Abstract

Thisnstudy aimsnto determinenhow the influencenof employee competence, work discipline and work motivation on employeenperformance conducted at the Indramayu Regency PDAM Office. This researchnis includednin the typenof quantitativenresearch. The research method used is multiplenlinear regressionnanalysis usingnSPSS Software Version 26 and descriptive analysis techniques. Basednon the processing results, itnis knownnthat employee competence, work discipline and work motivation partially and simultaneously affect employee performance. Thencoefficient ofndetermination isnknown thatncompetence, work discipline and work motivation have an effect of 64.7% on the performance of PDAM Indramayu Regency employees, while the remaining 35.3% are influenced by other variables not included in this study such as compensation, work environment, etc. other. So to improve employee performance, namely by paying attention to and improving employee competence, work discipline and work motivation properly will be able to helpnimprove employee performance.nHigh performancemhelps organizationsmobtain resultsmthat meet expectationsnand achieve organizationalngoals Keywords: employee performance, competence, work discipline, motivation.

Abstract

An organization has to be aware about the factors that influence employee performance, because that can affect overall organizational performance. This study aims to analyze how employee performance in the Indonesian banking industry view from e-recruitment processing and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), the effect on that factor to employee performance simultaneously and partially evaluated. The method is a quantitative researches by distributing questionnaires to 100 employees of the Indonesian banking industry. Data processing was carried out using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and Structural Equation Model (SEM) - Partial Least Square (PLS) technique through SmartPLS 3. As stated by data processing that has been done, there is no significant effect of E-Recruitment (X1) on employee performance (Y) in the banking industry in Indonesia, there is a significant effect between Equal Employment Opportunities (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) in the Banking Industry in Indonesia, the E-Recruitment and Equal Employment Opportunity variables (EEO) has an effect to employee performance (Y) in the Indonesian banking industry simultaneously and partially. This is indicated by the resulting Fh value of 24.366 and Ft of 3.090 or Fh > Ft

Abstract

Human resources are company assets in achieving company goals. Work motivation is needed in the process of achieving goals so that the company's role in motivating employees is very necessary. One technique to increase work motivation is compensation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation on employee work motivation with the object of research, namely PT Idelie Cemerlang employees. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires to 45 employees. The type of analysis used is descriptive and causal with the analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, simple linear regression, determined coefficient, and hypothesis testing. The results obtained in this study are compensation significantly positive effect on the work motivation of PT Idelie Cemerlang employees. The results of this study should be used as input for PT Idelie Cemerlang through giving awards to outstanding employees in the form of certificates in order to motivate employees to improve the performance produced by employees.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan aset penting dalam suatu perusahaan. Untuk menciptakan kinerja yang tinggi, diperlukan peningkatan kerja yang optimal dan mampu memanfaatkan potensi sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki. Lingkungan kerja berperan penting dalam pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Secara garis besar, lingkungan kerja terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi dari lingkungan kerja fisik, lingkungan kerja non fisik, dan kinerja karyawan beserta pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan non fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Telkom Divisi Regional III Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan sampel berjumlah 68 responden yang merupakan karyawan tetap pada PT Telkom Divisi Regional III Jawa Barat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dimulai dari analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier berganda, serta pengujian hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja fisik secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signfiikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja non fisik secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja fisik dan non fisik secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 26%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of digital competence and training on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of the Kuningan Regency Ministry of Religion Office with a sample size of 191 employees. The data used in this research comes from primary and secondary data based on the results of questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The sampling method in this research uses probability sampling (random sampling) using the Slovin formula. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination. The research results show that digital competency, training and employee performance are in the good category. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous test show that digital competency and training have a significant positive effect on the performance of employees at the Kuningan Regency Ministry of Religion Office by 65%. Abstract

