Abstract

Komposit SINIROL merupakan komposit berbahan serat sisal matriksnya nilon dan gliserol, yang diperoleh dari perbandingan komposisi kompositnya. SINIROL ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat dan diaplikasikan sebaga material baru sebagai bahan alternatif, seperti gibsum sebagai penyangga tulang patah, polimer sintetis sebagai pelindung kepala, dan juga bisa difungsikan guna peralatan-peralatan kedokteran yang lain. Dalam metode penelitian ini komposisi komposit SINIROL dengan serat sisal sebesar 20%, 30%, dan 40% (m/v), dalam continues undirectional. Dengan perbandingan Nilon Termoplastik (gr) dan gliserol (mL) sebesar (1:0,3). Mesin uji impak Impact Tester (Hung-Ta) dengan spesimen impak ASTM D6110-10 dan uji tekan menggunakan Universal Testing Machine (UTM WDW-20) dengan spesimen tekan ASTM D695-15. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kekuatan Impak dan tekan tertinggi komposit SINIROL pada komposisi sisal 30% masing-masing besarnya 0,954 Joule/mm2 dan 104,16 N/mm2 , sedangkan pada komposisi persentase yang lain mengalami penurunan kekuatan. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa dengan bertambahnya serat sisal maka kekuatan impak dan kekuatan tekannya meningkat, akan tetapi jika melampaui nilai optimunya, kekuatannya menurun.Penurunan tersebut disebabkan ikatan antara matriks dan fillernya yang rendah serta dimungkinkan terjadinya mikroporositas disebabkan residual stress. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan serat sisal berpengaruh terhadap kekuatan impak dan kekuatan tekan komposit SINIROL. . Abstract

Gula merah tebu (reddish brown sugar) merupakan komoditas bahan baku pangan untuk kebutuhan konsumsi lokal maupun industri, yang diproduksi skala usaha mikro dan kecil (UMK) Gendis Jaya. Peneningkatkan efisiensi produksi di UMK Gendis Jaya dilakukan dengan penerapan mesin pencacah kayu. Mesin ini dirancang untuk menghasilkan bahan bakar alternatif yang berukuran seragam, sehingga mendukung kestabilan api selama pemasakan air nira tebu. Hasil implementasi mesin memberikan pengaruh terhadap durasi pemasakan berkurang dari 3 jam menjadi 2,5 jam, dengan peningkatan frekuensi produksi harian dari 4 menjadi 5 kali. Kapasitas produksi meningkat dari 11 kwintal menjadi 12 kwintal per hari. Selain itu, kualitas gula merah menjadi lebih konsisten, dan limbah bahan bakar berkurang hingga 30%. Sosialisasi dan pelatihan pengoperasian mesin diberikan kepada mitra memastikan karyawan UMK Gendis Jaya dapat mengoperasikan alat dengan baik, meminimalisir kesalahan operasional. Implementasi teknologi ini tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas produk gula merah tebu, tetapi juga mendukung pengembangan industri UMK Gendis Jaya.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui minat peserta didik baru dalam memilih SMK dan kosentrasi keahlian yang paling diminati serta yang tidak banyak diminati pada SMK Negeri yang nantinya mempengaruhi jumlah rombongan belajar. Jumlah rombongan belajar per satuan pendidikan adalah 3 sampai 72 rombongan belajar dan jumlah maksimum peserta didik adalah 36 peserta didik per rombongan berlajar pada SMK Negeri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data yang didapat dari majanemen Data Pokok Pendidikan pada Tahun Pelajaran 2024/2025. Hasil analisa data didapatkan bahwa SMK Negeri masih menjadi pilihan utama dan untuk SMK Negeri kosentrasi keahlian Desain Komunikasi Visual paling banyak diminati serta kosentrasi keahlian Kesehatan Hewan tidak banyak diminati. Pada penelitian ini, hasil Analisis Data Peserta Didik Baru dalam Pemilihan SMK dan Kosesntrasi Keahlian diharapkan menjadi acuan dalam promosi penerimaan peserta didik baru setiap tahunnya dan kebijakan program SMK Negeri di Wilayah Kabupaten Pasuruan dan Kota Pasuruan. Sehingga pendidikan kejuruan yang diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah dapat memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat dan dunia industri

