Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of E-Servicescape, Perception of Benefits, Completeness of Information and Trust on Online Shopping Decisions at Shopee. The population used in this study were housewives in the Mining Village, Cliff Tinggi City, who used the Shopee application for an unknown amount. Because the population is not known in determining the number of samples used Cochran method. Regression analysis method used is multiple linear regression and to test the hypothesis used t test and f test. The research data were analyzed or processed using the SPSS version 25 program. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that e-servicescape has an effect on purchasing decision variables. Perceived benefits affect the purchasing decision variables. Completeness of information affects the purchasing decision variables. Trust has no effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the content marketing strategy in the development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) at Coffee Shop Kopang, Tebing Tinggi City. The researcher used a descriptive qualitative approach. This qualitative research consists of disclosing facts, phenomena, variables and circumstances that occurred when the research was in progress and presenting what was happening. Qualitative descriptive research interprets and describes data on the current situation, attitudes and opinions that occur in society, contradictions of two or more, relationships between variables, differences in facts, influence on a condition and others. Qualitative method is a research method based on the philosophy of postpositivism, used to examine the state of nature. The results of this study are digital marketing strategies while still following the concept of marketing strategies to develop products and business competitiveness in the market. In addition, digital marketing strategies to increase the competitiveness of MSME products include segmentation that focuses on products and prices as well as quality on consumer buying interest. In addition, word of mouth conveyed by customers to influence others has a very significant impact.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The problem approach used in this study is empirical juridical. Empirical juridical is an approach that prioritizes legal/juridical rules combined with examining facts related to research. The nature of this research is descriptive. Where a study aims to provide an analytical description of the facts obtained with the applicable laws and regulations to obtain a comprehensive picture of the Gojek Paylater Paylater process. The results of this study are legal protection provided by Gojek, namely preventive and repressive protection measures. One form of legal protection is to make legal rules that can serve as protection or reference for the community, as in Law no. 8 of 1999 regulates Consumer Protection (hereinafter referred to as UUPK). The Consumer Protection Act is a law that regulates legal protection for consumers. However, this Law also emphasizes that business actors have the right to obtain legal protection from consumers with bad intentions.
