Abstract: This study aims to: (1) determine the effect of interval training on increasing endurance (2) The effect of fartlek training on increasing endurance (3) How much influence do interval training and fartlek training have on increasing endurance? This research is experimental. The data collection technique uses a multi-stage fitness test. Statistical analysis techniques using the t test at a significance level of 5% are used to do the requirements analysis test, namely the normality test and homogeneity test. The conclusions from this study are: (1) There is a significant difference in the effect of the interval training group on increasing endurance. This is evidenced by tcount = 9.8827, which is greater than ttable = 2.776 with a significance level of 5%. (2) There is a significant difference in the effect of the fartlek training group on increasing endurance. This is evidenced by tcount = 9.8717, which is greater than ttable = 2.776 with a significance level of 5%; (3) Interval training has a better effect than fartlek training on increasing endurance.Keywords: Interval Training, Fartlek Training, EnduranceAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Pengaruh interval training terhadap peningkatan daya tahan (2) Pengaruh fartlek training terhadap peningkatan daya tahan (3) Seberapa besar pengaruh interval training dan fartlek training terhadap peningkatan daya tahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan multi stage fitness test. Teknik analisis statistik menggunakan uji t pada taraf signifikansi 5%, untuk dilakukan uji persyaratan analisis yaitu dengan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Simpulan dari penelitian ini : (1) Ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan pada kelompok interval training terhadap peningkatan daya tahan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari thitung = 9,8827 lebih besar dari pada ttabel = 2,776 dengan taraf signifikasi 5%.; (2) Ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan pada kelompok fartlek training terhadap peningkatan daya tahan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari thitung = 9,8717 lebih besar dari pada ttabel = 2,776 dengan taraf signifikasi 5%; (3) Interval training lebih baik pengaruhnya dari pada fartlek training terhadap peningkatan daya tahan.Kata Kunci: Interval Training, Fartlek Training, Daya Tahan

The problem of malnutrition in toddlers is still quite high, based on the results of SSGI 2021, the problem of malnutrition in Indonesia for the age group 0-59 months is 17%, while the prevalence of undernourished toddlers in South Sumatra is 15.7% and for the prevalence of undernourished toddlers less in the city of Palembang by 16.1%. The study aimed to find out the effect of giving tempeh and red bean cookies on the increase in undernourished toddlers' weight in the Working Area of the Taman Bacaan Palembang Health Center. Methods of research is a Quasi Experiment with a pretest-posttest control group design. The statistical tests used were the t-dependent test and the independent t-test which were analyzed by univariate and bivariate. The results showed The average sample weight before the intervention in the treatment group was 8.88 kg to 9.33 kg after the intervention. Whereas in the comparison group, the weight before the intervention was 9.66 kg to 9.95 kg after the intervention. The results of the statistical test (t-independent) obtained a p-value of 0.006 so it can be concluded that there was an effect of giving tempeh and red bean cookies on weight changes for undernourished toddlers in the working area of the Taman Bacaan Palembang Health Center. From the results of the study, it was suggested to parents of toddlers to continue consuming high-calorie foods such as formula cookies, tempeh flour, and red beans so that they can gradually increase their toddler's weight. Abstract: The aim of this action research is to find the right approach to improve leg massage skills. This research is in the form of quantitative research and refers to Classroom Action Research (PTK). The data collection technique uses observation of leg massage skills and the data collection instrument uses a rubric. The data analysis technique is carried out by observing or observing students' skills during the sports massage learning process. Conclusions from this research: In the initial conditions, the learning outcomes were less than optimal. In the initial condition, only 7 students (35.00%) reached the completion criteria, while 13 students (65.00%) did not complete it. Then, students' leg massage skills improved with the use of ICT-assisted learning media in cycle I, with 13 students (65.00%) reaching the completion criteria and 7 students (35.00%) not yet. At the end of cycle II there was an increase, namely 16 students (80.00%) reached the completion criteria and 4 students (20.00%) did not complete. Until the end of the meeting there were still 4 students (20.00%) who had not finished.Keywords: Massage, learning media Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian tindakan ini diharapkan dapat menemukan pendekatan yang tepat untuk meningkatkan keterampilan massage bagian tungkai. Penelitian ini berbentuk penelitian kuantitatif dan mengacu pada Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi (pengamatan) keterampilan massage bagian tungkai dan instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan rubrik.. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mengamati atau mengobservasi keterampilan mahasiswa selama proses pembelajaran sport massage. Simpulan dari penelitian ini: Pada kondisi awal diperoleh ketuntasan hasil belajar yang kurang maksimal. Pada kondisi awal hanya 7 mahasiswa (35.00%) yang mencapai kriteria ketuntasan, sedangkan 13 mahasiswa (65.00%) belum tuntas. Kemudian keterampilan massage bagian tungkai mahasiswa mengalami peningkatan dengan penggunaan media pembelajaran berbantuan TIK pada siklus I sejumlah 13 mahasiswa (65.00%) mencapai kriteria tuntas dan 7 mahasiswa (35.00%) belum tuntas. Pada akhir dari siklus II terjadi peningkatan yaitu sejumlah 16 mahasiswa (80.00%) mencapai kriteria tuntas dan 4 mahasiswa (20.00%) belum tuntas. Sampai akhir pertemuan masih terdapat 4 mahasiswa (20.00%) yang belum tuntas.KataKunci: Massage, Media pembelajaran

