the right integration, educational institutions can create a system that is not only managerially efficient but also able to build a generation that has high academic competence and strong character.

Abstract

This study examines the dynamics of the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School organization in the digital era with a convergence model approach, especially in using digital technology to support management and education. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation analysis involving key informants such as Islamic boarding school caretakers, administrators, students, and guardians of students. The study results indicate that digitalization has brought significant changes in the organizational structure of Islamic boarding schools, communication patterns between actors, and management strategies, although traditional values are still maintained. The convergence model is applied through technology integration to strengthen internal and external communication, such as using digital media in learning and managing student information. The implications of this study show the importance of Islamic boarding school adaptation to technological developments to improve management effectiveness and competitiveness while offering guidance for traditional-based educational institutions in facing the challenges of the digital era.

Abstract

Cita Entertainment is a YouTube channel that produces entertainment content. One of the products that Cita Entertainment produces is video highlights, which are excerpts from television shows or other events presented in a more concise and attractive format. The highlight production process at Cita Entertainment begins with selecting the program to be highlighted. After that, the production team will watch the program and record important moments that will be used as highlights. They will also choose the right music to accompany the video. Once the key moments have been selected, the production team will start editing the video. They would cut out the unimportant parts and arrange the important moments chronologically. They will also add pre-selected visual effects and music. After the editing process is complete, the video will be reviewed and displayed if needed. Later, highlight videos will be uploaded to Cita Entertainment's YouTube channel and uploaded via social media or other platforms.

Abstract

Creative graphic design training for PKK mothers in Gebanganom Waton Village aims to improve the skills and productivity of PKK members through the use of modern design technology. This article evaluates the training conducted, which covered the basics of graphic design, the use of design software, and practical applications in daily activities. The training was designed to empower PKK mothers in creating promotional materials, community documents, and attractive visual designs. The results of the training showed significant improvements in the design skills of participants, as well as improvements in the efficiency and quality of their work output. This article also discusses the challenges faced during the training and provides recommendations for the implementation of similar training programs in the future, to further support the development of local communities through digital skills

Abstract

Peningkatan kebutuhan akan sistem perpipaan saat ini sangat penting sebagai sarana untuk mendistribusikan atau mengalirkan fluida dari satu tempat ke tujuan. Fitting elbow itu sendiri sebagai komponen perpipaan yang bertujuan membelokkan arah aliran dimana berperan penting dalam sistem instalasi perpipaan. Pengangkutan partikel yang melewati elbow tersebut menyebabkan penipisan dinding akibat erosi, menjadikannya cukup sering dan juga merupakan penggantian yang membutuhkan biaya. Dalam penelitian ini melakukan pemecahalan masalah dengan penambahan vortex generator atau sistem pengacau aliran yang di pasang di dalam elbow. Prediksi erosi yang akurat terutama pada elbow dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan desain kerja elbow, wilayah inspeksi, limit pengoperasian dan lainnya. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan permodelan CFD pada aplikasi ANSYS Version R19.2 untuk memprediksi laju erosi dalam aliran fluida air laut dengan variasi bentuk vortex generator dan kecepatan fluida. Didapatkan hasil berupa profil kecepatan, pelacakan partikel dan laju erosi pada elbow pipa. Hasil simulasi nilai laju erosi paling rendah dan profil distribusi erosi yang paling efektif mengurangi laju erosi pada vortex model segitiga 2 dan vortex model trapesium 3 dengan nilai 7.771 x10-7 Kg/m2s dan 6.622 x 10-7 Kg/m2s ditinjau dari segi distribusi laju erosi pada permukaan vortex standard lebih kecil area terdampak erosi dibandingkan model elbow standard dan nilai lifetime paling optimal pada model standard dan vortex model segitiga 2 dengan metode generic memiliki nilai besar 242.1 tahun dan 237.7 tahun.

Abstract

The animated film Inside Out 2 continues the interesting story of the dynamics of human emotions represented by emotional characters such as Joy (happy), Sadness (sad), Anger (angry), Fear (fear), Disgust (disgust), and introduces new emotions such as Anxiety (Anxious), Envy (envy), Ennui (boredom), and Embarassment (embarrassed). The film uses distinctive colors in each character to reinforce the emotional message and provide an immersive visual experience to the audience. This study aims to analyze the relationship between color and emotion in Inside Out 2 with a color psychology approach. The method used is qualitative descriptive research with an in-depth analysis of color symbolism and its impact on the audience's perception. The findings of this study reveal that color in animated films is not just a visual element, but a strong emotional language. The colors in the characters and the background of the story are able to influence the audience's psychology, shape the mood, and depict the emotional journey. These findings confirm that color has a hidden power to convey messages, build emotional connections, and strengthen the identity of characters in the story, making the viewing experience more immersive and meaningful.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Al-Qur’an di MA Sabilul Muttaqin Kalipuro Pungging Mojokerto membutuhkan metode yang sesuai dengan kondisi guru dan peserta didik agar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an secara efektif. Metode At-Tartil dipilih sebagai metode yang praktis dan sistematis untuk pembelajaran Al-Qur’an di madrasah tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen dengan narasumber kepala sekolah, wakil kurikulum, koordinator program pembelajaran Al-Qur’an, wali kelas, dan guru Al-Qur’an. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi metode At-Tartil memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an siswa, yang terlihat dari peningkatan kelancaran, kefasihan, dan ketepatan bacaan serta prestasi siswa di tingkat MTQ Jawa Timur. Kesimpulannya, metode At-Tartil sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an siswa di MA Sabilul Muttaqin Kalipuro Pungging Mojokerto.

Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) is an important aspect in industrial operations, especially in the fisheries sector which has high risks. This study focuses on the application of the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method to identify and control work risks at PT. Suri Tani Pemuka Banyuwangi, with the aim of increasing work productivity. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the FMEA method in identifying risks and increasing work productivity at PT. Suri Tani Pemuka Banyuwangi. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with a single case study design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The analysis was carried out by calculating the Risk Priority Number (RPN) based on the Severity, Occurrence, and Detection parameters to determine the priority of risk control. The results showed that the aerator machine maintenance activity had the highest RPN, which indicated a significant risk. The implementation of control measures such as the Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedure and OHS training succeeded in reducing work incidents by 58% and increasing harvest productivity by 15%. The conclusion of the research on the application of FMEA at PT. Suri Tani Pemuka Banyuwangi is effective in identifying and controlling work risks, as well as increasing productivity. This success is influenced by management commitment and active worker participation. Recommendations to develop a more integrated OHS management system with technology, such as the use of Smart PPE and data-based monitoring systems. Periodic evaluation of the risk control system is also important to ensure its effectiveness. Continuous training for workers and good collaboration between management and workers must continue to be improved to create a safe and productive work environment.
