Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial literacy and lifestyle on employee financial management at the Regional Secretariat of Lebong Regency. The sample in this study was 79 employees at the Regional Secretariat of Lebong Regency who had become civil servants. Data collection using a questionnaire and the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing.The multiple regression results show a positive direction of regression with the equation Y = 8.445 + 0.239X1 + 0.227 X2. Financial literacy has a significant influence on employee financial management at the Regional Secretariat of Lebong Regency because a significant value of 0.013 is smaller than 0.05. This illustrates that as financial literacy increases, employee financial management will also increase. Lifestyle has a significant influence on employee financial management at the Regional Secretariat of Lebong Regency because a significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. This illustrates that as lifestyle increases, employee financial management will also increase. Financial literacy and lifestyle have a significant simultaneous influence on employee financial management at the Regional Secretariat of Lebong Regency because a significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05.

Abstract

Service quality and product quality based on electronic applications (BSI Mobile) are expected to affect customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia TBK KC Bengkulu S. Parman 2, where the BSI Mobile product was created to facilitate customers in transacting, so that customers wherever and whenever they are can transact and manage their finances easily. The purpose of this study was to find the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Bengkulu S. Parman 2. The sample in this study was 100 customers who had used BSI Mobile products. Collecting data using a questionnaire and the analysis method used is multiple linear regression, validity test, reliability test, simultaneous f test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing using t test. The results of the regression equation are Y=3.522+0.455X1+ 0.319X2 b0= indicating the number 3.522, which means that if all the independent variables, namely service quality and product quality, are constant, the number of the dependent variable shows the number 35.2% as the result value of the dependent variable so that it can determine customer satisfaction. .0.455X1 = value 0.455 and 0.319X2 = value 0.319 is a value that indicates that service quality (X1) and product quality (X2) have a positive effect on customer satisfaction (Y), so that each additional 1% of respondents' responses about service quality and quality the product will affect the variable (Y) namely customer satisfaction with a value of 4.55% and 3.19%. The hypothesis in this study is accepted because the value of t arithmetic > t table, the independent variable (Service Quality and Product Quality) partially affects the dependent variable (Customer Satisfaction). Abstract

Tourism is one of the mainstays to obtain the country's foreign exchange and its development is expected to spur Indonesia's economic growth. Every area in Indonesia has the potential to be used as a tourist attraction, as well as the area of Bengkulu City which has exotic marine tourism, namely in Tikus Island. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) on tourist visiting decisions to Tikus Island and to analyze the influence of Destination Image on tourist visiting decisions to Tikus Island and to analyze which variables had the most dominant influences of visiting tourists to Tikus Island. This research also has an output target that is expected to be achieved, including this research can provide input for the government and employers to find out Electronic Word Of Mouth (eWOM) and Destination Image so that it can ultimately increase tourist interest.. This research was conducted in the area of tourist objects that are often visited by local and outside tourists in the city of Bengkulu. The sampling method in this study is a survey using a cross sectional questionnaire and the sample used is 385 respondents. The results of the research are Concern for Other independent variables, Helping the company and destination image partially have significant positive influence on visiting decisions. While Expressing positive filling variables did not have a significant effect on visiting decisions. However, simultaneously Concern for Other, Expressing positive filling, Helping the company and the destination image have a significant positive effect on the dependent variable of visiting decisions. Abstract

Product quality is a product's ability to meet every consumer need in accordance with the needs and desires of consumers and promotion is an effort to offer products or services with the aim of attracting potential consumers to buy a product. This thesis is entitled “The Influence of Products and Promotions on Consumer Purchasing Decisions for Vivo Handphone at Semaku Cellphone Counter Manna of South Bengkulu. This study aims to determine the effect of products and promotions on consumer purchasing decisions for Vivo Handphone at Semaku Cellphone Counter Manna of South Bengkulu. This study uses quantitative research, the object of research is all consumers who come to buy Vivo Handphone Semaku Cellphone Counter Manna of South Bengkulu. The sampling method uses a non-probability sampling method where the proportional sampling method is a method of determining the sample through considerations and criteria that deserve to be sampled, namely 65 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire instrument. The data processing technique used is data processing with SPSS version 29. The value of the product variable t count 6.529 is greater than t table 0.244, the value of the promotion t count 4.312 is greater than t table of 0.244. The results of F test with a significant value of product and promotion variables of 0.01<alpha 0.05 and the calculated F count 612.554 is greater than F table 3.31. This shows that the independent variables together have an influence on purchasing decisions with a coefficient of determination of 0.295 (29.5%) and the remaining 70.5% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of PSAK 45 concerning financial reporting of non-profit organizations in achieving transparency and accountability (Case Study at At-Taqwa Great Mosque, Miftahul Jannah Mosque, Annasuha Mosque, Baitul Atieq Mosque, and An-Nur Mosque in Bengkulu City). The data analysis used is descriptive comparative, namely a research method that compares a theory that applies to events that occur in the field. The results of this study indicate that these mosques in particular have not made financial reports in accordance with PASK No. 45, but in the financial reports, At-Taqwa Great Mosque has implemented PSAK 45 even though it is only 55.55%, Miftahul Jannah Mosque, Annasuha Mosque, Baitul Atieq Mosque and Majid An-Nur have implemented PSAK 45 even though it is only 50%. While for the transparency and accountability as a whole the five mosques have been transparent and accountable in their financial reports.

