Abstract

Learning Sundanese script which is packaged in the SARASA (A Day with Sundanese Literacy) Program is an effort made to improve the character education profile of Pancasila students, namely independent, creative and globally diverse. Apart from that, after conducting research, this activity also aims to introduce and preserve Sundanese script to students, especially elementary school students, as well as increasing students' love of regional culture, especially Sundanese culture at SD Negeri Depok Baru 3. The SARASA program is packed with activities that are interesting, fun, pro-student and foster student agency in students. Apart from learning Sundanese script, students are also introduced to traditional West Javanese songs and games.

Abstract

The unity of teachers with the organization where they work, where the teacher feels that he has an organization and enjoys the conditions of the organization and his work, not only physically but also rationally, emotionally and normatively, so that the teacher feels satisfied and loyal to work in his organization is called teacher engagement. Optimal teacher engagement behavior will have a positive impact on the performance of their work and the madrasah institution. With a sense of love for their work and institution, teachers in carrying out their work work without knowing the time and fully invest themselves and their energy because they are no longer carrying out obligations, but the teaching profession has become a service. in his life. The aim of this research is to find strategies and ways to increase teacher engagement by conducting research on the influence of the variables of self-efficacy, interpersonal communication, organizational support and job satisfaction. This research uses the path analysis method to determine the influence between the variables studied and the SITOREM method for indicator analysis to obtain optimal solutions to increase teacher engagement.

Abstract

Principals as school leaders are a contributing factor to success in efforts to strengthen governance, accountability, and public image. This success cannot be separated from competence and ability in their duties, roles and functions. Providing excellent service to all school members, optimizing the empowerment and development of school residents, focusing on performance and growth and impact for school progress and for the community, this leadership is called servant leadership. This study aims to produce a model of strengthening service leadership in the form of a constellation model of influence between variables and their mathematical model. From this model, a research hypothesis is derived which will then be tested using path analysis at the quantitative research stage. The research begins by interviewing informants who are considered competent in providing the expected answers. Furthermore, data reduction, data codification, data display, data analysis, and conclusion drawing were carried out. The research was carried out at the Bogor Regency Private Vocational School in the period October to December 2024. From the research conducted, several variables are thought to have positive and dominant influence on service leadership, namely adversity intelligence, proactive personality, teamwork as exogenous variables, organizational commitment, and work motivation as intervening variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara prinsip dan praktik pariwisata ekologis yang dilakukan oleh sektor publik dan swasta. Penelitian mengumpulkan data melalui berbagai metode seperti tinjauan bibliografi, wawancara, dan survei. Analisis data meliputi analisis deskriptif dan analisis kualitatif. Sektor publik dan swasta yang diteliti telah menunjukkan kemampuan untuk beradaptasi dan merencanakan strategi baru, termasuk kemampuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan merumuskan program yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan wisatawan dan meningkatkan pengalaman pariwisata lokal. Saran dari penelitian adalah tim manajemen sebaiknya merumuskan strategi berkelanjutan yang mempertimbangkan berbagai faktor dan masukan dari pakar. Pelaku industri juga perlu meningkatkan kerja sama lintas industri, hal ini diperlukan untuk meningkatkan daya saing sekaligus menjaga nilai dan norma penduduk lokal, meningkatkan kepuasan wisatawan serta menerapkan praktik pelestarian lingkungan dan menciptakan efisiensi energi.

Abstract

Pendidikan menjadi faktor utama dalam menentukan kesetaraan dan mobilitas sosial di masyarakat. Salah satu aspek penting dalam pendidikan adalah prestasi belajar siswa. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh status sosial ekonomi terhadap prestasi belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan melakukan studi literatur dan library research untuk mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber terpercaya. Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara status sosial ekonomi keluarga dengan prestasi belajar siswa, di mana siswa dari latar belakang ekonomi yang lebih tinggi cenderung memiliki prestasi yang lebih baik daripada siswa dari latar belakang ekonomi rendah. Faktor-faktor seperti akses terhadap sumber daya pendidikan, dukungan keluarga, lingkungan belajar, dan motivasi siswa menjadi mediasi penting dalam hubungan ini. Namun, penelitian sebelumnya cenderung memiliki kesenjangan dalam cakupan populasi dan variabel yang diteliti. Oleh karena itu, penelitian lanjutan diperlukan untuk lebih memahami hubungan yang lebih kompleks antara status sosial ekonomi dan prestasi belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih dalam tentang faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi prestasi belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, serta memberikan dasar bagi pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan yang lebih inklusif.

Abstract

Increasingly sophisticated technology has resulted in the development of system technology in the field of administrative work in various agencies to become more effective and efficient, from light to complex administrative work. However, this must be balanced with abilities and skills that support their development. To face this progress, the world of work must always change. There are 2 things that can be done to meet these demands, namely providing competent human resources in the field of office technology, as well as providing supporting infrastructure. LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic takes part in optimizing students' abilities and skills in forming productive personnel in the field of office technology through community service activities. The aim of this activity is to make the transition to working life safer for vocational school students. The method used is the lecture method, delivery of material and discussion. The result of the service is providing useful provisions such as changing students' mindsets about their soft skills, the importance of understanding technological developments, changing behavior, and increasing knowledge about office machines. The conclusion of this service is that it provides benefits for students to become more confident and ready to compete, as productive workers in the business world. LP3I Polytechnic lecturers can use it as a place to distribute knowledge and knowledge that is beneficial to society. Keywords: Optimization; Office Technology; Knowledge

Abstract

Kepuasan dan kesetiaan sebagai konsep penting dan strategis dalam literatur pemasaran sangat penting bagi perusahaan dan pemasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan keterikatan merek emosional, kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen pelanggan yang tersebar di Indonesia yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling: simple random yang berhasil diperoleh sebanyak 240 responden dalam penelitian ini. Dan tehnik analisis menggunakan Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini telah menemukan bahwa variabel keterikatan merek emosional berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Dan kepuasan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Keterikatan Merek Emosional, Kepuasan, Loyalitas Pelanggan
