Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari sejarah teori ekonomi klasik. Penelitian kepustakaan ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari berbagai artikel jurnal dan literatur lainnya yang berkaitan dengan topik penelitian. Analisis isi literatur yang digunakan dalam penelitian digunakan sebagai metode analisis data. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa ekonomi klasik umumnya dianggap sebagai paradigma pemikiran ekonomi modern pertama. Adam Smith, Jean Baptiste Say, David Ricardo, Thomas Malthus, dan John Stuart Mill adalah beberapa pemikir utama dan pengembang mazhab klasik, yang muncul selama revolusi industri pada akhir abad ke-18 dan awal abad ke-19. Mazhab klasik berpendapat bahwa pengoperasian mekanisme pasar bebas adalah satu-satunya cara untuk mencapai keseimbangan harga dan output. Sebagai subjek, kekayaan negara memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Terdiri dari tiga masalah utama teori ekonomi klasik: produksi, distribusi, dan konsumsi, masalah ini disebut sebagai masalah utama ekonomi klasik.

Abstract

Permasalahan mitra yaitu kader desa di Kedungsari, Kecamatan Maron, adalah keterbatasan pengetahuan tentang identifikasi zat kimia berbahaya (seperti formalin, rodamin B, merkuri) dalam produk pangan dan kosmetik, serta kurangnya keterampilan dan media untuk edukasi masyarakat. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kapasitas kader dalam mengenali bahaya bahan kimia berbahaya dan metode penyampaian informasi yang efektif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi edukasi partisipatif dengan pretest-posttest, paparan materi menggunakan powerpoint dan pembagian leaflet. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pengetahuan kader, dimana lebih dari 80% peserta mengalami peningkatan skor posttest. Selain itu, terjadi perubahan sikap dan praktik, seperti kesadaran membaca label produk dan komitmen untuk mengedukasi masyarakat. Kegiatan ini berhasil membentuk kader sebagai agen perubahan kesehatan di komunitasnya. Disarankan pelatihan berkelanjutan dan pengembangan media digital untuk memperluas dampak program.

Abstract

Background: Acute Respiratory Tract Infection (ARI) is one of the most common diseases and a leading cause of death in toddlers in Indonesia. This disease can be caused by bacteria, viruses, fungi, or aspiration. Objective: This study aims to determine the types of bacteria present in children with ARI and the most common bacteria found in children with ARI. Method: The study used a literature review with a narrative review design, where the research process started from searching in database search engines: Pubmed, NCBI, Google Scholar, then sorted related to the title of Isolation and Identification of ISPA bacteria in children in 2017-2025, The search results yielded 904 journals. The journals were re-selected based on the standard isolation method and PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) with keywords acute respiratory tract infection, ISPA children, ISPA bacteria children, yielding 60 journals. The next selection looked at the entire text containing tables and graphs, yielding 32 journals. Then, they were re-selected by looking at their suitability in the field of microbiology, yielding 8 journals. Results: The results of the study showed that various types of bacteria were successfully identified as the cause of ARI in children, including Streptococcus pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus, Haemophilus influenzae, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Corynebacterium diphtheriae, Moraxella catarrhalis, Bacillus sp., and Sphingomonas paucimobilis. Most studies reported that Gram-positive bacteria were more dominant, with Streptococcus pneumoniae and Staphylococcus aureus as the most common species, although Gram-negative bacteria such as Klebsiella pneumoniae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were also found, especially in cases of severe ARI. Conclusion: This study shows that acute respiratory infections (ARI) in children are caused by various bacteria, predominantly Gram-positive. Streptococcus pneumoniae and Staphylococcus aureus are the most frequently found bacteria, while Klebsiella pneumoniae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa play a significant role in more severe cases.

Abstract

Pengambilan keputusan dalam organisasi merupakan proses yang kompleks dan strategis untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Proses ini melibatkan analisis informasi, evaluasi alternatif, dan pemilihan solusi terbaik yang mempertimbangkan dampak jangka pendek dan jangka panjang. Pemimpin organisasi memainkan peran penting dalam memastikan setiap keputusan mencerminkan visi dan misi organisasi. Terdapat berbagai model pengambilan keputusan, seperti model rasional, bounded rationality, inkremental, dan garbage can, yang masing-masing memiliki kelebihan dan keterbatasan tergantung pada konteksnya. Selain itu, konflik dalam pengambilan keputusan sering terjadi akibat perbedaan pandangan dan prioritas antar pemangku kepentingan. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, diperlukan mekanisme pengambilan keputusan yang inklusif dan transparan, seperti diskusi kelompok dan pendekatan berbasis data. Langkah-langkah pengambilan keputusan mencakup identifikasi masalah, pengumpulan data, analisis alternatif, implementasi, hingga evaluasi hasil. Dalam konteks pendidikan, pengambilan keputusan berdampak signifikan pada kualitas pembelajaran dan pengelolaan sumber daya. Oleh karena itu, pemimpin pendidikan harus memiliki kemampuan kepemimpinan yang efektif, berorientasi pada etika, dan berfokus pada kebutuhan siswa. Dengan penerapan proses pengambilan keputusan yang tepat, organisasi dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas, dan daya saingnya dalam menghadapi tantangan global.

Abstract

Students of Islamic Education Management (MPI) who undertake multiple roles, such as studying while boarding at pesantren, working part-time, or participating in organizations, face challenges in balancing academic and non-academic responsibilities. This study aims to describe the time management strategies of MPI students in balancing lectures with other activities and their impact on academic achievement. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews with three key informants: Nenti (lectures + boarding), Siti Fatonah (lectures + part-time work), and Aleni Frisiliani (lectures + organizations). Data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s (1994) model through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, supported by source triangulation. The findings reveal that the informants applied time management strategies based on academic priorities, time segmentation, to-do lists, ask chunking, proactive communication, and social support from family, peers, lecturers, and organizational or boarding administrators. These strategies effectively maintained focus, prevented burnout, and ensured consistently high Grade Point Averages (GPA >3.85). The study confirms that multiple roles do not inherently reduce academic performance; rather, they can foster discipline, independence, and holistic competence when time management strategies are properly implemented

Abstract

International arbitration is a dispute resolution mechanism increasingly used in cross-border legal relations, particularly in the areas of international trade and foreign investment. While international arbitration provides legal certainty and protection for investors, it also has implications for national legal sovereignty, particularly when a country must comply with arbitral awards outside the national judicial system. This study aims to analyze the implications of international arbitration on national legal sovereignty by examining the legal framework of international arbitration and the response of the Indonesian legal system to international arbitral awards. The research method used is qualitative research with a normative juridical approach through a literature review of laws and regulations, international treaties, and related legal literature. The results indicate that international arbitration has the potential to limit state authority in establishing public policy, but still plays an important role in creating legal certainty and a conducive investment climate. Therefore, a strategy is needed to strengthen national legal sovereignty through regulatory reform, a consistent role for national courts, and increased institutional capacity so that the state can safeguard national interests without neglecting international legal commitments.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of hadiths regarding the responsibilities of educators in the professional policies of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) teachers. Hadiths emphasize that teachers have a moral and spiritual mandate to educate and shape the character of students in accordance with the standards of educators. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the values of professional responsibility and the values of educators' responsibility in the hadith with the standards of professionalism for MI teachers. The method used is a qualitative approach through a literature study of hadith books, Islamic education books, and education policy documents. The results of the study show that the values of trustworthiness, exemplary behavior, justice, and sincerity in the hadith are in line with pedagogical competence and professionalism as moral and religious obligations. The implication is that the integration of hadith values is important in the development of MI teachers in order to create competent educators with Islamic character
