Abstract

As an effort to prevent the Covid-19 pandemic, the government and its staff issued a policy for schools to carry out learning at home. As of March 16, 2020, the school has implemented the online student learning method. The online learning system (on the network) is a learning system without face to face directly between teachers and students but is carried out online using the internet network. Teachers must ensure that teaching and learning activities continue, even though students are at home. The solution is that teachers are required to be able to design learning media as innovations by utilizing online media (online). Due to the diversity of teacher competency levels in carrying out online learning, it is necessary to socialize the introduction of the learning system. Therefore, in this community service, lecturers who carry out community service try to introduce e-learning learning media by providing examples of how to use it, for example using Google Classroom, and making learning videos uploaded on YouTube. In addition to teachers, lecturers also provide direction, views and motivation to parents because students' parents are considered to have an important role and cooperation in educating children during online learning at home. The result of this community service is that teac hers already know, understand and can manage online classes well e-learning

Abstract

Learning strategies through outing classes to improve aspects of child development. Learning is an important thing that is done in an educational process. Therefore it takes the right learning strategy. As for one of the learning strategies that can be done is through outing class activities. This outing class was conducted by SD Inp students. Toddopuli's flagship by visiting PT. Megah Putra Sejahtera, a company that produces instant noodles under the Megah Mie brand. The purpose of writing this article is to introduce students to the process of mass-producing instant noodles in a machine-run factory. In this community service the lecturer team works closely with the management of PT. Megah Putra Sejahtera, introduced and guided students during the visit. The result of this dedication is that students get additional knowledge and an overview of the world of management, in this case PT. Megah Putra Sejahtera operates and produces instant noodles in bulk packages.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are an important sector in the local economy, especially in the Pantai Biru Makassar tourist area. However, most SMEs in this area still face obstacles in managing business finances, such as no cash flow recording, mixing personal and business finances, and low understanding of basic financial management. This community service activity aims to improve literacy and skills of SMEs in managing finances through simple financial management training. The methods used include initial observation, module preparation, face-to-face training, direct practice, evaluation, and mentoring. The activity was carried out for two days in the Bira Village Hall, Makassar, involving 25 SMEs as participants. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of financial recording and business financial planning. The majority of participants also started implementing routine cash flow recording after the training. This activity proves that simple financial management training can be a strategic step to encourage the sustainability and professionalism of SMEs in tourist areas. Further training and ongoing mentoring are needed so that the benefits of the training can be felt in the long term.

Abstract

Women micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) actors in the Pantai Biru area play a strategic role in supporting household economies and driving the economic development of coastal communities. However, limited knowledge of entrepreneurship, business management, and financial literacy remains a major constraint to business development and sustainability. This Community Service program aims to enhance the entrepreneurial capacity of women MSME actors through entrepreneurship seminars and basic business management training. The implementation methods include interactive lectures, simple case studies, and participatory discussions to encourage active participant engagement. The results indicate an improvement in participants’ understanding of basic entrepreneurial concepts, the importance of financial record-keeping, and awareness of more effective marketing strategies. In addition, the program increases participants’ motivation and self-confidence in managing their businesses independently and sustainably. This activity is expected to serve as an initial step in strengthening women’s economic empowerment and the economic resilience of coastal households in the Pantai Biru area.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of financial inclusion in enhancing the sustainability of food-sector MSMEs in Makassar City. The research adopts a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. Primary data were collected through a survey of 100 food-sector MSME owners selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using Pearson correlation analysis to identify the strength of the relationships between the dimensions of financial inclusion and MSME sustainability. The results indicate that digital finance has a positive, strong, and significant relationship with MSME sustainability (r = 0.793; p < 0.01). In contrast, financial services, the use of financial products, as well as the quality and affordability of financial services show weak and insignificant relationships with MSME sustainability. These findings suggest that the utilization of digital financial services plays a more substantial role in supporting MSME sustainability than mere access to conventional financial services.
