Abstract

This study examines the implementation of educational financing management strategies at Public Elementary School 42 Talang Ubi. The research aims to analyze how the school conducts financial planning, allocation, utilization, and evaluation to support the achievement of its educational objectives. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results indicate that the school adopts several strategic measures, including participatory budgeting involving key stakeholders, expenditure prioritization based on academic and operational needs, and the practice of transparent financial reporting. These strategies have contributed to more efficient and accountable financial management, thereby supporting the quality of educational services. Nevertheless, the school continues to face challenges such as limited funding sources, dependence on government allocations, and delays in fund disbursement. The findings underscore the critical role of strategic financial management in enhancing educational effectiveness at the elementary level. The study recommends strengthening institutional capacity in financial management and exploring alternative funding mechanisms to ensure the sustainability of educational programs.

Abstract

Pentingnya keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di sektor konstruksi semakin krusial. Salah satu aspek penting adalah memastikan bahwa pekerja menggunakan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) seperti helm keselamatan, rompi keselamatan, masker, dan perlengkapan lainnya secara benar dan lengkap. Metode You Only Look Once (YOLO), sebuah pendekatan deteksi objek mutakhir dengan tingkat akurasi tinggi, digunakan untuk mendukung sistem yang dibangun oleh peneliti. Deteksi dalam penelitian ini difokuskan pada helm keselamatan (Hardhat), orang (Person), tidak menggunakan helm keselamatan (NO-Hardhat), masker (Mask), tidak menggunakan masker (NO-Mask), tidak menggunakan rompi keselamatan (NO-Safety Vest), dan rompi keselamatan (Safety Vest). Untuk mengurangi risiko kecelakaan kerja, penelitian ini menerapkan kecerdasan buatan dalam merancang model deteksi APD yang mampu mengidentifikasi kelengkapan APD yang dikenakan oleh pekerja konstruksi melalui analisis citra. Berdasarkan pengujian terhadap tujuh data gambar, sistem berhasil mendeteksi seluruh objek target dengan tingkat kepercayaan antara 61% hingga 98%. Hanya satu gambar yang dikategorikan sebagai lengkap menggunakan APD (Valid), sedangkan enam lainnya terdeteksi belum lengkap (Tidak Valid). Nilai kepercayaan deteksi yang diamati meliputi: "Person" (76%–98%), "Hardhat" (76%–93%), "Mask" (90%–97%), "Safety Vest" (61%–97%), serta label "NO-" terkait berada dalam kisaran 78% hingga 97%.

Abstract

Abstract Improving the quality of education is the main goal in the Indonesian education system, especially in Islamic religious education. One approach that can be applied is through effective school management in cultivating media literacy and the application of technology in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning. This study aims to examine the implementation of school management in cultivating media literacy and the application of technology in PAI learning at SMP Bukit Asam. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the use of technology in learning and the media literacy program through "Dear Time" has succeeded in improving the quality of students' understanding of PAI material, although there are still some obstacles in terms of technology access and students' understanding of the use of digital media. Optimal implementation of technology can enrich students' learning experiences and support improving the quality of education in schools. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the political behavior of Generation Z in the context of the 2024 General Election (Pemilu) around the State Islamic University (UIN) Raden Fatah Palembang. Generation Z, generally born between 1997 and 2012, represents the age group that has begun to actively participate in formal political processes and became the largest segment of voters in the 2024 election. This phenomenon is particularly interesting to examine because the political behavior of this generation differs significantly from that of previous generations. With their high exposure to technology, fast access to information, and intense use of social media, Generation Z’s political attitudes and decisions are often influenced by digital dynamics, social identity, and a growing critical awareness of political, economic, and social issues.This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, using methods such as observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research informants consist of active UIN Raden Fatah Palembang students categorized as Generation Z who participated in the 2024 election. Data were collected using purposive sampling, considering variations in social backgrounds, organizational involvement, and levels of political understanding. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing to identify behavioral patterns and political tendencies among the respondents.The findings reveal that the political behavior of Generation Z around UIN Raden Fatah Palembang is characterized by rational and pragmatic orientations, yet still influenced by emotional and digital identity factors. Most respondents demonstrate interest in national political issues; however, their participation tends to occur more in the realm of digital politics through social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter). This generation tends not to be bound to specific ideologies or political parties; instead, they evaluate candidates based on personal image, track record, and media representation. On the other hand, their involvement in direct political activities—such as attending campaigns or volunteering for political parties—remains relatively low due to apathy toward practical politics and a lack of trust in political elites.Moreover, this study finds that political education within the university environment plays a crucial role in shaping Generation Z’s critical awareness. Classroom discussions, student organizations, and academic activities serve as potential spaces for enhancing political literacy. However, the low intensity of constructive political dialogue and the scarcity of exemplary public leadership limit the development of substantive political participation. Despite these challenges, there is a positive trend showing that Generation Z is increasingly inclined to become agents of change through social actions and digital advocacy, representing a form of non-conventional political participation.Overall, the political behavior of Generation Z around UIN Raden Fatah Palembang during the 2024 election reflects a transformation of political orientation from conventional models toward more participatory and digital-based forms. This generation holds great potential to become a critical, creative, and adaptive political force—provided that they receive continuous political education, ethical digital literacy, and are supported by a transparent political system. Therefore, this study contributes to a broader understanding of the dynamics of youth political behavior in the digital era and emphasizes the importance of educational institutions in cultivating democratic political character among Indonesia’s younger generation.

