Abstract

This research aimed to find out how to increase the motivation of productive civil servants. This study used a quantitative research with a descriptive type which was intended to provide a clear picture of the problems being studied at the Population and Civil Registration office of Enrekang Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 50 people, data collection used a questionnaire. Data analysis used simple linear regression with the help of the computer program Excel Statistic Analysis SPSS v 24.0. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the influence of motivation on work productivity of the employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Enrekang Regency. The importance of motivation in increasing the work productivity of employees in the Population and Civil Registration office of Enrekang Regency.Keywords: Motivation, Employee Work Productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the Effect of Employee's Extra Payment on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Regional Secretariat of Bulukumba Regency which focused on the Effect of TPP on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Regional Secretariat of Bulukumba Regency. This study used a quantitative research with the type of positivism philosophy research, namely to describe and explain the effect of additional employee income on the performance of the state civil apparatus in the Bulukumba district secretariat. The results of this study indicated that the regression results (influence) of Variable X on Variable Y simultaneously were only 0.319 or 31.9%, which meant that the effect of giving TPP on employee performance in the office was small. While the effect of the TPP variable (X) on performance (Y) partially showed that the results per indicator had an effect of no more than 0.227 or 22.7%, it also showed that the provision of TTP on performance at the Bulukumba Regency Secretariat was relatively small. Thus, the effect of TPP in improving performance was very small.Keywords: Influence, Performance, Employee's Extra Payment

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the role of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in overseeing the development of Sukamaju Village, Tellulimpoe District, Sinjai Regency, focusing on the role of the Village Consultative Body in Development Oversight, with three indicators: setting standards, conducting assessments, and implementing corrective actions. This is a qualitative study. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis follows a descriptive model comprising data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validation is conducted through source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation. The results of this research found that the role of the village consultative body (BPD) in supervising the development of Sukamaju Village, Tellulimpoe District, Sinjai Regency has been successful, but there needs to be more maximum effort from both the village head and village officials. Development activities have several obstacles, namely the lack of community participation. This research was carried out by conducting direct interviews with informants and documentation with several informants to answer the problem formulation consisting of setting standards, conducting assessments, taking corrective action.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine how big the influence of work facilities to the employee performance at  Bantaeng Regency Disaster Preparedness Brigade Office. This study  used quantitative methods with the type of survey research and data collection techniques were observation and questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees in the Bantaeng Regency Disaster Preparedness Brigade Office, with a total sample of 50 people. In addition, sampling used a saturated sampling technique. The results of this study showed that the work facilities consisted of in accordance with the needs, were able to optimize work results, were easy to use, accelerated the work process, the placement was arranged properly having a contribution of 34.2% to the performance of employees in the Bantaeng District Disaster Preparedness Brigade Office, while 65.8% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study purposed to determine and analyze the effect of Work Motivation on Personnel Performance in the Office of Personnel and Human Resources Development in Gowa Regency.  This study used a descriptive study with quantitative methods and approaches that described Work Motivation on Staffing Performance and Human Resources Development in Gowa Regency.  The population in this study were all employees in the Office of Human Resources and Human Resources Development, Gowa Regency, as many as 46 people.  Sampling technique used saturated sampling.  Based on the results of the static table summary model explained the magnitude of the correlation or relationship (R) value of 0.698.  Of the influence of the independent variable or work motivation (X) on the dependent variable of employee performance (Y) showed by the Adjusted R Square value of 0.575 meant 57.5% of the influence of the independent variable or work motivation on the employee performance dependent variable (Y) in the Office of the Agency  Gowa Regency Human Resources and Human Resources Development.

Abstract

This study purposed to find out the Electronic Archive Management of the Incoming and Outgoing Mail System at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of South Sulawesi during the implementation of the online incoming and outgoing mail system application. This study used descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study showed that from the aspects of 1) the creation and storage of managing electronic archives had been integrated into the SISUMEKER Incoming and Outgoing Mail System application at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of South Sulawesi, 2) distribution and use, in the management of electronic archives. implementing the incoming and outgoing mail system application as the way in which the use of the application could be easier for employees, 3) maintenance in the SISUMEKER Electronic Archive Management was carried out properly. It was known from the ability to maintain  in accordance with the plan. It maintained the quality of the management each account  SISUMAKER. Also the employees routinely did backup data so that archives were kept safe, 4) disposition of the SISUMAKER Incoming and Outgoing System Electronic Archive Management had been carried out in stages and it run through the sisumaker application.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership on employee performance at the Gowa Regency National Land Agency. Leadership is a determining factor in an organization or company. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data sources used in this study are primary data sources and secondary data. Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires with the number of respondents 50 people. Respondent data were analyzed by simple linear regression using SPSS version 25 application.The results of this study indicate that the leadership at the Office of the National Land Agency of Gowa Regency got results of 89.3% which was classified as very good. The performance of employees get results of 88.5% which is also classified as very good. Then the results of the T test, the regression coefficient value for the Employee Performance Variable is 0.965 with a significance of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 indicating that leadership has a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study purposed to find out how the strategy of the regional development planning agency in implementing the city without slum program (KOTAKU) in Makassar City Regional development  planning agency. The number of informants in this study was 7 people. The results showed that the strategic implementation of city program without slums (KOTAKU)  at the Makassar city regional development planning agency office was already running in accordance with the applicable standard operating program procedures. This seen from the four indicators, namely effectiveteness and efficiency, organizational  structure, leadership, motivation, in this case the city program hadbbeen implemented in 127 villages in Makassar based on criteria, namely light slum, moderate slum, and heavy slum. The implementation of the program by the Makassar city regional Development planning agency related to the KOTAKU program had been running since the begining of 2015 until now and had entered the 60% achievement that carried out well. Keywords: Implementation of strategy, city program without slum (KOTAKU)

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine innovations in pregnant women's classes at community health centers. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data sources used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data source comes from 12 informants who were determined using purposive sampling. The results of the research show that the innovation in pregnant women's class services at the Rasabou Community Health Center, Hu'u District, Dompu Regency has a relative advantage which can be seen from the aspect of change, namely helping the community, showing that there are benefits obtained through the Pregnancy Class program (2) Compatibility, namely that there is suitability or compatibility with previous innovations so that adjustments must be made (3) Complexity (Complexity) with its new nature certainly has complexity (4) Possibility of trying (Triability) The quality of an innovation is of course very important, an innovation is said to be of quality if it can provide satisfaction (5) Observability after a process or procedure is in place, of course you have made observations in the innovation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine strategies for increasing community participation in the development of Ilan Batu Uru Village, West Walenrang District, Luwu Regency. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method, which is a form of research that aims to understand and describe phenomena regarding strategies for increasing community participation in village development by analyzing behavior, perceptions, interests, motivations, actions, by presenting data descriptively in the form of words or language. The research results show that the strategy to increase community participation in increasing community participation is quite good. However, it needs to be improved further to be more optimal, this can be seen from the aspects of planning, implementation and supervision.
