Abstract

Pengembangan kompetensi kewirausahaan merupakan salah satu aspek penting bagi sumber daya manusia. Hal ini juga disadari oleh Pekerja Migran Indonesia (PMI) di Taiwan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi tersebut saat kembali ke Indonesia serta meningkatkan kapabilitas digital agar dapat beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi. Salah satu cara yang efektif untuk membangun kompetensi adalah dengan memanfaatkan platform digital. Bekerjasama dengan Salimah Taiwan, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat (abdimas) ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kompetensi PMI yang merupakan anggota Salimah Taiwan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan abdimas ini terdiri dari enam tahap, yaitu Training Need Analysis (TNA), pembuatan materi, pelatihan, assesment, evaluasi dan pembuatan aplikasi. Luaran dari abdimas ini adalah pelatihan dan pengembangan aplikasi Salimah E-Course yang dapat digunakan dan diunduh oleh PMI. Implementasi kegiatan ini telah menunjukkan hasil positif. Melalui materi pelatihan yang diberikan terdapat peningkatan rata-rata kompetensi sebesar 17,85%. Sementara itu hasil evaluasi menunjukan feedback yang baik. Saran untuk kelanjutan kegiatan  ini adalah perlunya memberikan pelatihan tambahan kepada para PMI agar mereka dapat termotivasi untuk belajar mandiri. Pelatihan tambahan ini dapat membantu mereka dalam mengembangkan kompetensi secara berkelanjutan dan mengikuti perkembangan teknologi. Selain itu, pengembangan materi pembelajaran tambahan juga dibutuhkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan permintaan PMI. Dengan demikian, hal tersebut dapat memberikan manfaat yang lebih besar bagi PMI dalam meningkatkan kompetensi kewirausahaan dan mempersiapkan PMI dalam menghadapi tantangan masa depan.

Abstract

This research was conducted on employees of Bank XYZ Bogor. The purpose of conducting this research is to find out how work life balance, performance appraisal and work motivation of employees of Bank XYZ Bogor, find out how work life balance affects work motivation, performance appraisal affects work motivation, and to find out how work life balance influences and performance appraisal on the work motivation of Bank XYZ Bogor employees. In this study, the authors used quantitative research methods with causality descriptive research types. Sampling used a non-probability sampling method and the type of sample used was a saturated sampling technique. The samples in this study were employees of Bank XYZ Bogor, totaling 113 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the level of work life balance and performance appraisal is in the good category while the level of work motivation is in the high category. based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis shows that there is a positive and significant influence between work life balance and performance appraisal on employee motivation. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination test obtained an R-square value of 0.692, which means that 69.2% of Bank XYZ Bogor employees' work motivation is influenced by work life balance and performance appraisal. Then the remaining 30.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in the following research.

Abstract

As the only one motor-trail adventure organization in Bandung, TRABAS has an exclusive impression among the bike-lovers. Therefore, the recruitment for new members increases from period to period. Up to today, TRABAS has 1204 members since it was established in 1995. However, the large number of new members does not align with the high participation in signature activities of TRABAS. This research aims to find out how motivation and organizational commitment affect discipline in TRABAS Organization. The research method used is a descriptive method with data collection techniques, namely a questionnaire with a population of 270 organizational administrators in Bandung Raya, and utilizing a purposive sampling method with the Slovin formula to determine the sample size, namely 72 organizational administrators. This research also uses PLS-SEM with the help of Smart-PLS 4. The result of the study based on the descriptive analysis shows that motivation, organizational commitment, and discipline is included in good category. Meanwhile, based on the PLS-SEM Analysis, H1: P-value of 0,000 < 0,05 and the T-statistic value is 3,312 > 1,96, means that H1 is accepted and H2: P-value of 0,001 < 0,05 and the T-statistic value is 5,586 > 1,96, means that H2 is also accepted. The conclusion is motivation, organizational commitment, and discipline in TRABAS is good. In addition, there is an impact from motivation and commitment on discipline in TRABAS organization.

