Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of digital Flipbook media in increasing student learning motivation in class X TKJ SMK Yapalis Krian Sidoarjo in the 2023/2023 academic year. Development model using 4D (Define, Design, Development and Disseminations) The research method uses development research involving qualitative and quantitative research. For data collection techniques using interviews, questionnaires and tests. Structured interview techniques are used to collect media validation data, material to experts. Questionnaire sheets are addressed to students to determine the level of motivation in learning with Flipbook media. While the test is used to determine the impact of motivation, namely student learning outcomes in the form of pre-test and post-test. For data analysis, the writer uses descriptive analysis, validity and reliability and T test. The results of the research on media and material validation showed 76% and 86%, in the large and small group testing the results were 81% and 84% in the very feasible category. The results of student motivation obtained results of 82% of the overall student average. This shows that the existence of Flipbook media can increase student motivation in learning activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa melalui efektivitas penggunaan media video animasi Jawadwipa mata pelajaran IPS materi keberagaman kebudayaan siswa kelas IV SD Siti Aminah Surabaya. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode pengembangan research and development (R&D) model DDD-E yaitu decide, design, develop, and evaluate dengan uji kelayakan menggunakan model eksperimen one shot case study. Sampel pada penelitian ini 30 siswa dari kelas IV. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi dengan nilai rata-rata ketuntasan belajar melebihi KKM yaitu 81 dan ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 83%. Penelitian menggunakan video animasi Jawadwipa dinyatakan layak dan dapat digunakan sebagai alternative belajar siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of e-module material on the concept of computer networks, computer subjects and basic networks. The development procedure used is the ADDIE model. The subjects in this study were class X Multimedia 2 as an experimental class and class X Multimedia 1 as an experimental class. The data collection method uses interviews, questionnaires and tests. To analyze data with the Normality Test using the F test, the Homogeneity Test uses the chi-squared formula and the T-Test uses the t-test formula. The experimental design used was the Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. Based on the results of data analysis from questionnaires and interviews, it can be concluded that the e-module material of the concept of computer networks is included in the category of feasible and good use in learning. While the results of data analysis of student learning outcomes show that e-modules are effective in improving learning outcomes. This can be proven by the results of the t test, t count obtained results greater than t table, namely 3.79 for t count and 1.66 for t table. Thus the e-module material on the concept of computer networks in Computer and Basic Networks subjects effectively improves the learning outcomes of class X Multimedia students

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis adanya kebutuhan untuk melakukan pengembangan terhadap e-LKPD berbasis Problem based learning. Keterbatasan media dalam mengakomodasi karakteristik mata pelajaran IPA membuat siswa kurang aktif dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif-deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan angket. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada siswa kelas VIII dengan jumlah siswa 30 siswa dan 1 guru IPA. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu: (1)Siswa kurang aktif dalam bertanya atau menalar ketika pembelajaran, (2)Siswa pasif dalam berdiskusi dengan teman kelompok, (3)Media yang dimiliki kurang menunjang pembelajaran. Kesimpulan dari penelitian analisis kebutuhan bahwa pengembangan e-LKPD berbasis Problem based learning perlu dilakukan untuk membantu guru dalam membantu siswa untuk aktif khususnya pada pembelajaran mata pelajaran IPA.

Abstract

Abstract: Digital transformation demands the integration of information and communication technology tools in education. This condition is supported by the dominance of current students who are digital native generation. Although the use of technology is not new in higher education, the fact that lecturers are digital immigrants makes it difficult to integrate ICT into the lecture process, while one of the main responsibilities of higher education institutions is to facilitate students with quality learning and competent lecturers to prepare their future. This study aims to explore the level of digital competence of lecturers in higher education, the relationship, factors and efforts to improve it. The method used is a literature review with a narrative approach where the synthesised literature is international journal articles published in the 2020-2024 timeframe. The results showed 1) Digital competence is involved in ICT-integrated lectures from planning to evaluation of learning and reflective practice. 2) Lecturers with high digital competence can evaluate the quality of learning and influence student interest. 3) Age, gender, adaptability, type of institution, domicile location are significant factors of lecturers' digital competence, 4) Efforts that can be made to improve digital competence are: training, providing resource materials, reflective practice, long-term professional support, and incorporating digital competency lectures into prospective lecturer education programmes.Abstrak: Transformasi digital menuntut integrasi perangkat teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) dalam pendidikan. Kondisi ini didukung dengan dominasi mahasiswa saat ini yang merupakan generasi digital native. Meski penggunaan teknologi bukan hal yang baru di perguruan tinggi namun fakta bahwa dosen merupakan generasi digital imgirant mengakibatkan sulitnya pengintegrasian TIK kedalam proses perkuliahan, sementara salah satu tanggung jawab utama lembaga pendidikan tinggi adalah memfasilitasi mahasiswa dengan pembelajaran berkualitas dan dosen yang kompeten untuk mempersiapkan masa depan mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi tingkat kompetensi digital dosen di perguruan tinggi, hubungan, faktor dan upaya peningkatannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review dengan pendekatan naratif dimana literatur yang disintesiskan adalah artikel jurnal internasional yang diterbitkan dalam rentang waktu 2020-2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) Kompetensi digital terlibat dalam perkuliahan terintegrasi TIK dari perencanaan sampai evaluasi pembelajaran dan praktik refektif. 2) Dosen dengan kompetensi digital yang tinggi dapat mengevaluasi kualitas pembelajaran dan mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa. 3) Usia, gender, kemampuan beradaptasi, jenis institusi, lokasi domisili menjadi faktor signifikan kompetensi digital dosen, 4) Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digital yaitu: pelatihan, menyediakan sumber materi, praktik reflektif, dukungan profesional jangka panjang, dan memasukkan perkuliahan kompetensi digital ke dalam program pendidikan calon dosen.

