The rapid development of the internet from year to year has encouraged the advancement of information exchange in this world. This also greatly affects the increase in internet use for business transactions both digitally and conventionally to make payment methods using digital payments. Easy and efficient payment methods are certainly inseparable from increasingly sophisticated crimes as well. The implementation of this community service aims to remind the business community to be more vigilant, especially against all attempts of criminal behavior in the transaction process. This activity was attended by 150 people from the Sibang Kaja Traditional Village, both online and offline. The activity lasted for 4 hours which began with the resource person delivering material then continued with the Digital Ethic and Digital Safety applications. After the material presentation session, it was continued with a discussion where the enthusiasm of the participants was seen regarding digital payments. Community service like this should be carried out continuously to increase public awareness in the midst of rampant digital crime.

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve digital literacy and digital marketing skills for members of the Agropertiwi Group in Ubung Kaja Village. In the initial condition, group members faced difficulties in utilizing social media and digital marketing to reach a wider market, resulting in a decrease in sales of agricultural products. The program included training in the use of social media, content management, as well as the use of analytical tools for digital marketing strategies. The results showed that 80% of participants became more familiar with social media and were able to manage content, while 70% were able to use analytics tools to evaluate their marketing strategies. Nonetheless, the biggest challenge is the resistance to new technology among older members, which requires a more intensive and sustainable training approach. This program has the potential to support green economy sustainability and expanded market access for farmer groups.

Abstract

The current phenomenon of business automation, encompassing technologies such as RPA and AI, has become a transformative mega trend that promises significant increases in productivity and profitability. Simultaneously, it raises risks of job displacement and ethical dilemmas. This research aims to critically analyze and synthesize scientific findings regarding the main drivers (antecedents), comprehensive impacts (consequences), and sectoral differences in the adoption of business automation. This study utilizes a Comprehensive and Systematic Literature Review approach, analyzing 50 highly relevant papers published between 2018 and 2025. The results identify five main drivers: Technological Readiness, Organizational Culture, Human Resource Involvement, External Pressure, and Perceived Benefits. The impact of automation is dualistic, providing operational gains while posing psychological and technical risks. This research provides a novel contribution by synthesizing a model that distinguishes automation dynamics across sectors and addressing the gap in existing literature that remains generalized and sector-undifferentiated.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has increased pressure on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to integrate sustainability into their business strategies. However, sustainable practices often remain highly dependent on individual leaders and are not yet fully embedded in organizational systems. This study aims to examine how entrepreneurial leadership contributes to sustainable business through innovation and how these relationships vary across different stages of the MSME business life cycle. A quantitative, cross-sectional approach was employed using data from 392 MSME owners and managers in Badung Regency, Bali, Indonesia. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), with Partial Least Squares Multi-Group Analysis (PLS-MGA) specifically applied to compare the sustainability mechanisms across three business-age groups: less than three years, three to five years, and more than five years. The findings show that entrepreneurial leadership has a positive and significant effect on sustainable business, both directly and indirectly through innovation. The PLS-MGA results further demonstrate that the strength of these relationships differs across business life-cycle stages. In businesses operating for less than three years, sustainability is predominantly Personal-Driven, as the leader’s individual capabilities function as a central strategic resource, consistent with the Resource-Based View. In businesses aged three to five years and more than five years, the mediating role of innovation becomes stronger, indicating a gradual transition toward System-Driven Sustainability. This pattern suggests that organizational maturity changes the role of entrepreneurial leadership from a direct driver of sustainability into a system architect who develops and institutionalizes innovation within organizational routines. Practically, MSME leaders should prioritize direct leadership and resource mobilization during the early stage, while progressively developing formal innovation capabilities, routines, and organizational systems as the business matures. The study contributes theoretically by explaining how sustainability mechanisms evolve from leader-dependent practices toward system-based structures across the MSME life cycle. It also provides a life-cycle perspective for strengthening MSME resilience by aligning entrepreneurial leadership with the progressive development of innovation capabilities.
