Abstract

Bahan bakar fosil adalah sumber energi dengan konsumsi yang terbesar di seluruh dunia jika dibandingkan dengan sumber energi lainnya. Tetapi saat ini dunia mengalami krisis bahan bakar fosil. Proses elektrolisa air memisahkan molekul menjdi hidrogen dan oksigen dengan cara mengalirkan arus listrik pada tabung reaktor hidrogen melalui elektroda stainless steel 316L, gas hidrogen dan oksigen dijadikan bahan bakar kompor untuk menyalakan api. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan ini dengan membuat variabel bebas jumlah plat yang digunakan yaitu 7 plat, 9 plat, 11 plat, 13 plat dan 15 plat, dimensi tabung reaktor hidrogen di buat dengan menggunakan bahan acrlyc dengan panjang 10 cm, Lebar 8 cm, tinggi 15 cm dan ketebalan 1 cm. Tabung reaktor hidrogen yang dibuat dapat menampung 1000 ml air, proses elektrolisa yang terjadi berdasarkan arus listrik yang berasal dari adaptor. Variasi arus yang digunakan yaitu 7 ampere, 9 ampere dan 11 ampere.Hasil dari perancangan ini adalah memperoleh hasil laju hidrogen yang dihasilkan oleh reaktor, hasil efisiensi dari reaktor dari variasi jumlah plat yang digunakan dan nilai kalor yang dihasilkan oleh reaktor dalam pengaplikasian pada kompor.

Abstract

Rural communities encounter distinct development challenges, necessitating innovative solutions like the smart village initiative. This article delves into the successful implementation of the "Desa Bestari" smart village initiative and the collaborative dynamics among stakeholders within the Penta Helix Model. These stakeholders include representatives from government agencies, local communities, businesses, academic institutions, and mass media. Understanding their perspectives, experiences, and roles in the collaboration process is crucial for gaining insights into the dynamics of the smart village initiative. Employing a qualitative case study approach, the research explores collaboration processes, stakeholder roles, and project outcomes through interviews, observations, and document analysis. Findings underscore the pivotal role of diverse stakeholder collaboration in achieving sustainable rural development. The study elucidates stakeholders' contributions and effective strategies while addressing challenges and lessons learned, offering valuable insights for future smart village projects. This research illuminates the transformative potential of technology-driven rural development initiatives, providing practical guidance for stakeholders and contributing to the understanding of successful smart village implementation.

Abstract

Kondisi hiperglikemia yang berkepanjangan pada DM dapat menyebabkan berbagai komplikasi baik makrovaskular dan mikrovaskular. Diabetic Retinopathy adalah komplikasi dari penyakit diabetes yang memicu terjadinya penyumbatan pembuluh darah pada daerah retina mata, dan dapat menyebabkan kebutaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui prevalensi retinopati diabetik di JEC-ORBITA Makassar Pada Tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik observasional untuk mengetahui prevalensi retinopati diabetik. Kasus Retinopati Diabetik di JEC-ORBITA Makassar pada tahun 2022 sebanyak 882 kasus (100%) dilihat dari jenis kelamin, responden yang berjenis kelamin laki-laki adalah sebanyak 354 orang (40,1%) dan berjenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 528 orang (59,9%). Dilihat dari usia, usia ? 30 tahun sebanyak 8 orang (0,9%), usia 31-40 tahun sebanyak 37 orang (4,2%), usia 41-50 tahun sebanyak 196 orang (22,2%), usia 51-60 tahun sebanyak 388 orang (44,0%), usia > 60 tahun sebanyak 253 orang (28,7%). Dilihat dari diagnosis, Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy sebanyak 472 orang (53,5%), Non-Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy sebanyak 410 orang (46,4%). Prevalensi pasien dengan jenis Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy lebih banyak yaitu 472 (53,5%) dan Non-Proliferative Retinopathy 410 (46,5%). Prevalensi pasien retinopati diabetik terbanyak adalah dengan kelompok umur 41-50 tahun (44,0%). Prevalensi pasien retinopati diabetik terbanyak adalah dengan jenis kelamin perempuan yaitu sebanyak 528 (59,9%) dari 882 pasien.

