Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh Kepemimpinan Situasional dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada perusahaan konstruksi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan situasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sebaliknya Kepuasan Kerja dan kombinasi Kepemimpinan Situasional dan Kepuasan Kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya memperhatikan Kepuasan Kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, manajemen perusahaan harus secara efektif memantau dan mengelola kepuasan kerja karyawan serta menerapkan strategi kepemimpinan yang sesuai dengan situasi untuk mencapai kinerja karyawan yang optimal. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dan memberikan panduan bagi manajemen perusahaan dalam mengembangkan strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, perhatian terhadap Kepuasan Kerja menjadi penting, dan manajemen harus mengintegrasikan pendekatan kepemimpinan situasional untuk mencapai hasil kinerja yang lebih baik. Studi ini tidak hanya membantu dalam memahami dinamika di balik kinerja karyawan tetapi juga memberikan panduan praktis bagi manajemen perusahaan dalam merumuskan strategi yang efektif. Perusahaan konstruksi dapat mengoptimalkan kinerja karyawannya melalui pendekatan Kepuasan Kerja dan Kepemimpinan Situasional yang tepat. Temuan penelitian ini memperjelas bahwa untuk mencapai kinerja karyawan yang optimal, perhatian yang seimbang terhadap kepuasan kerja dan strategi kepemimpinan situasional sangatlah penting. Penelitian ini juga membuka wawasan baru tentang bagaimana faktor-faktor tersebut dapat diintegrasikan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik

Abstract

This research aims to find out how successful application use is and what factors influence the successful use of online shopping applications. This research uses quantitative methods. Users of online shopping applications in Jabodetabek were given a questionnaire via Google Form as part of the data collection method used in this study. Users of online shopping apps made up the study's population. Purposive sampling was the method used to choose the study's sample. In this study, a sample of one hundred respondents was used. The two types of data analysis are statistical analysis and demographic analysis. The results of the conducted research support the notion that the presence of online shopping applications is beneficial, and that user perceptions play a significant role in the success of an application's use. Respondents can shop online with convenience and utility thanks to the services offered by online shopping applications. User satisfaction with net benefits is the most significant factor, according to the path coefficient and t-test values. This indicates that consumers are happy with the online shopping app and are inclined to accept the advantages it provides. Consumers believe that an element that can raise the net benefit value of online shopping applications is user satisfaction. According to the path coefficient and t-test values, service quality is the factor that has the least impact on users' perceptions of its usefulness. This indicates that consumers believe the usefulness value they perceive from online shopping applications cannot be enhanced by the quality of those services. So, improvements need to be made so that the success of using the application increases.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the complex relationship between inequality and income levels, as well as between education and wage inequality. The analysis will employ a random sample from the population, gathered through surveys and observations. With a sample size of 100. Data analysis uses regression. These findings suggest that other factors may also play a role in determining inequality trends and the need for a more contextual approach in formulating effective economic policy. The analysis highlights the complexity of labor market dynamics in the relationship between education and wage inequality. The findings reveal that factor such as the population's educational structure, the quality of education, and unobservable factors, in addition to the level of education itself, influence the effect of education on wages. Overall, the results of the analysis show that education has a very important role in determining income distribution and economic equality. Increased education can reduce wage inequality between individuals with different levels of education, with several contributing factors including improvements in the quality of the workforce, greater opportunities for individuals to obtain qualifications that suit labor market needs, and changes in the way society and the labor market.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide an explanation of the theory of operational management related to the production process in a company. To achieve this goal, the research method used is a literature study approach and a theory development approach based on the work of Richar L. Darft on operational management and Jay Heizer and Barry Render on production. The data collection method uses documentation research. Data processing methods involve reducing, presenting, and drawing conclusions. The method for ensuring the validity of data uses source triangulation. The results of the study indicate that operational management is the process of managing and utilizing resources for the benefit of the company's work services, production is the process of producing goods and services desired by people who work in the company and operational production management is a way of utilizing resources owned to make products that are valuable to the company. This includes planning the production process, which means planning materials and the process of making products, organizing the production process, which means dividing equipment, materials, and labor, directing the production process, which means creating standard operating procedures and product quality, and controlling the production process, which means evaluating work and product results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan abnormal return dan trading volume activity sebelum dan selama pandemi covid-19 di Indonesia pada sektor barang konsumsi non primer yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sumber data sekunder berupa data laporan penutupan saham harian dan laporan aktivitas volume perdagangan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor barang konsumsi non primer yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 57 perusahaan dari sektor barang konsumsi non primer yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif pada periode sebelum dan selama pandemi covid-19. Uji normalitas yang digunakan adalah uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis uji beda wilcoxon signed rank test. Setelah dilakukan uji beda, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan abnormal return dan trading volume activity sebelum dan selama pandemi covid-19

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan guna menganalisis pengaruh trust, kualitas produk, dan customer digital relation terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada platform pembayaran digital. Metode yang diterapkan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 300 responden yang dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling, dengan kriteria: pengguna aktif platform pembayaran digital minimal enam bulan terakhir, berusia 18–45 tahun, dan melakukan transaksi minimal lima kali per bulan. Analisis data dilaksanakan dengan regresi linear berganda, didukung dengan uji reliabilitas, validitas, serta uji asumsi klasik yang mencakup heteroskedastisitas, normalitas, dan multikolinearitas. Perolehan penelitian menampilkan bahwa trust, kualitas produk, dan customer digital relation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa loyalitas pelanggan tidak hanya ditentukan oleh aspek keamanan dan keandalan layanan, tetapi juga oleh kualitas produk yang unggul serta hubungan digital yang interaktif dan personal. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dalam memperkaya literatur pemasaran digital sekaligus memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pengelola platform pembayaran digital dalam merancang strategi untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

In the manufacturing industry, employee job satisfaction not only has an impact on performance or contribution given to the company, but also has an impact on work discipline, loyalty and work quality. In types of industries with monotonous working conditions and uncomfortable working environments, job satisfaction is a challenge not only for company management but also for employees. This study aims to explore the role of workplace cold violence, abusive supervision and organizational support on employee job satisfaction, especially in the manufacturing industry. This study uses a qualitative research method, where researchers conduct a study of theories, literature and previous research results that discuss the relationship between all independent variables and dependent variables. The literature collected is scientific articles published in journals in the last seven years. Based on the results of the study and analysis conducted by researchers on the literature and the results of previous studies that discuss the relationship and influence of workplace cold violence, abusive supervision and organizational support variables on job satisfaction, it proves that there is a strong relationship between each independent variable and the dependent variable. Workplace cold violence and abusive supervision have been shown to have a negative effect on job satisfaction, while organizational support has been shown to have a positive effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Modal Kerja, Likuiditas dan Solvabilitas terhadap Profitabilitas. Penelitian ini digunakan pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang memenuhi kriteria sebanyak 30 perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif dan sumber data berupa laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan : (1) Modal Kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas, (2) Likuiditas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas, (3) Solvabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas.

Abstract

Bagas Sundaru Ika Sakti, 2023. kegiatan usaha makro, kecil, dan menengah (umkm) merupakan salah satu bidang usaha untuk berkembang dan konsisten dalam ekonomi suatu negara atau daerah. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan menjelaskan pengaruh cita rasa dan kualitas produk terhadap minta beli umkm jahe merah Instan (ja'm) di kota samarinda.populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen UMKM jahe merah Instan (JA’M) di kota samarinda yang jumlahnya tidak bisa diukur dengan pasti(unknown population).sample dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 105 responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan google form dengan menggunakan data regresi linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji signifikan parsial (uji t).
