The purpose of this article is to provide an overview of PPEPP culture in Akmil institutions in general. Problems related to the sustainability of PPEPP can be seen in EPP. Internal quality assurance at the Military Academy is an educational quality assurance activity that is carried out autonomously or independently to implement, control and improve the implementation of education for cadets in a planned and sustainable manner. The principle of autonomy/independence emphasizes that the Military Academy must develop its own Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) in accordance with the historical background, the basic values that animate its establishment, the number of study programs, human resources and facilities and infrastructure without interference from other parties. The basic thing that must be in SPMI is that quality assurance is carried out through 5 (five) main steps, namely Determination, Implementation, Evaluation, Control and Improvement, which is abbreviated as PPEPP. PPEPP for each Dikti standard will produce kaizen or continuous quality improvement (CQI) on all Dikti standards, so as to create a culture of quality. The quality culture itself consists of mindset, attitude patterns and behavior patterns based on Dikti standards. Apart from measuring the quality of education at the Military Academy, the quality of education in the Military Academy is measured by fulfilling each Higher Education Standard, but it must also be measured by fulfilling the interactions between standards in the Military Academy, to create a Quality Culture.

This study aims to determine whether the exchange rate, GDP, and inflation affect Batik exports in Indonesia. The data used in this study are secondary time series data from 2010-2020. The data used were obtained from the Ministry of Industry, the Central Bureau of Statistics, and Bank Indonesia. This type of research is associative research using quantitative methods. The test is carried out using the help of statistical software Eviews 10. The analysis method used is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the Exchange Rate variable has a positive but insignificant effect on Indonesian Batik Exports. The GDP variable has a negative and significant effect on Indonesian Batik Exports. The Inflation variable has a positive and significant effect on Indonesian Batik Exports for the period 2010-2020. Exchange Rate, GDP, and Inflation simultaneously have a significant effect on Indonesian Batik Exports. The coefficient of determination is 0.551197, which means that the independent variables exchange rate, GDP, and inflation affect 55.11% of the dependent variable Batik exports in Indonesia.

This study aims to determine the factors that influence essential oil exports to the United States from Central Java Province. The independent variables contained in this study are the export price of essential oil in Central Java Province, the exchange rate, the GDP importing country (U.S.). In contrast, the dependent variable is the volume of essential oil exports in Central Java Province. This type of research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are annual time series data from 1990-2019 with 30 data. This research is conduct through the official website to obtain research data, including the Central Bureau of Statistics, the Ministry of Trade of Indonesia, Bank Indonesia, and various other sources. Data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. In the simultaneous test results (F-test), the variable export price of essential oil in Central Java Province, exchange rate, GDP Importing Country (U.S.) simultaneously has a significant effect on the volume of essential oil exports in Central Java Province. In the partial test results (t-test), the variable GDP importing country (U.S.) partially affects the dependent variable. Meanwhile, the export price of essential oil in Central Java province and variable the partial test of the exchange rate has no significant impact on the dependent variable.

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of products in furniture manufacturing companies, in fact, there are always defective products in the production process in the field. In order to achieve a quality final result, continuous planning and control must be carried out using the Quality Control Circle method. The sample taken in this study is the monthly report data available at PT Hema Medhajaya for the 2017-2019 period with a total sample size of 36. The statistical method used is multiple linear regression with calculations through SPSS version 25. The results of this study show that Production Quality Planning has a coefficient value. β regression of -0.189 with a tcount of -23.988 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that production quality planning has a negative and significant effect on the final product. And quality control has a positive and significant effect on the final product result marked with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 and a regression coefficient value β2 of 2.493. the results of the simultaneous significance test (Test F) in this study. The results obtained are in the form of Fcount of 323,988 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that the variables of the Effect of Quality Planning and Quality Control together have a significant effect on the Final Production Result at the Furniture company at PT Hema Medhajaya.

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA) and Firm Size on Profit Growth in Transportation Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2016-2019 either partially or simultaneously. The sampling method is purposive sampling. The number of samples used in this study were 9 transportation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a total sample of 32 data. The type of data is secondary data sourced from financial report data and annual reports. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of this study are based on the results of the t test, it can be concluded that partially DER and firm size have no significant effect on profit growth in transportation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2016-2019 . Partially ROA has a significant effect on profit growth in transportation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2016-2019. And based on the results of the F test, it is concluded that DER, ROA and firm size simultaneously have a significant effect on profit growth in transportation sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2016-2019.