Abstract

Pulmonary hypertension (PAH), seen in 20%-40% of chronic respiratory diseases, is linked to the severity of these conditions. Tuberculosis, a bacterial infection causing lung damage and impaired function, can contribute to this increased blood pressure in the pulmonary arteries, complicating patient outcomes by worsening both conditions. This study used an analytical observational method with a cross-sectional approach, measuring independent and dependent variables simultaneously at a single point in time. It focused on analyzing the relationship between pulmonary hypertension and pulmonary tuberculosis in patients. The study found that most respondents were aged 51-70 years, with no significant link between age or gender and hypertension (P-values=0.091 and 0.655, respectively). Light smoking was significantly associated with hypertension (P-value=0.001), while nutritional status was not (P-value=0.332). Significant relationships were found between blood pressure (P-value=0.002) and spirometry results (P-value=0.000) with hypertension. Thus, blood pressure, smoking habits, and spirometry results were key factors influencing pulmonary hypertension in the 60 patients studied. There is a significant relationship between Pulmonary Hypertension and Tuberculosis patients at Ibnu Sina Hospital, Makassar, January - June 2023.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an integrated data visualization dashboard that presents academic, scholarship, and tracer study information in real time at Politeknik Caltex Riau.(PCR). Data integration is carried out through an API Gateway within a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), ensuring that updates from each data source can be displayed immediately on the dashboard. To support effective and intuitive data exploration, the study applies Shneiderman’s Information Seeking Mantra, which consists of three main stages: overview first, zoom and filter, and detailson-demand. The resulting dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of key institutional indicators, offers interactive filtering features, and allows users to access detailed information such as student profiles, scholarship recipients, and alumni employment data. Performance testing using Apache JMeter demonstrates that most endpoints achieve response times below 500 ms, supporting the system’s capability for real-time data presentation. The findings indicate that the dashboard improves data monitoring efficiency, facilitates cross-domain analysis, and supports institutional decision-making based on accurate and timely information. Future enhancements may include the integration of predictive analytics and a more extensive user experience evaluation.

Abstract

This activity was motivated by the high rate of stunting in Limbangan Wetan Village. In addition, students also provided a way to process moringa leaves using milk. Demonstration of the Utilization of Moringa Leaves as Micronutrient Adequacy in Stunting Prevention Efforts in Limbangan Wetan Village, Brebes Regency. The Moringa Milk Demonstration activity was carried out at the Limbangan Wetan Village office, Brebes District, Brebes Regency, Central Java Province. The method applied was the delivery of material and demonstration of making moringa milk delivered by students of the Nutrition and Midwifery Study Program, Alma Ata University and assisted by friends from other study programs and accompanied by a question and answer session between students and pregnant women and posyandu cadres. In this demonstration, students of Nutrition and Midwifery, Alma Ata University presented material containing: definition of stunting, differences between stunting and malnutrition, characteristics of stunting, causes of stunting, impacts of stunting, how to prevent stunting, and nutritious intake to prevent stunting. The demonstration activities yielded positive outcomes, as evidenced by the high level of enthusiasm and active participation from pregnant women in Limbangan Wetan Village. These findings suggest that community-based interventions focusing on nutrition education and stunting prevention can effectively engage target groups, highlighting the importance of continued efforts to support maternal and child health in rural areas.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Sharia financial literacy, religiosity, and marketing mix strategy on the decision to become a customer of Islamic banks in Yogyakarta. The research employs a descriptive analysis approach and collects data using questionnaires. A sample of 100 randomly selected Yogyakarta residents was analyzed. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0 software was used to test the hypotheses. The results indicate that: (1) Sharia financial literacy does not positively influence the decision to become an Islamic bank customer. (2) Religiosity positively influences the decision to become an Islamic bank customer. (3) The marketing mix strategy positively influences the decision to become an Islamic bank customer. These findings provide valuable insights for Islamic banking institutions to refine their strategies and attract more customers.
