Abstract

Bimbingan belajar merupakan kegiatan pembelajaran tambahan yang ditujukan bagi anak-anak Kelurahan Kasui Pasar agar dapat menambah pengetahuan. Pengetahuan yang kurang di pahami ketika belajar di sekolah, dimana anak-anak diharapkan dapat berprestasi di sekolah. Hal ini berdampak positif dan memberi manfaat baik bagi anak-anak di Kelurahan Kasui Pasar. Mahasiswa kelompok KKN  30 UIN Raden Intan Lampung mengadakan program  bimbingan belajar di Kelurahan Kasui Pasar. Harapan kami bagi anak-anak terus melanjutkan semangat belajar. Bimbingan belajar merupakan salah satu bentuk kontribusi mahasiswa dalam bidang pendidikan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertujuan  untuk menjadi wahana bagi siswa untuk menyalurkan ilmu dan kepeduliannya kepada anak-anak di Kelurahan kasui Pasar yang masih bersekolah. Metode khusus yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) untuk membantu  orang tua yang tidak bersama anaknya untuk belajar dan membantu memotivasi siswa sekolah dasar yang  tinggal di Kelurahan Kasui Pasar.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berfokus pada sosialisasi perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) kepada siswa-siswi kelas 5 dan 6 SD N 01 Kasui Pasar, Kecamatan Kasui, Way Kanan. Inisiatif ini didorong oleh pemahaman bahwa anak usia sekolah rentan terhadap masalah kesehatan dan pentingnya menanamkan kesadaran PHBS sejak dini untuk optimalisasi potensi belajar dan aktivitas sosial. Metode pelaksanaan melibatkan pendekatan komprehensif dan interaktif, termasuk pemaparan materi menggunakan slide dan video, ice breaking, serta praktik langsung seperti mencuci tangan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan respons positif dari peserta, ditandai dengan antusiasme, perilaku kooperatif, dan penerapan kebiasaan bersih seperti membuang sampah pada tempatnya serta mencuci tangan setelah sosialisasi. Temuan ini konsisten dengan studi terdahulu yang menekankan efektivitas metode partisipatif dan penggunaan media audiovisual dalam pendidikan kesehatan anak. Program ini berhasil tidak hanya mentransfer pengetahuan, tetapi juga mendorong pembentukan perilaku dan peningkatan kepedulian terhadap kebersihan diri dan lingkungan. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan penerapan PHBS secara berkelanjutan oleh siswa, masyarakat, dan dukungan aktif dari guru serta orang tua.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap problem perwakafan di Provinsi Lampung serta bagaimana membangun tata kelola perwakafan modern di Indonesia dengan pembaruan Undang-undang Nomor 41 Tahun 2004 Tentang Wakaf. Riset ini termasuk riset lapangan, datanya didapat dari BWI Lampung serta akademisi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa problematika perwakafan di Provinsi Lampung meliputi manajemen pengelolaan wakaf belum sehat, minimnya sosialisasi dan literasi wakaf, kurangnya kompetensi sumber daya nazhir dan dukungan dari pemerintah dan masyarakat terhadap wakaf masih rendah. Akibat dari problem-problem tersebut pengelolaan wakaf belum maksimal dan belum mampu meningkatkan ekonomi umat. Sehingga perlu dibangun tata kelola perwakafan yang modern dengan penguatan hukum wakaf dengan pembaruan hukum wakaf yakni UU No.41 Tahun 2004 tentang Wakaf agar lebih responsif terhadap perkembangan zaman. Kemudian, peningkatan profesionalisme nazhir. Dengan profesionalisme nazir akan mampu mengembangkan dan memberdayakan wakaf menjadi lebih produktif, sekaligus mengalihkan usaha tradisional kepada usaha-usaha yang lebih menguntungkan, seperti rumah sakit, hotel, wisata halal, dan lainnya. Abstract

The purpose of this research is the legal protection for Termination of Employment in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic according to Islamic law and Indonesian positive law as well as the similarities and differences between the two. The research method used in this research is comparative descriptive, with a content analysis approach. This approach used an in-depth discussion of the contents of written information, systematically and objectively analyzed the facts, characteristics, and the relationship between existing elements or certain phenomena and can then be compared to theory. According to Islamic law, legal protection for workers against layoffs is part of the purpose of Islamic law. Namely to maintain life and property to achieve happiness in the world through a good and honorable life (hayyah thayyibah). Therefore, it must be carried out with principles such as human freedom, human dignity, justice, and anti-discrimination, as well as fair wages. In contrast, according to positive law, workers' legal protection for termination of employment can occur because the company is closed due to force majeure, and the entrepreneur is obliged to pay severance pay, long service pay and compensation rights pay that must be received by the worker. The difference is that Islamic law is not regulated in detail regarding the provision of severance pay, long service pay, and compensation rights pay that should be received as in positive law. However, in Islamic law, it is carried out following the agreement (akad) that has been made and agreed to. Therefore, there is no dispute due to injustice committed by one of the parties.Keywords: Islamic Law, Positive Law, Covid-19 Pandemic, Layoffs, Legal Protection

Abstract

The more advanced about freight forwarding services in the modern era, many people now like to send goods through freight forwarding services such as one of Id Express to facilitate people in carrying out goods delivery activities, where consumers only pay service wages to the Id Express after a transaction where the determination of service wages is carried out by the Id Express. The focus of this research is how the practice of paying couriers for goods in Id Express and seen from the perspective of shari'ah economic law? The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the practice of paying couriers for goods in Id Express and seen from the perspective of shari'ah economic law. This research is a field research. The power collection methods used are; interviews and documentation. The collected data is then analyzed qualitatively with a descriptive approach to explain the entire wage system at Id Express Way Halim, Bandar Lampung. The results of this study found that the freight courier wage system on Id Express Way Halim is a wage system seen from the delivery of goods, where the courier must send goods according to the target given from the Id Express and if the couriers do not send packages according to the target, their salaries will be deducted by 50% from the Id Express, while the wage system is not explained at the beginning of the agreement between the courier and the company, so in Islamic Law it is not allowed because it is not in accordance with the print of the Qur'an surah Hud verse 85, then does not meet the requirements of ijarah which is the willingness of both parties. And not in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 8 of 1999 Article 8 Point c.Keywords: Goods Courier Wages System, Id Express Way Halim

Abstract

The existence of street children, homeless people and beggars using the road is not in accordance with the function of the road because it can interfere with safety, security and smooth traffic. Along with the implementation of regional autonomy policies, the regions must play an active role in carrying out efforts to handle these social problems through the role of the Social Service. The research method using field research is carried out by reviewing data sourced from the research location or field. Based on its nature, this research is a descriptive study, namely a study to describe certain phenomena or symptoms. Based on the results of the research, the role of the Bandar Lampung City Social Service is in accordance with the principles of Islamic law, namely having a role to handle street children, namely by controlling the streets, which is handed over to the POL-PP for later coaching at the Bandar Lampung City Social Service. deemed disturbing, they will be arrested and brought to the Social Service and summoned by the family, a report is made in the form of an agreement as an effort to prevent it from happening again. During the coaching street children are given spiritual showers, as well as training and useful teachings. So that later street children will get provisions for a more decent life and can work with the skills that have been given.
