Abstract

Policy Implementation (KLA) in North Lampung Regencyis a political and constitutional necessity of the Regional Government in the context of fulfilling children's rights and special protection for children, the problem is that there is a gap between policy objectives and the realization of policy performance targets. To be able to achieve its objectives, a policy requires effectiveness prerequisites for which an analysis of the effectiveness of the KLA policy is carried out and the determinants/factors that support and hinder itimplementation of the KLA policy.The research method used is researchqualitative descriptive, using public policy theory Matland, (1995) and other relevant theories. ProcessData collection was carried out by in-depth interviews with research informants, observation and documentation, while the stages of the processing/analysis process were editing data, presenting data and interpreting data. The results of the study concluded that the implementation of the KLA policy in North Lampung Regency has not been fully effective, it can be seen from the results of the research KLA policy as a child-based development system has not been able to fully transform KHA, integrate the commitment of Government and non-Government resources in a comprehensive and sustainable way. The strategic recommendation in the research is for policy authorities to1) optimize the integration of Government and non-Government commitments and resources, 2) carry outreviewlocal government policies/regulations, 3) carry out communication, socializationand policy publications, 4) implement community empowerment efforts, 4) increase the competence of KHA in policy implementers, focus on allocating the budget for implementing KLA policies and seeking alternative sources of financing.

Abstract

Perubahan harga yang terjadi sewaktu-waktu dapat menyebabkan harga bahan pokok menjadi tidak stabil sehinggga mengakibatkan masyarakat tidak bisa membeli kebutuhan bahan pokok apabila harganya tiba-tiba naik. Maka pemerintah harus memiliki perencanaan untuk menjaga kestabilan harga bagi masyarakat di setiap daerah. Menjaga kestabilan dan pengawasan secara langsung mengenai harga bahan pokok atau sembako merupakan tugas dari Dinas Perdagangan. Hal ini juga dilakukan oleh Dinas Perdagangan Kota Palembang, Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun aplikasi forecasting yang mempermudah dalam melakukan perkiraan harga bahan pokok pada unit pasar tradisional kota Palembang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data bahan pokok dan data harga bahan pokok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode least square sebagai metode pemecahan masalah dan metode Rapid Aplication Development (RAD) sebagai metode pengembangan sistem. sistem forecasting harga bahan pokok yang diforecasting berdasarkan nama bahan pokok dan tanggal yang akan diforecasting. Sistem Forecasting ini dapat menampilkan hasil harga forecasting dan nilai persentase erornya sehingga dapat terlihat tingkat kesalahan dari hasil perkiraannya. Hasil penelitian forecasting jenis bahan pokok ayam broiler dengan Metode Least Square diperoleh nilai forecasting Rp.31.329, dengan tingkat nilai error MAD yaitu 1,09 % dari nilai data sebenarnya yaitu Rp.31.000, Sistem ini telah diuji kevalidannya menggunakan pengujian Blackbox sehingga sistem ini layak untuk digunakan Dinas Perdagangan Kota Palembang.

Abstract

Corruption is a problem for this country. As an unusual crime, corruption must be eradicated in an unusual way. Eradication of corruption must be carried out as early as possible. Familiarizing anti-corruption behavior from an early age is expected to be a wave-breaker for anti-corruption in the future. The younger generation of the next generation, the leaders of the future leadership team, will play a strategic role in eradicating corruption. The chain of corruption that is already very strong must be broken by the younger generation. Therefore, the role of the younger generation in breaking the chain of corruption is very important. The problem with this activity is related to several things. First, the lack of understanding of the legal aspects of corruption. Second, the lack of understanding about corruption. Third, students are less aware of local corruption. There are basically three categories of ways to do this activity. The first is pre-activity which begins with the management process approving and validating the activity location. Second, the implementation of activities is carried out through questionnaires and lectures. Third, evaluation of activities.

Abstract

Latex is a colloidal suspended of rubber particle in rubber tree (Hevea brasiliensis). Technically, the capacity of rubber productivity can be determined by latex collectionperiod after being tapped. The objective of research was to obtain the differences of latex collection period. The study was conducted in September-November 2017 at the Sungei Putih Research Center in Experimental Estate with PB 260 (7 years tapped) on BO-2 (S/2 d3.ET2.5% Ga1.0 6/y(m)).The experimental designused a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with four treatments of latex collection periodi.e 20, 40, 60, 80 minutes after being tapped with three replicates respectively. The parameters observed was gram/tree/tapping (g/p/s), kg/ha/years, latex flow rate (ml/minutes) and total solid content (%).The results showed that latex collection period was significantly different to g/p/s, kg/ha/years and latex flow rate. Total solid content (TSC) was not significantlydifferent in all treatments. The latex collection period of 20 minutes after being tapped had higher productivity than 40, 60, 80 minutes.

