Operational management is an important part of problem solving factors in manufacturing companies because they have to face changing environmental conditions. Marketing Strategy is a strategy designed to promote goods or services with the aim of generating profits. Especially in some contexts, consumers tend to focus more on brands than products when making purchases, choosing certain brands because they have a positive image. Qualitative research methods place more emphasis on observing phenomena that occur and more on examining the substance of the meaning of these phenomena. Descriptive qualitative research means that the researcher must describe an object, phenomenon, or social setting which will be outlined in narrative writing. Benefits and Objectives of Company Operational Management 1. Efficiency (increasing efficiency) 2. Productivity (increasing efficiency) 3. Economy (reducing costs) 4. Quality (improving quality) 5. Reduced processing time (reducing production process time) Suggestions for this research are that several objects can be added to determine product quality improvements.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effectiveness of learning Tahfidz Al Qur'an through peer teaching at Al Azhar 5 Islamic Elementary School, South Jakarta. This research was used to obtain data using a case study qualitative method in class IIIC students of Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Learning Through Peer Tutors. In this study, researchers used one class to apply the Peer Tutor learning model, namely class III Mina, with a total of 26 students. The results of this study indicate that the use of peer tutoring practices in Quran memorization learning at SD Islam Al Azhar 5 Kemandoran has shown very positive results. This method not only improves students' memorization abilities but also contributes to the development of their character and social skills. By combining elements of teaching, social interaction, and effective time management, this program is an innovative and beneficial learning model. This opens up opportunities for implementing similar methods in other schools, exploring students' potential not only as individual learners, but as part of a mutually supportive learning community. Through this method, religious education is expected to have a broader and deeper impact on students, strengthening religious values, and preparing them to face future challenges. The peer guidance method effectively improves students' memorization of the Quran, character, and faith through a supportive learning community.

Abstract

This study explores symptoms of digital fatigue among students and its impact on the effectiveness of online Arabic learning in higher education, while also identifying learners’ coping strategies. Using a mixed-methods exploratory design, participants were students of an Arabic Language Education program at a state university in Jambi Province, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, online class observations, an adapted Fatigue Assessment Scale (FAS), and LMS documentation. Qualitative data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, while quantitative data were processed descriptively. The findings show that digital fatigue manifested as visual strain when reading Arabic texts, decreased focus during synchronous sessions, and weak vocabulary retention due to limited oral interaction. These symptoms reduced learning effectiveness, reflected in low participation, shallow text engagement, and irregular task submission. Students developed coping strategies such as balancing online–offline study routines, rewriting notes manually, using supportive applications, peer collaboration, and relying on lecturer flexibility. The study concludes that effective online Arabic instruction requires alignment between pedagogical design, cognitive load management, and social connectedness, and recommends integrating microlearning, retrieval practice, and community-based learning to reduce digital fatigue and sustain engagement.