From the existing phenomenon, with so many course institutions in Malang and in order to continue to exist as the choice of English course seekers in Malang, it is necessary for all institutions to have good service performance for consumers. Likewise for teachers at the English course institution. A teacher also has demands on their performance in improving learning activities along with the times, including today, when technological advances are increasingly utilized by society as a whole. From the explanation of the phenomenon, it directly explains if there is an influence of culture and competence on the performance of a person, including educators or in an educational institution through digital transformation that occurs. In an institution or organization certainly has a culture that is formed and also the competence skills of organizational members that affect their performance as members of educators. In this era of digital transformation, educators are highly required to be able to adapt to the influence of digital technology developments that affect their performance in providing material. The purpose of research can be exploratory or descriptive or causal, these three properties of study depend on the stage at which knowledge of the topic under study increases. In this study, researchers used causal studies where one variable caused the other variable to change or not. In causal studies it is used to explain one or more factors that cause problems (Sekaran &; Bougie, 2017). The characteristics of respondents in this study were based on age, gender, and length of work. The characteristics of these respondents were identified based on questionnaires collected, namely in accordance with the sample in this study, namely 113 in English Language Education Institutions in Malang City, including English First (EF), Intensive English Course (IEC), Mayantara School and Malang International School (MIS).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between career development and intention to stay in Generation Z in the Bandung Raya area, and the relationship between work life balance and intention to stay in Generation Z in the Bandung Raya area. The study used a quantitative research method. The population of the study was Generation Z in the Bandung Raya area, with a sample size of 150 respondents. Non-probability sampling with purposive sampling was used to select the sample. Descriptive analysis and structural equation modeling-partial least squares (SEM-PLS) analysis were used to analyze the data. The results of the study showed that career development has a significant and positive effect on intention to stay. Work life balance also has a positive effect on intention to stay. In other words, the better the career development and work life balance in a company, the higher the intention to stay or the desire of Generation Z employees to stay with the company.

Abstract

Employee performance is a very important aspect of the company and cannot be separated from work motivation. To get optimal performance, it is necessary to pay attention to the factors that affect performance. In company X, there is an assessment of workload and adversity quotient to determine employee performance. This study aims to identify the effect of workload and Adversity Quotient (AQ) on employee performance in company X, by considering work motivation as a mediating variable. The method that used in this research is descriptive analysis by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to employees of company X. And data processing analysis in this study used SEM-PLS. The sample in this study is using proability sampling with simple random sampling. The results of this study are workload has a significant effect on employee performance, as well as adversity quotient has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and work motivation is a good mediating variable in this study. Thereby, company X can pay attention to workload, adversity quotient in employees, and work motivation to improve performance to be more optimal and efficient.

Abstract

Abstrak: Dalam rangka mengantisipasi fenomena belajar daring yang terus berkembang,  Universitas Telkom melakukan uji coba kuliah secara blended learning. Hal tersebut penting dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kesuksesan implementasi e-learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor apa sajakah yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan implementasi e-learning. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 88 orang mahasiswa yang mengambil mata kuliah E-Commerce dan Data Management yang merupakan mata kuliah uji coba blended learning berbasis platform e-learning CELOE di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Telkom. Alat pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner disebarkan secara online dan kemudian diolah menggunakan teknik analisis PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan sistem e-learning, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pemakai, kualitas informasi berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan sistem dan kepuasan pemakai, efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan sistem, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pemakai, efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap budaya belajar, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan e-learning, penggunaan sistem berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pemakai, dan kesuksesan e-learning, kepuasan pemakai berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan e-learning, budaya belajar berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pemakai dan budaya belajar berpengaruh sedang terhadap kesuksesan e-learning. Hasil-hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor kualitas sistem, kualitas  informasi dan efikasi diri dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kesuksesan implementasi e-learning. Abstract: To anticipate the phenomenon of online learning that continues to grow, Telkom University conducts lecture trials using blended learning. This process is important to increase the successfulness of e-learning implementation. This study aims to investigate what factors influence the successful implementation of e-learning. The sample in this study were 88 students who took the E-Commerce and Data Management courses which are the trial courses for blended learning based on the CELOE e-learning platform at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Telkom University. Data collection tools are questionnaires distributed online and then processed using the PLS-SEM analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the quality of the system affects the use of the E-Learning system, but has no effect on user satisfaction, the quality of information affects the use of the system and user satisfaction, self-efficacy affects the use of the system, but does not affect user satisfaction, self-efficacy affects the learning culture, but does not affect the success of e-learning, the use of the system affects user satisfaction, and the success of e-learning, user satisfaction affects the success of e-learning, learning culture affects user satisfaction and learning culture has a moderate effect on the success of e-learning . The results of this study indicate that the system quality, information quality and self-efficacy factors can be used to increase the success of e-learning implementation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to determine the effect of career development, organizational culture on Job Satisfaction and its Impact on Turnover Intention at PT XYZ Bandung. The analytical method used in this study is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using SmartPLS software. program. This research is included in quantitative research with data collection methods in the form of questionnairess and survey. The research held at PT XYZ Bandung with 140 sample people. The statistical test results all hypotesis are accepted. Based on the results it shows that the research model produces a positive t-statistics value and the t-table = df (n-k) is 1.656. It can be concluded that the greater the value of an exogenous variable on an endogenous variable, the stronger the effect. As for the indirect effect of the largest endogenous variable is on the variable Career development (5.045) and organizational culture (4.528). The significance level used in this study is 5%. Therefore, if the p-values ˂ 0.05 then the hypothesis is accepted while if the p-values> 0.05 then the hypothesis is rejected. Based on the table above, the results show that all hypotheses are accepted.