Abstract

Measurement of dryrubbercontent of latex (DRC) is very important factor in the trade transactions of rubber. Determination of temperature and drying time of latex’s DRC need to be studied in order to avo id the excessive difference between farmers and factories so that it can cause loss effect on sale andpurchase of latex transaction. This study aimed to determine the temperature and time factor of the DRC during the drying process and its interaction. The study used a complete random ized design (RAL) with twofactors, i.e. temperature (80oC, 90oC, 100oC, 110oC, 120oC) and time (2, 4, 6 hours) with 3 replications and as control was 100oC for 2 hours. The results showed that the interaction between temperature and time was apparent (p <0,010). The using of temperature variations of 90oC (4 and 6 hours), 110oC (2, 4, and 6 hours) and 120oC (2, 4, and 6 hours) is possible to replace standard temperature and time (100oC for 2 hours ), because it have no significant differences in the value of latex’s DRC.To prevent the latex sample browning and stickiness due to oxidation of high temperature, it can use temperature of 90oC-100oC and drying timeof 4-6 hours.

Abstract

Cabbage (Brassica oleracea L.) is one of the most common vegetable commodities in Indonesia so cabbage dominates vegetable waste in traditional markets which is used as animal feed. To be developed as a traditional medicinal material, it is necessary to know the content of secondary metabolite compounds qualitatively. This study aims to determine the secondary metabolite compounds from cabbage leaf waste qualitatively through phytochemical screening and Thin Layer Chromatography (KLT) analysis. Extraction was carried out using 95% ethanol solvent by remaseration. Testing the content of secondary metabolites in ethanol extracts of cabbage leaf waste was carried out by phytochemical screening. Furthermore, the KLT test with stationary phase silica GF 254 and mobile phase chloroform: methanol: water with a ratio of 64:50:10. The results of the study were analyzed descriptively. The results obtained extract yield of 3.03%. The ethanol extract of cabbage waste contains saponin and steroid compounds. In the results of KLT analysis, there are 2 spots with Rf 0.75 and 0.875 which are green when observed visually and blue with UV light observation 366 nm which indicates the presence of saponin and steroid compounds. This study shows that the ethanol extract of cabbage leaf waste contains secondary metabolite compounds, namely saponins and steroids.. Keywords : phytochemical, screening, Brassica oleracea L.

Abstract

Daun pepaya (Carica papaya L.) mengandung flavonoid yang memiliki aktivitas sebagai antioksidan. Ekstrak daun pepaya dapat difraksinasi untuk meningkatkan aktivitas antioksidan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas antioksidan fraksi air, etil asetat dan kloroform ekstrak daun pepaya menggunakan metode DPPH. Ekstraksi simplisia menggunakan metode maserasi dengan pelarut etanol 70%. Ekstrak yang diperoleh diuapkan hingga diperoleh ekstrak kental kemudian difraksinasi dengan air, etil asetat dan kloroform. Setiap fraksi diuapkan kemudian dihitung nilai rendemen ekstrak, skrining fitokimia, kadar total fenol, kadar total flavonoid dan aktivitas antioksidan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai rendemen ekstrak etanol daun pepaya adalah 8,56%. Hasil uji kuantitatif ketiga fraksi mengandung senyawa fenol dan flavonoid. Kadar total fenol fraksi air, etil asetat dan kloroform berturut-turut adalah 112,968 ± 0,236 ppm; 109,382 ± 0,298 ppm dan 100,988 ± 0,298 ppm. Kadar total flavonoid fraksi air, etil asetat, klorofrom adalah 31,980 ± 0,313 ppm; 50,675 ± 0,124 ppm;  52,374 ± 0,190 ppm. Aktivitas antioksidan fraksi air, etil asetat dan kloroform adalah 666,846 ± 5,402 ppm; 646,049 ± 2,717 ppm dan 1.000,430 ± 4,454  ppm. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah fraksi air, etil asetat dan kloroform ekstrak daun pepaya memiliki aktivitas antioksidan.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran sebagai alat bantu berupa fisik maupun non fisik sengaja digunakan sebagai perantara antara dosen dan mahasiswa dalam memahami materi pembelajaran agar lebih efektif dan efisien. Video tutorial adalah tampilan dari suatu langkah-langkah yang menerangkan informasi melalui audio dan visual. Tari Kuda Gipang merupakan sebuah tarian tradisional Kalimantan Selatan yang menceritakan tentang kegagahan pasukan berkuda. Gerakannya menggambarkan kekuatan dan keperkasaan para prajurit dalam mengendalikan kuda. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan dan kelayakan video tutorial Tari Kuda Gipang sebagai media belajar. Metode pengembangan atau Research and Development digunakan untuk membuat video tutorial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa video tutorial Tari Kuda Gipang sebagai media belajar dinyatakan Sangat Layak. Perolehan dari ahli materi 46.0 termasuk dalam kategori Sangat Layak dan perolehan nilai dari ahli media 46.0 termasuk dalam kategori Sangat Layak dengan rerata 51.5. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian kelayakan media termasuk dalam kategori Sangat Layak. Penilaian uji coba terbatas diperoleh presentase 100% dengan kategori Sangat Layak. Berdasarkan keseluruhan hasil presentase penilaian kelayakan Pengembangan Video Tutorial Tari Kuda Gipang termasuk dalam kategori Sangat Layak, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran yang efektif pada mata kuliah Praktik Tari Kalimantan Selatan (Klasik Banjar) di semester II. Abstract

