Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of performance variables that had by employees on the quality variable of public service at  the Labor Office and Transmigration  Gowa Regency. This study used quantitative research methods with descriptive research. Data analysis technique  used descriptive statistics with a simple regressive formula. Data described in the form of tables, pictures, frequency and flow of data with assistance SPSS. The  results of this study showed that there was an influence of Employee Performance Against the Quality of Service in the Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration office. Therefore, the hypothesis in the study was accepted because supported by the significance value. The results of  analysis data concluded that more good  employee performance meant more good the quality of public service. On the contrary the lower the performance of the employee meant the quality of public service was getting low. Keywords: influence, employee performance, quality of public service

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to find out the effect of performance assessment on employee performance at the Central Office of Training and Development of Government Management Studies at the Makassar City State Administration. This study used a quantitative research type with causal associative quantitative research type from 68 populations to be studied. The results of this study showed that the regression results (influence) of Variable X on Variable Y simultaneously were only 0.312 or 31.2%, which meant that the effect of Performance Assessment on Employee Work Performance in the office was relatively small. While the effect of the Performance Assessment variable (X) on Work Performance (Y) partially showed the results each indicators had bad effect of no more than 0.162 or 16.2%, it also showed the effect of Performance Assessment on Employee Work Performance at the Center for Management Studies Training and Development. The government of the Makassar City State Administration Agency is relatively small.Keywords : Performance Assessment, Work Achievement

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi Simbakda dalam hal pencapaian tujuan, integrasi, dan adaptasi di Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dimana penulis bermaksud untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi Simbakda di Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Kota Makassar dengan menyeleksi orang-orang tertentu yang dianggap memiliki pengetahuan lebih tentang aplikasi Simbakda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi Simbakda di Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kota Makassar dapat dikatakan berjalan dengan baik jika diukur dengan pencapaian tujuan, integrasi dan adaptasi dalam menggunakan aplikasi Simbakda. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari tercapainya tujuan bahwa aplikasi Simbakda dapat meningkatkan kinerja Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah yaitu bidang aset, namun masih banyak aset yang tidak dikelola dengan baik yang menyebabkan aset tersebut mengalami masalah, mengenai integrasi telah berjalan dengan baik atau aplikasi ini tersosialisasikan dengan baik. adaptasi tersebut telah berjalan dengan baik karena seluruh karyawan di bidang Aset mampu menggunakan aplikasi Simbakda dan meminimalisir kendala dalam menggunakan aplikasi Simbakda.

Abstract

This study purposed  to describe the Responsibility of Immunization Services at Passitallu Public Health Center in the Perspective of Good Executive Governance in Selayar Islands Regency. The research approach used descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants in this study were 8 people who were selected purposively. The data analysis technique used interactive miles model. The results of this study indicated that the responsibility for immunization services at the Passitallu Public Health Center in the perspective of Good Executive Governance through 3 stages, the first was having commitment to carry out responsibility and authority by having their respective responsibilities and the main duties and functions of each member in the health center in immunization services, the second was having a HR management policy. (Human resources) Management was carried out with each member given the responsibility in each village to carry out immunizations in each village, and the third was having a  policy of managing facilities and infrastructure that is adequate in terms of immunization equipment.Keywords: Responsibility for Immunization Services at Public Health Center

Abstract

This study purposed to find out how the influence of E-Government variable with employee discipline variables in the Office of Communication and Informatics, Tana Toraja Regency. This study used quantitative research methods with descriptive research type. The sample  were 19 people and the sampling method used saturated sampling technique. The data obtained were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis in a simultaneous and racial way. The results of this study showed that the results of the calculation of the percentage indicator variable of employee discipline at the Office of Communication and Information Technology of Tana Toraja Regency were in a good category with an achievement level of 73.75% which in the interpretation continuum the score was in the 80-100 interval or the agree / good category. the most influential indicators, namely the regulatory discipline indicator of 76.5%, then the discipline of responsibility of 74.10%, while the time discipline indicator got an average value of 69.75%, there was an influence of the E-Government variable on discipline. Employees at the Office of Communication and Informatics, Tana Toraja Regency amounted to 29.96%, while the rest was influenced by other factors not examined by researchers.Keywords: Effect of E-Government utilization, Employee Discipline