Abstract

The community service program in Tenjolaya Tourism Village aims to raise awareness and understanding among residents about the village's tourism potential and to encourage participation in community-based tourism management. With 40 participants from various community groups, the program includes digital tourism promotion education and Community-Based Tourism (CBT) concepts. Evaluation shows increased participant knowledge, with 97.5% supporting the program’s continuation. Positive responses to digital technology in tourism promotion highlight the importance of a participatory approach to sustainable tourism village development, though challenges remain in advancing technology use.ABSTRAKProgram pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Wisata Tenjolaya bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman masyarakat tentang potensi pariwisata serta mendorong partisipasi dalam pengelolaan desa wisata berbasis komunitas. Dengan 40 peserta dari berbagai kelompok masyarakat, kegiatan ini mencakup edukasi promosi wisata digital dan Community-Based Tourism (CBT). Evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta, dengan 97,5% mendukung keberlanjutan program ini. Hasil positif dari teknologi digital dalam promosi wisata menekankan pentingnya pendekatan partisipatif untuk pengembangan desa wisata berkelanjutan, meskipun tantangan penerapan teknologi masih ada.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic is an unexpected event. Hospitals must maintain the burnout level of health workers to maintain optimal energy in providing health services. One way to keep the burnout level of health workers in X Hospital is to pay attention to the work environment and workload. The non-probability sampling method used in this research is quantitative with descriptive research analysis. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the work environment variables were not good, and workload and burnout were in a relatively high category. Results based on a coefficient of determination of 18.2% burnout in health workers caring for COVID-19 patients at Hospital X are influenced by the physical work environment and workload. This study concluded that the physical work environment and workload significantly affected the burnout of health workers treating COVID-19 patients at X Hospital.

