Abstract

This study examines the effect of sales growth, liquidity, and firm size on the profitability of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2022–2024 period. Profitability is proxied by Return on Assets (ROA). A quantitative causal method with multiple linear regression analysis via SPSS 26 was employed. Purposive sampling yielded 29 companies (82 observations after outlier removal). Results show that sales growth has a positive and significant partial effect on ROA; liquidity has a positive but insignificant partial effect; firm size has a negative and insignificant partial effect; and all three variables simultaneously exert a significant effect on ROA. The Adjusted R² is 0.143, indicating 14.3% of profitability variation is explained by the model

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Job Insecurity, Burnout and Reward on Turnover Intention of CV REQUEL HFS Medan employees. The main problem in this study is the high level of employee turnover intentions which is suspected to be triggered by a sense of insecurity in work and high work fatigue. The population in this study were all 40 employees of CV REQUEL HFS Medan. The sampling technique used saturated sampling (census), where all members of the population were sampled. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study partially showed that Job Insecurity had a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention with a sig value of 0.021 <0.05, Burnout had a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, Reward had no significant effect on Turnover Intention with a sig value of 0.244>0.05. Simultaneously Job Insecurity, Burnout and Reward had a significant effect on Turnover Intention. The coefficient of determination (R2) value shows that 64.3% of the Turnover Intention variable is influenced by the three independent variables, while the remaining 35.7% is explained by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of psychological well-being, work stress, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Pematangsiantar Branch. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The sample in this study consisted of 80 respondents who are employees of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Pematangsiantar Branch. Based on the results of the t-hypothesis test, it can be concluded that psychological well-being partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work stress partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the F-hypothesis test results indicate that psychological well-being, work stress, and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The value of the coefficient of determination (adjusted R-square) is 0.922. Based on this value, psychological well-being, work stress, and job satisfaction are able to influence employee performance by 92.2%, while the remaining 7.8% is explained by other variables or factors not examined in this study

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of price, product quality, and brand image on the purchase intention of fashion thrifting products among Management Study Program students (Class of 2023) at Universitas Methodist Indonesia. A quantitative descriptive approach was employed, with a population of 250 students and a sample of 154 respondents selected using the Slovin formula. Data were gathered through Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. Findings reveal that price does not significantly influence purchase intention (sig. 0.266 > 0.05), whereas product quality exerts a positive and significant effect (sig. 0.003 < 0.05), and brand image demonstrates the strongest influence (sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Simultaneously, all three variables significantly predict purchase intention, yielding an F-value of 78.599 and an Adjusted R² of 60.3%. Brand image and product quality are identified as the primary drivers of student purchase intention toward fashion thrifting