Abstract

This study aims is to find out whether the analysis of the internal control system for merchandise inventory at Toko Saga Motor Panorama in Bengkulu City is in accordance with the control system according to Mulyadi (2016: 488). The theory associated with the title explained is the internal assessment system. Toko Saga Motor Panorama in Bengkulu City, carries out cash and credit sales as an effort to attract as many customers as possible to Toko Saga Motor Panorama in Bengkulu City. This research is a type of descriptive research. The data collection method was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation obtained Toko Saga Motor Panorama in Bengkulu City. The results of this research show that the internal assessment system for merchandise inventory at Toko Saga Motor Panorama in Bengkulu City is not in accordance with the control system according to Mulyadi (2016: 488) so it can be said that it has not been carried out effectively. This can be seen from Toko Saga Motor Panorama in Bengkulu City which does not have its own control system and does not have adequate storage and there are no operations in the organizational structure at Toko Saga Motor Panorama in Bengkulu City because it is only carried out by two people who run all the divisions. In determining the inventory valuation method, the company uses the LIFO method because the last item will be the cost of goods sold. This will provide greater profits compared to the FIFO method.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze the calculation of the cost of production (HPP) at the Dusun Coffee Business in Talang Benuang, Air Periukan District, Seluma Regency. The analytical method used in this research is the comparative descriptive method. Based on the calculation of the cost of production carried out by Dusun Coffee Business in Talang Benuang, Air Periukan District, Seluma Regency, the cost of production of ground coffee per pack of 250 gr is IDR. 15.263.-. and determining the selling price based on the market price, namely IDR. 25,000 so that the profit obtained is Rp. 9,737 per pack. Based on the full costing method, the basic production price for ground coffee per bag is Rp. 20,133,-. By setting the selling price at 25% of the cost of production, the total selling price of ground coffee per pack is IDR. 25,000,- so that the profit obtained is Rp. 4,876 per pack. There is a difference in the calculation of the cost of production between the company's calculation and the full costing method. The company method only calculates the costs of raw materials and auxiliary materials, while the full costing method performs more detailed calculations by calculating all cost components, namely raw material costs, labor costs, factory overhead costs and non-production costs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effects of price, product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions for Bimoli Cooking Oil in Bengkulu City. Based on the research results, the sample obtained in this research was 110 using the random sampling method. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression research, it showed that Y=63,893 + 0, 289 + -0, 345 + 0, 107 + 8, 158 which proves that price, product quality and brand image have a positive influence on purchasing decisions for Bimoli Cooking Oil in Bengkulu City. The results of the T test show that the price has T count> T table (1.659 > 2.556) and a significance value of 0.012 < 0.05, so the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Bimoli Cooking Oil in Bengkulu city. Product Quality Test Results (X2) show tcount 3.739 > ttable 1.659 and significant 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, the results of the Ha hypothesis are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that product quality has a positive effect on the purchasing decisions for Bimoli Cooking Oil in Bengkulu City, and the results of the Brand Image Test (X3) show tcount1.081>ttable 1.659 and significant 0.282>0.05, therefore the results of the Ha hypothes is rejected and Ho accepted, meaning that Brand Image has no significant influence the purchasing decisions for Bimoli Cooking Oil in Bengkulu City. Thus, the F test shows that the results of comparing the Fcount value with Ftable means that the Fcount value is greater than Ftable, namely 5.875 > 2.69, so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, meaning there is a simultaneous influence between Price (X1), Product Quality (X2) and Brand Image (X3) on purchasing decision variable (Y), this can be seen at the significance level of 0.001 < 0.05.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out how transparent the government is in managing Village Funds in Telaga Dalam Village, Pino Raya District, South Bengkulu Regency in 2022. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research methods because the topic in this research is a topic that needs to be explored. Based on the results of the interviews presented in table 1, the transparency stage has been fully implemented in Telaga Dalam Village, Pinang Raya sub-district, South Bengkulu district and there is a notice board regarding the activities that will be carried out. Realization reports and APBD implementation reports have been informed to the public verbally and in writing and there is also media. information that is easily accessible to the public, such as notice boards, this is shown by a total of 100% answering accordingly. Based on Christian indicators regulated in Law No. 14 of 2008 and government regulation No. 60 of 2014, the government of Telaga Dalam Village, Pino Raya District, South Bengkulu Regency is transparent and in accordance with the legislation which is carried out with transparency by involving the community.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct and see the overall organizational picture of the Bengkulu City Water Supply Company (PDAM) performance appraisal using the Balanced Scorecard approach. seen from four perspectives, namely: financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective, and learning and growth perspective. From the results of research on the Performance Measurement of Regional Drinking Water Companies (PDAMs) Bengkulu City using the Balanced Scorecard approach from a financial perspective through current ratios, profit margins, operation ratios, return on investment shows that the company's financial performance is in good condition. For performance measurement based on customer perspective from customer acquistion, customer retention, customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction can be said to be good. Furthermore, the relationship / coleration of performance based on the perspective of internal business processes on the variables of motivation, alignment power, has a level of influence of 50.9% with a significance level of <5% or 0%, but for trainings it has a significance level of below 5% or equal to 0%. Whereas for performance based on the perspective of learning and growth on employee satisfaction, employee retention, productivity makes a positive contribution to the improvement of the company's economy.
