Abstract

Neuro Fuzzy is one method in the field of information technology used in diagnosing an disease. The application of Neuro Fuzzy is to identify disease. Genetic algorithms can be used to find solutions without paying attention to the subject matter specifically, one of which is an optimization problem. Typhoid or typhoid fever is a disease caused by Salmonella enterica bacteria, especially its derivatives. The diagnosis of typhoid fever is not an easy thing to do. This is because some of the indications experienced by patients also appear in other diseases. The number of patients with typhoid fever that requires accuracy in diagnosing typhoid fever based on indications caused. Based on this background this study aims to assist in the diagnosis of typhoid fever with 11 indication variables. This study uses medical record data for typhoid fever in 2017 Tidar Magelang Hospital. The method used is Neuro Fuzzy which optimizes the value of the degree of membership with genetic Algorithms. Then the value of the degree of neuro fuzzy membership is more optimal. The results of this optimization are the diagnosis of typhoid fever based on the variable of indications entered. From the research results obtained from the neuro fuzzy method get an 80% accuracy value and neuro fuzzy optimization results with genetic algorithms with a value of pc 0.5, pm 0.2 and max generation 25 the value of accuracy increases to 90%. Suggestions from this study, need to add more specific indication variables.

Abstract

Saat ini, banyak sekali alternatif dalam mengembangkan sebuah sistem presensi. Teknologi biometrika merupakan salah satu alternatif yang mungkin untuk pengembangan sistem presensi. Misalnya dengan memanfaatkan sidik jari, wajah, retina, dan telapak tangan. Pemanfaatan biometrika wajah dalam sebuah sistem presensi, menarik untuk dikaji dan diteliti. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji sistem presensi memanfaatkan biometrika wajah dengan pendekatan artificial neural network. Selain itu, akan diukur pula tingkat akurasi dari sistem presensi yang dikembangkan. Sistem presensi yang dikembangkan terdiri dari tiga buah sub sistem yaitu sistem deteksi wajah otomatis, sistem pelatihan jaringan syaraf tiruan, dan sistem pengenalan wajah. Untuk sistem deteksi wajah digunakan metode segmentasi kulit, sedangkan untuk ekstraksi cirinya digunakan LDA guna menghasilkan matriks proyeksi fisher, dan pada sistem pengenalan digunakan jaringan syaraf tiruan backpropagation. Sistem ini telah diujicoba dengan citra dari database MUG, dan mendapatkan hasil terbaik adalah 67,36% dengan rincian 80 citra latih dan 17 citra non-latih berhasil dikenali dengan baik.

Abstract

One of the branches of computer science that is widely used by humans to help her work is the establishment of an expert system. In this study we will design an expert system for determining the type of spectacle lenses using a forward chaining method. In forward chaining method, starting with the initial information (early symptoms) and moved forward to fit more information to find the information in accordance with the rules of the knowledge base and production, and will be concluded in the form of the type of disorder diagnosis of eye disorders and provide solutions in the form of lenses of eyeglasses. Result from this study is that the match calculation of algorithm of forward chaining method between system and manual calculations produce the same output.

Abstract

Tracer study alumni merupakan salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk menelusuri informasi mengenai alumni. Informasi yang diambil meliputi identitas pribadi alumni, riwayat pendidikan di Universitas Negeri Semarang, riwayat pekerjaan, serta masukan yang diberikan kepada Universitas Negeri Semarang. Salah satu data yang sulit untuk diperoleh adalah data valid mengenai alamat pekerjaan alumni serta cara menyajikan data alamat pekerjaan alumni. Digital Maps adalah representasi fenomena geografik yang disimpan untuk ditampilkan dan dianalisis oleh komputer. Setiap objek pada peta digital disimpan sebagai sebuah atau sekumpulan koordinat. Posisi tempat kerja atau posisi kantor merupakan salah satu data geografis berupa titik, sedangkan titik dalam data geografi merupakan bagian dari sebuah peta. Sehingga titik yang baik adalah titik yang dapat diproyeksikan kedalam sebuah peta. Dalam tulisan ini, akan dibahas rancang bangun sistem informasi Tracer Study alumni Universitas Negeri Semarang dengan aplikasi Digital Maps.