Partisipasi mahasiswa Magelang dalam pengawasan pengelolaan sumber daya alam (SDA) nasional memiliki peran krusial dalam mendorong pengelolaan SDA yang berkelanjutan, transparan, dan akuntabel. Melalui berbagai bentuk partisipasi, seperti penelitian, advokasi, gerakan sosial, kolaborasi dengan lembaga, pendidikan masyarakat, dan pemanfaatan teknologi, mahasiswa Magelang berkontribusi nyata dalam menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Namun, partisipasi ini masih menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses informasi, sumber daya, dan dukungan institusional. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk-bentuk partisipasi mahasiswa Magelang, mengidentifikasi faktor pendorong dan penghambat, serta memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk meningkatkan peran mahasiswa Magelang dalam pengawasan pengelolaan SDA. Beberapa saran yang diajukan meliputi peningkatan akses informasi, penguatan kapasitas mahasiswa Magelang, kolaborasi antar-pemangku kepentingan, pemanfaatan teknologi, dan integrasi isu lingkungan dalam kurikulum pendidikan. Dengan implementasi saran-saran tersebut, partisipasi mahasiswa Magelang diharapkan dapat menjadi kekuatan besar dalam mewujudkan pengelolaan SDA yang berkeadilan dan berkelanjutan untuk generasi mendatang.

The purpose of this community service is to provide state defense counseling to SMPN 11 and 13 Magelang students, with the hope of increasing a sense of nationalism among students. Counseling is carried out using lecture, discussion, and simulation methods. The results of this activity show that students gain a better understanding of the importance of defending the country and a sense of nationalism, and are also able to apply these values in everyday life.

In this OJS management mentoring and training activity at the Akademi Militer Magelang (Akmil) as a collaborative service activity between the Politeknik Pariwisata Batam and the Akmil. The target achievement of this activity is able to create a means of publishing scientific papers from the results of OJS-based research and service. This journal uses the V.3.3 type of PKP. So far the Military Academy itself has had a journal to publish the results of research and dedication of lecturers and students in printed form since 2011. Where the means of publication from 2011 to mid-2022 are Jurnal Teknik Sipil Pertahanan, Elektrosista, Mekanikasista, Mahatvavirya, Tidar Bakti, Adhitakarya Akademi Militer, Dwija Kusuma, Bunga Rampai Akademi Militer and Prosiding Seminar Nasional Akademi Militer. All of these journals which are means of publication are the objects of community service activities through mentoring and training. In this activity, the servant collaborated between the Akmil institution and the Batam Tourism Polytechnic, the method of service activities was carried out online as supported by the use of a live meeting-based information system to accelerate finding solutions and the priority scale of OJS-based publication journals was at Akmil. The method approach used is lectures, role play and demonstrative as well as direct practice in live meetings using zoom meetings that have been scheduled regularly and in a structured manner. The results obtained are participants are able to register at OJS as writers, can submit articles, then become part of the editorial board and can play a role in the regular and measurable OJS management process before the articles are published until the articles will be published by OJS. The limitations of long distances, time and instruments used during mentoring activities for community service activities can be minimized with the support of internet access technology that is quite good, the enthusiasm of the activity participants and a family atmosphere to jointly advance the Akmil in the consistency of research publications and community service using journals based OJS at Akmil. In the end all OJS in Akmil will be accredited in the National Journal Level, even indexed at the international level.

The success of archive management is determined by several factors, including; storage systems, archiving employees, archiving equipment, and of course the work environment. The archive management carried out in Kwarakan Village, Kaloran Subdistrict, Temanggung Regency is very influential on the success or failure in the retrieval of archives. The goal in organizing PKM, to be able to present information more completely, quickly and correctly, there must be a good work system and procedures in the field of archive management. In the implementation of community service through the method of office archive management training for the Kwarakaan Village Kaloran Sub District Temanggung Regency which organized by the Akmil Defense Management Study Program Lecturer Team, in order to answer one of the problems that appeared, namely that there are still employees who have never received education and training on program so that they do not understand the program that are carried out. Problem solving or providing solutions to the community, the targets achieved The realization of office administration training for Kwarakan Village officials in Kaloran Sub-District, Temanggung Regency in improving office administration management capabilities and skills, training participants totaling 12 people. Then created more harmonious communication and relationships between Akmil personnel and the community of Ds. Kwarakan Kec. Kaloran Kab. Temanggung. Creating TNI-People unity, especially the people of Kwarakan Village, Kaloran District, Temanggung Regency.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berfokus pada pengembangan dan pemanfaatan sagu sebagai sumber pangan lokal untuk meningkatkan ketahanan pangan di wilayah sasaran. Melalui serangkaian edukasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan, program ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah sagu menjadi berbagai produk bernilai ekonomi tinggi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan peserta (rata-rata 78%) dan kemampuan praktis dalam diversifikasi olahan sagu. Program ini juga mendorong terbentuknya kelompok usaha mikro berbasis sagu yang mampu meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga setempat. Keberlanjutan program dijamin melalui pembentukan kader lokal dan pengembangan modul panduan yang dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain.