This study aims to analyze people's parenting patterns on the learning motivation of elementary school children. With the role of parenting on the learning motivation of elementary school children as a problem formulation. The type of research used is surveys and questionnaires as research instruments to collect data from children's parents. The sample of this study was 152 parents of randomly selected elementary school children. Quantitative descriptive methods are used in this study as a stage in conducting research. Quantitative descriptive analysis as data analysis used in this study. From the survey results, the most commonly used parenting style is democratic parenting. Next is authoritarian parenting and the last is permissive parenting. Upbringing, roles, and parenting styles greatly affect the emergence of children's learning motivation. Generally, parents are more amenable to democratic and authoritarian parenting, because with both parenting styles children want to learn. While parents of elementary school children from the results of many studies disagree regarding permissive parenting because it can make children have less motivation. The first education children get comes from their closest environment, namely the family environment, especially parents. Parental education is considered to have an influence on student learning achievement. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the level of parental education has an influence on student learning achievement at SD Islam AL Falah Bukittinggi. The method used in this research is quantitative method with simple linear regression statistical technique, with a significance level value of 5% or 0.05%. This research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to parents to see the level of parental education and giving knowledge tests to students to measure the level of student achievement. The sample of this study were 23 students of class II of Al Falah Islamic Elementary School Bukittinggi. The results showed that grade II students of SD Islam AL Falah Bukittinggi who have high learning achievement do not always come from children who have parents with high educational backgrounds.

Penelitian ini mengkaji Analisis Dampak Negatif Kecanduan Game Online Terhadap Minat Belajar Siswa Di SD, Yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Dampak Negatif Kecanduan Game Online Terhadap Minat Belajar Siswa Di SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara membagikan kuesioner G-form yang di share ke orang tua siswa dan guru sekolah dasar. Validitas data ditentukan dengan triangulasi awal, karena hasil yang diperoleh dipergunakan untuk menjelaskan hasil yang terdapat pada penelitian. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kami dapat menyimpulkan bahwa bahwa adiksi siswa terhadap game online dipengaruhi oleh orang tua, lingkungan, masyarakat, serta internet yang dapat mempengaruhi minat belajar siswa.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan; 1) kesulitan peserta didik kelas V SDN 07 Sigiran dalam belajar matematika. 2) sebab peserta didik kesusahan belajar matematika. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitaf dimana sumber datanya diperoleh dari wawancara. Yang diwawancarai 10 peserta didik (sebagaian peserta didik kelas V). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa keseluruhan peserta didik mengatakan belajar matematika sulit. Kesulitan yang ditemui; (a) susah hafal rumus (b) susah menentukan rumus untuk mengerjakan soal (c) susah paham dengan bentuk bangun ruang (d) peserta didik jenuh dan bosan belajar matematika.

.The purpose of this study is to find out how the role of the image media is to improve the learning outcomes of elementary school students. This study is a descriptive quantitative study. The study time was in April 2023 and took approximately 2 weeks. The subject of this study is elementary school teachers in Bukittinggi. Research is conducted by formulating research problems, tracing the research results of relevant and similar journals for analysis of their data. The benefits of image media are the explanation and delivery of various information, messages, ideas, and so on by giving the impression of being visible using verbal language. Based on the results, studies have shown teachers agree that the use of image media in the learning process can improve students' learning outcomes. Because more than 50% to 60% of respondents agreed to this.

This study aims to determine how character education plays a role in fostering tolerance and social awareness in elementary school students, especially in their relationships with peers. The study was conducted using a qualitative approach through interviews and observations of teachers and students at SD IT Permata Kita. The results of data collection indicate that character education has a significant influence on changes in students' attitudes.

This study investigates teachers' views on utilizing graphic media to enhance the speaking abilities of elementary school students. Employing a qualitative approach with a literature review, the study analyzes various journals, books, and relevant scientific articles. Findings reveal that teachers generally hold a favorable attitude toward graphic media, as it helps simplify material comprehension and motivates students to engage more actively in speaking activities. Nonetheless, challenges remain, including limited access to resources and insufficient technological skills. The discussion highlights the necessity of providing teacher training and institutional support to maximize the use of graphic media. In summary, graphic media proves to be an effective tool for improving speaking skills when combined with appropriate strategies and adequate teacher expertise.