Abstract

Teaching Factory di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) dirancang untuk menjembatani kesenjangan antara keterampilan yang diajarkan di sekolah dan tuntutan Dunia Usaha/Dunia Industri (DUDI), khususnya di tengah perkembangan Revolusi Industri 4.0. Model pembelajaran berbasis industri ini memberikan pengalaman langsung kepada siswa untuk terlibat dalam proses produksi nyata, yang memungkinkan mereka mengembangkan keterampilan teknis (hard skills) dan non-teknis (soft skills) yang relevan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas Teaching Factory dalam meningkatkan kompetensi siswa SMK dan menganalisis faktor-faktor pendukung serta tantangan yang memengaruhi keberhasilannya. Menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) berdasarkan pedoman PRISMA, penelitian ini meninjau berbagai literatur yang berfokus pada penerapan Teaching Factory di SMK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Teaching Factory efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan teknis siswa, keterampilan interpersonal seperti komunikasi dan kerja tim, serta jiwa kewirausahaan melalui praktik langsung dalam lingkungan kerja industri. Keberhasilan implementasi ini didukung oleh beberapa faktor penting, antara lain infrastruktur yang sesuai standar industri, kemitraan yang kuat dengan DUDI, dan kompetensi guru yang memiliki pengalaman industri. Namun, tantangan utama meliputi keterbatasan fasilitas di beberapa SMK, keterbatasan waktu praktik yang ideal untuk kegiatan industri, serta kurangnya akses terhadap mitra industri di wilayah yang terpencil. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa untuk mencapai keberhasilan maksimal, Teaching Factory memerlukan dukungan sumber daya yang memadai, peningkatan kompetensi guru, serta kolaborasi yang berkelanjutan dengan industri. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan vokasional di Indonesia agar lulusan SMK lebih siap dan kompetitif dalam menghadapi dunia kerja yang dinamis

Abstract

Indonesia is a developing country with the fourth largest population in the world, thus having enormous human resource potential. However, this potential has not been fully utilised because many high school graduates do not continue their education, work, or participate in training. One way to prepare high school students in Lamongan Regency to face these challenges is through entrepreneurship education, which is expected to strengthen skills, recognise opportunities, and foster entrepreneurial intent. The research method used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS). Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics. The results of the analysis show that: (1) The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of entrepreneurial education on entrepreneurial skills, (2) The results of the study indicate that there is no positive and significant effect of opportunity recognition on entrepreneurial skills, (3) The results of the study indicate that there is a direct positive and significant effect of entrepreneurial education on entrepreneurial intention. (4) The results show that there is a direct positive and significant effect between the variables of opportunity recognition and entrepreneurial intention, (5) The results show that there is a direct positive and significant effect of entrepreneurial skills on entrepreneurial intention, (6) The results show that entrepreneurial education has an effect on entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurial skills. (7) The results show that opportunity recognition does not have an effect on entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurial skills. The results of this study are expected to encourage schools to strengthen the implementation of entrepreneurial education by providing more practical activities, such as business projects, business incubation programmes, or collaboration with local MSMEs