Comparison Of Antihypertension Effects Of White Tea, Yellow Tea, Black Dragon Tea And Green Tea Ethanol Extracts In Indonesia, hypertension is still a significant health issue. Every year, Indonesia sees a rise in the prevalence of hypertension. Green tea, black dragon tea, white tea, and yellow tea all contain flavonoid antioxidants that may be used to treat hypertension by acting through the antioxidant route. The comparison of the antihypertensive effects of various ethanol extracts of white tea, yellow tea, blackdragon tea, and premium green tea (Camellia sinensis L.) is the main goal of this study. Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design research is this kind of experimental study. White tea, yellow tea, black dragon tea, and premium green tea (Camellia sinensis L.) were all subjected to antihypertensive tests using various ethanol extracts. Thirty Wistar rats were placed into six groups for the antihypertension test, each group comprising are group I (CMC. Na 1%), Group II (Captopril 2.25 mg/kgW), Groups III, IV, V and VI were the treatment groups. which consists of administering ethanol extracts of White Tea, Yellow Tea, Black Dragon Tea and Green Tea Premium at a dose of 500 mg/kgW. Blood pressure checks were carried out 3 times, namely before induction (TD I), after induction (TD II), and after being given the test solution (TD III). The results of the blood measurements then calculate the antihypertensive activity. In this study, it was discovered that captopril had a 40.0% antihypertensive action, compared to 33.3% for white tea ethanol extract, 37.2% for yellow tea, 37.7% for black dragon tea, and 38.0% for green tea. The results of this study indicate that the four ethanol extracts of tea, when administered at a dose of 500 mg/kgBB, can have an antihypertensive effect. However, only yellow tea, black dragon tea, and green tea are not substantially different from captopril (p>0.05).  Hipertensi masih menjadi suatu masalah kesehatan yang cukup besar di Indonesia. Prevalensi hipertensi di Indonesia terus meningkat setiap tahunnya. White tea, yellow tea, black dragon tea dan green tea mengandung senyawa flavonoid sebagai antioksidan yang dapat berpotensi sebagai antihipertensi dengan melalui jalur antioksidan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui perbandingan efek antihipertensi berbagai ekstrak etanol white tea, yellow tea, blackdragon tea dan green tea premium (Camellia sinensis L.). Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian eksperimental Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Uji antihipertensi berbagai ekstrak etanol berbagai produk teh yaitu white tea, yellow tea, black dragon tea dan green tea premium (Camellia sinensis L.). Pada uji antihipertensi, 30 ekor tikus galur wistar di bagi menjadi 6 kelompok yang terdiri dari kelompok I (CMC. Na 1%), Kelompok II (Captopril 2,25 mg/kgBB), Kelompok III, IV, V dan VI merupakan kelompok perlakuan yang terdiri dari pemberian ekstrak etanol White Tea, Yellow Tea, Black Dragon Tea dan Green Tea Premium dengan dosis 500 mg/kgBB. Pengecekan tekanan darah dilakukan sebanyak 3 kali yaitu pada sebelum penginduksian (TD I), setelah penginduksian (TD II), dan setelah diberikan larutan uji (TD III). Hasil Pengukuran darah tersebut kemudian dihitung aktivitas antihipertensinya. Pada penelitian ini dapat diperoleh data bahwa aktivitas antihipertensi Captopril 40,0%, ekstrak etanol white tea 33,3%, yellow tea 37,2%, black dragon tea 37,7% dan green tea 38,0%. Melalui penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa keempat ekstrak etanol teh tersebut dengan dosis 500mg/kgBB dapat berefek sebagai antihipertensi, namun hanya yellow tea, black dragon tea dan green tea yang tidak berbeda bermakna (p>0,05) dibandingkan dengan captopril.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a web-based application system using the K-Means algorithm to group students in Quran coaching at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School in Paiton, Probolinggo. The need for this system is based on the importance of efficiency and accuracy in determining student coaching groups based on their abilities in reading the Quran, including Tajweed, fluency, and memorization scores. This research method involves data analysis from 412 students. The data is processed using the K-Means algorithm to group students into three skill categories: "Good", "Sufficient", and "Poor". The grouping results provide objective and accurate guidance in determining suitable coaching groups for each student. The research results show that the K-Means algorithm is effective in grouping students, thereby improving the efficiency and accuracy of the coaching process. The implementation of web-based technology facilitates access and use of the system by administrators and coaching participants, ensuring that the grouping and coaching processes become faster, more accurate, and more objective. In conclusion, this research successfully develops a more responsive and efficient Quran coaching system, which not only solves specific problems at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School but also makes a significant contribution to the development of similar systems in other Islamic educational institutions.