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of the use of electronic government on teacher discipline in Enrekang State Madrasah Aliyah School, Enrekang Regency. This study used the method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire  in the form of a checklist and documentation. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics with a simple linear regression formula. The data was explained in the form of tables, frequency and narrative of the processed data with the help of SPSS. The results showed that there was an effect of the use of electronic government on teacher discipline at the Enrekang Enrekang District Madrasah Aliyah which was very significant, namely the effect of efficiency (X1) on teacher discipline (Y) of 0.012 or 1.2%, Effect of effectiveness (X2) on discipline teacher (Y) was 0.073 or 7.3%, The effect of transparency (X3) on teacher discipline (Y) was 0.076 or 7.6%, the effect of accountability (X4) on teacher discipline (Y) was 0.161 or 16.1% which showed that the use of electronic government affects teacher discipline and the rest was influenced by other variables that had not been examined in this study. Therefore, the hypothesis in the study was accepted because it was supported by a significance value.Keywords: Influence, Utilization of Electronic Government, Teacher Discipline

Abstract

This study purposed to determine the effect of incentives on employee performance. This study was conducted at Regional X Makassar Post Office. The number of samples in this study were 56 employees in the Regional X Makassar Post Office. Data analysis was performed with a simple linear regression analysis. It was regression equation that described and explained the effect of one independent variable on the dependent variable, where the relationship could be described as a straight line. The results of this study showed that there was a strong relationship between incentives and employee performance of 0.888.  The influence of the independent variable or incentive (X) on the dependent variable of employee performance (Y), it was indicated by the Adjusted R Square value of 0.789, which meant 78.9% of the influence of the independent variable or incentive on the independent variable or employee performance at Makassar Regional X Post Office, from the output results were at a good level.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the implementation of complaint management carried out by ULP PLN Panakkukang towards customers. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques involve observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research show that the complaint management indicators implemented at ULP PLN Panakkukang, such as the speed of the complaint process, complaint handling, and ease of filing complaints, have met or even exceeded customer expectations. However, the volume of complaints is still significant, indicating the need for ULP PLN Panakkukang to carry out performance evaluations to prevent errors that could trigger complaints from customers.

Abstract

This study purposed to determine the effect of supervision on employee work discipline in the organization of labor social security in North Luwu Regency, while the research method used  a qualitative method with the type of survey research and data collection techniques used observation and questionnaire.The population were all employees in the office of the organization of labor social security in North Luwu Regency  as many as 61 people in addition sampling technique  was saturated sampling techniques.The results showed that supervision was a process of observation and implementation of all activities of the organization to ensure that all work that was being carried out is in accordance with the plans that had been determined, while the monitoring variables could have a positive influence on employee work discipline, thus the results of the study indicated the effect of supervision on employee work discipline in the organization of labor social security in North Luwu Regency.

Abstract

 ABSTRACT This study aimed to find out the effect of non-physical work environment variables on employee cooperation variables at the Taka Bonerate District Office, Selayar Islands Regency. The method used in this study was a quantitative research method, the research data were analyzed using descriptive statistics with a simple linear regression formula. The data collection technique used questionnaire and strengthened by the results of observations/field observations and documentation studies. In this study, the sampling technique was saturated random sampling. Looking at the number of populations that were less than 100 people,the entire population was used as a sample, which was as many as 30 people. The results showed, based on the output of the summary model, the results obtained were R/standardized Cofficients Beta of 0.324 or 32,4%. That was, the calculation showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the non-physical work environment on employee cooperation at the Taka Bonerate District Office, Selayar Island Regency. Keywords: Non-physical Work Environment, Cooperation