Abstract

Objective: This research reviews the literature regarding the development of Digital Student Worksheets based on the discovery learning model to improve collaboration skills and student learning outcomes in elementary schools. This review article is a literature review research. Method: used is a narrative review, which consists of four stages: selecting the topic to be reviewed, selecting national journals and international journals that are relevant to the latest five years, namely 2018-2023, totaling ten articles, conducting literature analysis and synthesis, and compiling review results. Results: The results of the literature review show that e-LKPD can improve collaboration skills and improve student learning outcomes. Novelty: this research provides a new color for the literature review on e-LKPD, specifically on the discovery learning model for Natural and Social Sciences (NSS) subjects in elementary schools.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang begitu pesat telah diterapkan di berbagai kegiatan guna untuk memberikan kemudahan dan lebih tepat guna. Salah satunya adalah penggunaan perangkat eletronik yang dikombinasikan dengan jaringan internet, muncul pembelajaran yang dikenal dengan online learning. Tidak semua sekolah siap melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran online. SMA Negeri 1 Waikabubak, mata pelajaran kimia adalah salah satu mata pelajaran yang cukup rumit dipelajari siswa sehingga memerlukan tatap muka secara langsung. Jika dilakukan pembelajaran online secara penuh dikhawatirkan hasil belajar tidak maksimal. Maka dari itu dilakukan pembelajaran online dan tetap dilakukan pembelajaran tatap muka secara langsung, yakni dilakukan dengan blended learning. Temuan hasil penelitian menunjukkan kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan blended learning memiliki rerata nilai hasl belajar yang jauh lebih. Blended learning memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Discovery Flipped Learning on the critical thinking skills of grade VII students on the material of Quantity and Measurement at Indonesian School Kuala Lumpur and to compare the effectiveness between Discovery Learning and Discovery Flipped Learning in improving students' critical thinking skills. This is a quasi-experimental study with a non-equivalent control group design. The study subjects were all grade VII students of Junior High School at the Indonesian School in Kuala Lumpur, totaling 23 students for each experimental and control class. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique, where class VII A was the experimental class and class VII B was the control class. We tested the critical thinking skills of the control class and the experimental class using a test instrument in the form of descriptive questions. The results of the analysis showed that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, which showed a significant effect of Discovery Flipped Learning on students' critical thinking skills, as well as a substantial difference compared to Discovery Learning. Discovery Flipped Learning is recommended as an effective alternative to be implemented at all grade levels at Indonesian School Kuala Lumpur.

Abstract

For This research aims to examine the influence of literacy activities through reading aloud picture books on the language and cognitive development of Group B children at TK Nurul Huda Karang Sekaran Lamongan in the academic year 2023/2024. This study employs a Quasi-Experiment with a quantitative approach. The variables in this study consist of one independent variable and two dependent variables. The independent variable is literacy activities through reading aloud picture books (X), while the dependent variables are language development (Y1) and cognitive development (Y2). The sample in this study includes 30 Plus Hafidzul Qur'an TK children in the experimental group (15 children B-1 and 15 children B-2) and 30 children in the control group (15 children B-3 and 15 children B-4). The data analysis technique in this study uses parametric statistical analysis, specifically the Independent t-test. The results of the research indicate that (1) There is an influence of literacy activities through reading aloud picture books on the language development of Group B children at TK Nurul Huda Karang Sekaran Lamongan in the academic year 2023/2024, with a statistically significant value of t = -2.977 and a significance level of p = 0.004, which is less than 5%; (2) There is an influence of literacy activities through reading aloud picture books on the cognitive development of Group B children at TK Nurul Huda Karang Sekaran Lamongan in the academic year 2023/2024, with a statistically significant value of t = -3.718 and a significance level of p = 0.000, which is less than 5%. This study is expected to provide insights for teachers in developing literacy activities through reading aloud picture books, especially in the language and cognitive development of Group B children at TK Nurul Huda Karang Sekaran in Lamongan district.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the Project Based Learning learning model on the creativity and learning outcomes of grade XI students at SMK UNITOMO Surabaya, focusing on 2D and 3D Animation subjects and Basic Principles of Making 2D Animation. This research method uses quantitative research methods with a Quasi Experiment design. The sample of this study consisted of 22 grade A students as an experimental class and 22 class B as a control class at SMK UNITOMO, using performance tests and questionnaires as research instruments. The test results showed that the value of the t test results on the posttest value of student creativity was known to be the mean value of the control group 72.31 and the mean value of the experimental group was higher with a score of 84.90. And the results of the t test on the posttest value of student learning outcomes are known to be the mean value of the control group 80.59 and the mean value of the experimental group is higher with a score of 83.77. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a positive influence of the use of the Project Based Learning model on the creativity and learning outcomes of grade XI students at SMK UNITOMO Surabaya in 2D and 3D animation subjects material Basic Principles of Animation Making.