Abstract

Along with the development of information and communication technology (ICT), the challenges in the world of education are increasingly complex, where teachers are not only required to master teaching materials, but also must be able to utilize technology effectively in interactive learning processes. The purpose of this activity is to improve teacher competence in organizing interactive classes by utilizing technology. The existing problem is that teachers who are the target of community service still have difficulty in integrating ICT into their learning process due to lack of knowledge about educational software, interactive learning applications, inability to design interactive classes, and limited access to relevant digital resources. As a solution, a training workshop was conducted which included theoretical sessions on the concept of ICT in education as well as practical sessions involving exercises in the use of software and learning applications. The results obtained showed a significant increase in the assessment results before and after the training. From these results, it can be generally concluded that the implementation of the training has provided results as expected where there is an increase in the participants' understanding of the interactive learning process. These results are important because they show that the interactive learning process based on ICT can improve the participants' understanding by experiencing the interactive learning experience directly.ABSTRAKSeiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK), tantangan dalam dunia menjadi pendidikan semakin kompleks, di mana guru tidak hanya dituntut untuk menguasai materi ajar, tetapi juga harus mampu memanfaatkan teknologi secara efektif dalam proses pembelajaran yang interaktif. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyelenggarakan kelas yang interaktif dengan memanfaatkan teknologi. Permasalahan yang ada adalah guru yang menjadi target pengabdian masyarakat masih mengalami kesulitan dalam mengintegrasikan TIK ke dalam proses pembelajaran mereka akibat kurangnya pengetahuan tentang perangkat lunak pendidikan, aplikasi pembelajaran interaktif, ketidakmampuan dalam merancang kelas interaktif, dan keterbatasan akses terhadap sumber daya digital yang relevan. Sebagai solusinya, dilakukan lokakarya pelatihan yang mencakup sesi teoritis tentang konsep TIK dalam pendidikan serta sesi praktis yang melibatkan latihan penggunaan perangkat lunak dan aplikasi pembelajaran. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada hasil penilaian sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Dari hasil tersebut, maka secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan pelatihan sudah memberikan hasil yang sesuai harapan di mana  terdapat peningkatan pemahaman para peserta mengenai proses pembelajaran interaktif. Hasil ini penting karena menunjukkan bahwa proses belajar interaktif berbasis TIK dapat meningkatkan pemahaman para peserta dengan merasakan langsung pengalaman belajar interaktif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pendidikan (X1), dan pelatihan kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan di Padma Hotel Bandung yang memiliki populasi 120 pegawai. Persamaan regresi Y = 29.912 + 0.138X1 + 0.830X2 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai R square sebesar 0,508 yang menyatakan bahwa variabel-variabel tersebut secara keseluruhan mampu menjelaskan perubahan kinerja karyawan sebesar 50,8% dan sisanya 49,2% dijelaskan oleh variabel selain ketiga variabel dalam penelitian ini. Tingkat pendidikan memiliki nilai t-hitung sebesar 1.278 dan nilai signifikansi uji-t sebesar 0,204 > 0,05. Pelatihan kerja memiliki nilai t-hitung sebesar 9.648 dan nilai signifikansi uji-t sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Tingkat pendidikan dan pelatihan kerja memiliki nilai F hitung sebesar 50.045 dan nilai uji F signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Kesimpulannya adalah tingkat pendidikan (X1) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan pelatihan kerja (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Tingkat pendidikan (X1) dan pelatihan kerja (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pada penelitian selanjutnya, disarankan untuk menguji variabel lain yang diduga kuat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci :Tingkat Pendidikan, Pelatihan Kinerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Generation Z has become a significant focus in the workforce, particularly in DKI Jakarta, which faces challenges with low job satisfaction among this group. This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and work-life balance on job satisfaction both partially and simultaneously. The research employed a quantitative method with a positivist approach, involving 165 respondents from Generation Z employees in DKI Jakarta. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. The results show that work motivation (coefficient 0.486, p=0.000) and work-life balance (coefficient 0.464, p=0.000) significantly affect job satisfaction. These variables explain 40.2% of the variation in job satisfaction, with work flexibility and supportive workplace relationships as key factors. The study recommends strengthening motivation development programs and work-life balance policies to enhance employee balance and satisfaction among Generation Z. This study contributes new insights into how intrinsic and extrinsic factors jointly affect job satisfaction in a demographically distinct group. It recommends strengthening motivation development programs and implementing work-life balance policies to improve employee well-being and retention among Generation Z in urban settings.

Abstract

Hospitals are pillars of the health system, requiring healthcare workers who excel in technical skills and overall performance, supported by resources that yield superior health products and services. However, at Ciamis Regional Hospital, employee performance remains below the set targets and has declined annually. This decline is partly due to low self-confidence and suboptimal work discipline, as data from July to August 2024 revealed that over 50% of employees did not properly implement work discipline. Based on these observations, this research assesses self-efficacy, work discipline, and employee performance at Ciamis Regional General Hospital, and examines how self-efficacy and work discipline affect performance. The study employs a descriptive causal design with a quantitative approach. A total of 276 employees were selected using probability sampling. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart-PLS software. Results indicate that self-efficacy significantly and positively influences performance, and when combined with effective work discipline, performance improves further. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the hospital enhance self-efficacy and work discipline through mentoring, targeted training, performance awards, and rigorous adherence to work procedures supported by regular evaluation and feedback, ultimately aiming to improve service quality and overall employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work life balance and the work environment on the loyalty of Generation Z employees in Indonesia. The research employs a quantitative approach using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis technique. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, as the study focuses on individuals from Generation Z who are employed full-time in Indonesia. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 125 respondents who met the research criteria. The results show that work life balance has a significant influence on employee loyalty, the work environment also significantly influences employee loyalty, and both factors simultaneously have a significant effect on the loyalty of Generation Z employees in Indonesia. This study is expected to provide empirical evidence of a positive relationship between work life balance and the work environment in enhancing employee loyalty.