Abstract

The project scheduling must be prepared systematically by using resources effectively and efficiently so that project objectives can be achieved optimally. This research aimed to examine the application of combinaton CPM and genetic algorithms to solved optimization problems in a project scheduling with the leveling of costs and designing a software. CPM is one of method to schedule the project that produce the shortest time. In this study of CPM combined with genetic algorithm to perform scheduling. Genetic algorithms are search methods that mimic the process of solution of natural selection and genetics. The allocation of activities is determined based on the earliest start time and latest start time by taking into account the cost of resources in each period of the project. Project scheduling and optimal criterion used is minimizing the cost of deviations from the average total project cost. Results obtained in this research is that the cost of scheduling with deviations smaller than the scheduling with CPM alone thus generated a shorter project schedules and project cost per day is also more equitable. This Scheduling method can be alternative decisions for the contractor in project implementation.

Abstract

Department of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries of Semarang District is an institution in charge of livestock and animal health. Basically the Animal Husbandry Department has provided standardization for quality livestock cattle with superior seeds that usually can be judged or measured by various criteria.They are weight, age and value of BCS (Body Condition Score).They needed a system that could help the Department of Livestock and Fisheries of Semarang District in determining the electoral process cattle with superior seeds. In this research, the manufacture of Decision Support Systems in the determination cattle with superior seedsis using a combination of two methods is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Simple Addictive Weighting (SAW). In AHP will perform an importance value calculation criteria that will be paired up with an alternative to the SAW the next process is the sum of the weight from performance rating of all the attributes to each alternative, a ranking conducted to determine the result of cattle with superior seeds. Suggestions on this system, can be developed further by combining other methods to determine the recommendation that more effective.

Abstract

Expert system is a computer system that can adopt human knowledge into a computer. Expert system can be used to solve problems commonly performed by experts, one of them is the diagnosis of urinary system diseases. Expert system for the diagnosis of the urinary system disease especially for the inflammation of the bladder and these pyelonephritis using the forward chaining and the dempster shafer method. Forward chaining is used to diagnose disease based on the rules and the dempster shafer is used to determine the value of confidence. The goal is to build an expert system using forward chaining and dempster shafer methods to diagnose early urinary system diseases and to determine the level of accuracy. The data used is the secondary data obtained from the UCI Machine Learning Repository as much as 120 data and 6 attributes. The result of the implementation of the forward chaining and the dempster shafer methods on this expert system of diagnosis of urinary system diseases generates an accuracy value of 87.5%.

Abstract

Childbirth is the last stage before the infant comes into the world. There may be incidents that could cause death in the process of childbirth for mothers and infants. Lack of knowledge and attention to the labor process can increase maternal mortality rate. Maternal mortality rate in Indonesia was recorded at 190 per 100,000 live births on 2015. The figure is still far from the fifth Millennium Development Goals target of 102 per 100,000. The increasing development of technology in health informatics to provide health care more effective can be used to help overcome the problems of pregnant women. To reduce maternal mortality rates, a web-based expert system is perfect one for use. Naïve Bayes method is a simple, fast and high accuracy method. Forward Chaining method is a inference method that performs a fact or statement that starts from the condition (IF) then to the conclusion (THEN). Based on analysis of the method obtained with 233 patients data on childbirth process using expert system, the Naïve Bayes method has accuracy in diagnosing by 90,987124463519% while Forward Chaining method accuracy is 86.69527897%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to make comparisons on the internet network using the application of the Burst method and processed with Quality of Service analysis in which there are parameters of throughput, delay, and jitter. This analysis was carried out because there was a problem with a slow internet network. This happens because there is no configured bandwidth management on the Microtic router and also the unequal distribution of bandwidth when more and more bandwidth users. Burst is one of the bandwidth management methods available on the Microtic router. This study focuses on the implementation of Burst which is applied to one client2 and will be compared with client1 without the application of Burst. Quality of Service analysis is performed to test the parameters of throughput, delay, and jitter on each of the internet networks. After this test is complete, it shows that the results of using the Burst method as a bandwidth regulator, internet network access can be controlled and each client gets the bandwidth evenly as needed. The work result using Burst is more optimal than performance without using Burst. By using Burst the number of packets lost and failed transactions is reduced by more than 70%.