Abstract

This study aims to examine the trend of product cost research in Indonesia through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach and bibliometric analysis. Data was obtained from the Scopus database with the keyword “product cost” in the Indonesian region in the range of 2015-2025, resulting in 174 documents. The analysis showed a significant increase in publications since 2020, with a peak in 2023. Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember is the most productive and influential institution in the publication of this topic. The bibliometric visualization shows the existence of connected and unconnected authorship collaborations, as well as seven main keyword clusters that include supply chain, cost, and sustainability. Further analysis indicates that the integration of variable costing and absorption costing methods in the context of job order costing remains under-researched, despite its important implications in making more accurate cost decisions. This research provides a comprehensive overview of the development of product cost research in Indonesia and identifies research gaps that can be used as a basis for further studies.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the performance and maintenance of the 21-ton/hour capacity boiler at PT XYZ through the application of the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method. The boiler machine plays a crucial role in the production process, but it often experiences performance degradation that can disrupt the smooth operation of the company. OEE is used to measure how well the machine operates based on three main aspects: availability, performance, and quality. In addition, this study also uses the Six Big Losses analysis to identify the main causes of performance losses in the machine. The data used includes operational time, downtime, and the product quality of the boiler machine from January to December 2024. The analysis results show that the average OEE value of the boiler machine at PT XYZ reaches 93.49%, with an average availability value of 96.37%, performance value of 97.07%, and quality value of 100%. However, the main issues found are losses due to sudden breakdowns (breakdown losses) of 3.64% and reduced speed losses of 1.18%. The performance decline is mostly caused by issues with fuel and combustion. Therefore, it is recommended to conduct more routine fuel testing and improve the combustion process to reduce soot formation and maintain machine stability. This research is expected to assist PT XYZ in improving boiler machine performance and the smooth operation of production.

Abstract

In running his business, Mr Suryono still has many shortcomings which become obstacles especially in the equipment used. Production process equipment still uses manual tools and uses hands. This condition will affect the quality and uniformity of banana getuk. Another problem experienced by partners is the lack of managerial understanding which includes production, capital, financial administration, marketing and promotion which is still not a major concern but is an issue that will implicitly affect the calculation of business profits. To overcome these problems, the PKM implementation team provided a solution to the problem in the form of machine operation and maintenance training and business management training. After this implementation, the implementation team has reached the desired initial target of 53% increase in PKM partner turnover. In addition to these targets, the implementation team has also produced other outcomes in the form of proceedings from two national seminars, publication in print / electronic mass media, enhancing the competitiveness and application of science and technology, as well as TTG innovations in the form of automatic banana getter printing machines and sawdust fuel stoves. wood.

Abstract

UD Arang Tempurung is a trading business engaged in the production of coconut shell charcoal and coconut shell charcoal powder. The sieving system is driven by a combustion motor which results in an unstable rotation. This affects the sieve yield and requires skilled personnel for treatment. The filter material is made of a material that is less corrosion resistant. The next problem is that workers have not used personal protective equipment (PPE) while working so they are vulnerable to respiratory diseases due to a polluted work environment. To overcome these problems, the PkM team designed problem solving with the following stages: (1) Problem mapping, (2) Problem solving, (3) Tool development, (4) Tool socialization (5) Partner Productivity Monitoring Evaluation (6) Safety and Health Socialization Work (K3). The use of a sifter with an electric motor is proven to reduce operating costs by up to 90%. In addition to operational costs that can be reduced, operating time per 1.3 tons of production also experiences an efficiency of up to 20%. The knowledge of partners regarding the operation of tools and the application of K3 at work has also increased. This is indicated by the application of the use of PPE including masks when working. Partners have also paid attention to the placement and use of work tools better by considering K3 factors.

Abstract

This community service activity is an activity about using the Language Electronic Dictionary Application to learn English in EECC Pare English Village which has a purpose to socialize and to provide knowledge about the use and utilization of the Language Electronic Dictionary Application as an effective, fantastic and innovative learning medium in English language learning in EECC Pare English Village. The target audiences were the English tutors. The method which was used in this community service was the approach method, the implementation method which was consisted of the preliminary stage, the socialization and hearing stage, and the evaluation stage. The result of this community service showed that English tutors in EECC Pare English village could utilize and use the Electronic Language Dictionary application as an effective, fantastic and innovative English learning medium. In addition, this application media could be a motivation and very popular with learners who are learning English.