Abstract

Currently, there is a popular trend among the younger generation regarding the use of used clothes. What's interesting is the emergence of the online thrift shop, which is a type of business that is booming in the fashion sector by selling used clothes through online platforms. Generally, these business people get clothing supplies in the form of bales (sacks) imported from abroad. The Online Thrift Shop has received a positive response from many young people by offering clothing that has a unique style in a retro or vintage atmosphere from the 90s, as well as world-famous brands. However, one of the obstacles faced by the online thrift shop is the mismatch between the products received by consumers and what was initially displayed by the seller. There are situations where the goods delivered to consumers do not match the description given by the seller. This phenomenon is one of the shortcomings that need to be considered in online thrift shop operations. There are many online shops that sell goods to consumers that do not match what is offered. This makes consumers' shopping confidence and comfort less comfortable. The aim of the research is to build an information system in the form of an e-catalog that can simplify the buyer process without having to come to the store, as well as provide information related to fashion products that are suitable for consumers or customers. In this research, we used the prototype method, then for the system design tools, we used UML modeling, and for database modeling, we used ERD. Information system built using PHP and Javascript. Then, based on the test results using BlackBox Testing from several respondents, the success rate of the system built was 95%. Keywords: E-Catalog, Prototype, PHP, Javascript, Blackbox Testing

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan besar dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam dunia Pendidikan. Saat ini, penerapan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran menjadi kebutuhan yang mendesak untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di era digital. Untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut, diperlukan sebuah program pelatihan yang bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan para guru dalam menggunakan teknologi sebagai bagian dari proses pembelajaran. Melalui kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini, kami berharap dapat membantu guru-guru SMK Gutama Jakarta dalam mengembangkan keterampilan mereka dalam pengajaran berbasis digital. Dengan begitu, diharapkan para guru mampu menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih menarik, interaktif, dan efektif bagi siswa. Metode ini berfokus pada pengembangan kemampuan berpikir kritis, analitis, dan praktis yang memungkinkan siswa untuk memahami dan menerapkan pengetahuan dalam kehidupan nyata. bahwa peserta merasa sangat puas dengan penyelenggaraan kegiatan berdasarkan waktu pelaksanaan, materi yang disampaikan, cara penyajian materi, aspek kemanfaatan materi. Kegiatan ini juga sejalan dengan upaya pemerintah dalam mempersiapkan sumber daya manusia yang unggul dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi. Kata kunci: Pengajaran, Digital, Kompetensi, Pelatihan, Teknologi   The advancement of digital technology has brought about major changes in various aspects of life, including in the world of education. Currently, the application of technology in the learning process is an urgent need to improve the quality of education in the digital era. To answer this challenge, a training program is needed that aims to improve the ability of teachers to use technology as part of the learning process. Through this Community Service activity, we hope to be able to help SMK Gutama Jakarta teachers develop their skills in digital-based teaching. That way, it is hoped that teachers will be able to create a more interesting, interactive, and effective learning experience for students. This method focuses on developing critical, analytical, and practical thinking skills that enable students to understand and apply knowledge in real life. that participants were very satisfied with the implementation of the activity based on the time of implementation, the material presented, the method of presenting the material, and the aspect of the usefulness of the material. This activity is also in line with the government's efforts to prepare superior human resources that are adaptive to technological developments.
