The method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach, with the data collection method in this research using time series data for 10 years, namely 2013-2022 from the total of Lampung Province, the data source is secondary data taken from the Agency The Lampung Provincial Statistics Center was analyzed using the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and coefficient of determination using the Eviews application. Based on the results of calculations both partially and simultaneously, the unemployment rate, education level and population growth rate influence the poverty level of the population of Lampung Province in 2013-2022, with a coefficient of determination of 0.740, meaning that 74% of the poverty variable can be influenced by the unemployment rate, education level and population growth rate , while the remaining 26% can be explained by other variables which were not examined by researchers in this study. The suggestion that the government should make is to pay attention to improving the quality of human resources, by providing training to improve the education and skills of the workforce so that they can compete in getting jobs so that they are not trapped in poverty and suppressing the rate of population growth, for example by reviving the transmigration program, equal distribution. employment opportunities, imposing high tariffs on immigrants and so on.

Abstract

This research was studied to analyze the factors that influence economic growth in the area. This research will focus on analyzing the relationship between the open unemployment rate, population and poverty on the island of Sumatra. The aim of this research is to provide a deeper understanding of the factors that influence economic growth on the island of Sumatra. Poverty is a problem that covers many aspects because it is related to low income, illiteracy, low health status and inequality between genders and a poor living environment (Word Bank, 2004). Overcoming the problem of poverty cannot be done separately from the problems of poverty, education, health and other problems that are explicitly closely related to the problem of poverty. Poverty is one of the problems faced by developing countries, including Indonesia.

Abstract

Crime cases are a common problem for many countries around the world. It doesn't matter whether the country is a developed country, a developing country or a poor country. In Indonesia itself, there are still many cases of crime, many of which are caused by economic problems such as income inequality, poverty, high levels of unemployment, and low levels of education which can influence crime itself. By knowing whether these economic problem variables influence crime or not, the crime problem in Indonesia can be addressed better. This type of research is included in quantitative research. In this research, we will examine economic inequality, poverty levels, education levels and unemployment rates on crime in Indonesia in 2013-2023. The data used in this research is secondary data, namely data obtained from a second source during the period 2013 to 2023. The type of data used in this research is time series data. The data in this research were obtained from publications from the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency. The data collection method uses the documentation method, namely the method of collecting data on economic inequality, poverty levels, education levels, unemployment and crime rates which is carried out by taking data from various documentation or publications from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The research results obtained were that economic inequality had an insignificant positive effect on the crime rate, while the level of education, poverty level and open unemployment rate had an insignificant negative effect on the crime rate.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Human Development Index and (small) business growth on economic growth in 2014-2024. The independent variable is the influence of the Human Development Index and business growth (small). And the dependent variable is economic growth. This study uses secondary data in the form of a time series, namely a time series for 10 years, namely from 2014-2024. Data obtained from BPS Indonesia. The research method is quantitative with data analysis used by researchers, namely classical assumption tests (normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests), multiple linear regression and statistical tests (determination coefficient tests (R2), t tests and F tests) using eviews-10. The results of partial regression coefficient (t-test) show that the human development index has no effect on economic growth. While Small Business Growth (Micro) Significant effect on economic growth. The results of the F test analysis show that there is a joint and significant influence of the two independent variables, namely analyzing the influence of the Human Development Index and business growth (small) on the dependent variable, namely country growth.

Abstract

Economic growth is essentially the most important aspect in a country. An increase in the quality of life of the community that occurs in an area can mean that the area has continued economic growth. Economic growth can be reflected in changes in GRDP in a region. This research uses eviews analysis 10. Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK), human development index and poverty are among the Human Resource factors that contribute to the formation of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) which can encourage Economic growth of a region. The aim of this research is to find out the influence of the level of labor force participation and poverty as seen from the human development index on economic growth in the province of West Papua in 2014-2022. The data used in this research uses time series data for the period 2014-2022, using quantitative descriptive methods with the eviews 10 analysis tool. Independent variables consist of Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK) as X1, human development index (HDI) as X2 and poverty (k) as X3 and Economic Growth as (Y). The results of this study show that TPAK, HDI and K simultaneously have a positive and insignificant effect.

Abstract

Improper population management will cause population problems, especially in work areas. Existing jobs have not been able to meet the employment needs resulting from the unemployment problem. The number of unemployed in Indonesia reaches 7 million people from the workforce. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of economic growth, minimum wage labor and inflation on unemployment in Indonesia. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, using time sequential data for 2014-2023. The test results show that with a 95 percent confidence level the model is significant, indicated by a significance value of F 0.000 < 0.02. Determination coefficient of The R Square for the model obtained a figure of 0.235 which indicates the independent variable. The model is able to explain 95 percent of the variation in endogenous variables well. Meanwhile, the remaining 5 percent is explained by other variables outside these variables model. This means that together the variables are inflation, economic growth and minimum wage workers influence the level of open unemployment. Partially, of the three variables tested by considering the P-value results, there are two Variables that influence the open unemployment rate are inflation and minimum wages worker. Meanwhile, the economic growth variable has no effect on the level of openness unemployment.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the functions and duties of the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) in assisting council members in carrying out their duties. According to the Mayor Regulation Number 34 of 2019, the Secretariat of the DPRD of Palangkaraya City consists of the following divisions: Secretary, General Affairs, Legislation Affairs, Sessions, Public Relations, and Budgeting and Supervision Facilities. Based on Law No. 32 of 2004 and Government Regulation No. 41 of 2007, the Secretariat of the DPRD is considered a "regional apparatus" that provides "administrative services" to the DPRD. This includes managing the DPRD's financial administration, supporting the duties and functions of the DPRD, and providing and coordinating the necessary experts for the DPRD. As explained earlier, the Secretariat of the DPRD plays a crucial and vital role in determining the effectiveness of the DPRD's services. Based on the research objectives outlined, the research method suitable for understanding the functions and duties of the Secretariat of the DPRD in assisting council members is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This approach will allow the researcher to describe and analyze the empirical reality in-depth regarding the role of the Secretariat of the DPRD.
