Abstract

E-raport application is one of the efforts to control the quality of assessment, because e-raport application is a solution in reminding the limitations of existing resources and personal qualifications, with the aim of assisting educators in processing data on knowledge values, skills, spiritual attitudes, and helping to compile reports on assessment results. Research using experimental methods. Intranet is a private network (Private Network) that uses internet protocols (tcp/ip), to share confidential company information or operations within the company to its employees, while the private ip used on the intranet. Clients can perform or access e-raport application via the address smkn5seluma.net:7252. The intranet network at SMK N 5 Seluma runs smoothly with good network quality, where troughput = 0.8, packet loss = 0%, average delay = 0.563 and jitter = 0.76, these results are measured using Wireshark.

Abstract

SMKN 1 Lubuklinggau menggunakan dua penyedia layanan internet (ISP), yaitu Indihome dan Iconnet, untuk menunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar di laboratorium komputer. Namun, jaringan sering mengalami kendala seperti gangguan koneksi pada salah satu ISP dan pembebanan trafik yang tidak seimbang, sehingga memengaruhi stabilitas dan ketersediaan akses internet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengimplementasikan metode Unequal Load Balance pada jaringan SMKN 1 Lubuklinggau guna mengoptimalkan penggunaan bandwidth dua ISP yang berbeda kapasitas, meningkatkan redundansi, dan menjaga kualitas layanan jaringan. Penelitian menggunakan metode Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) yang meliputi tahap analisis, perancangan, simulasi, implementasi, pemantauan, dan manajemen. Implementasi dilakukan dengan konfigurasi router Mikrotik RB750 untuk membagi beban trafik secara proporsional berdasarkan bandwidth masing-masing ISP (35 Mbps Iconnet dan 20 Mbps Indihome), dilengkapi mekanisme failover. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa metode Unequal Load Balance berhasil mendistribusikan trafik secara seimbang antara kedua ISP. Mekanisme failover dapat beralih ke ISP cadangan dalam waktu 47 detik jika salah satu ISP mengalami gangguan. Quality of Service (QoS) sebelum dan setelah implementasi tetap stabil, dengan parameter throughput, packet loss (0%), delay (0.77 ms), dan jitter (0.341–0.342 ms) yang tidak mengalami penurunan signifikan. Implementasi Unequal Load Balance berhasil meningkatkan keandalan dan ketersediaan jaringan di SMKN 1 Lubuklinggau. Metode ini dapat menjadi solusi efektif untuk institusi pendidikan yang mengandalkan multi-ISP dengan kapasitas berbeda, tanpa mengorbankan kualitas layanan. Penelitian ini juga menyediakan konfigurasi praktis yang dapat direplikasi pada lingkungan jaringan sejenis.

Abstract

Pintu Batu Village faces challenges regarding the completeness of environmental information infrastructure in the form of street signs and the management of inorganic waste, which has not been utilized creatively. This community service activity aims to improve environmental order and resident creativity through mutual cooperation, the installation of street signs in RT 02, and handicraft training using recycled materials. Furthermore, early childhood education regarding the importance of proper waste disposal was provided to the children of TK Cerdik Pintu Batu through engaging approaches such as morning exercises and collective coloring activities. The method employed is a participatory-educational approach involving coordination with local officials and direct handson practice with the residents. The results of the activity indicate an increase in citizen participation in mutual cooperation and the creation of recycled products such as flower pots from plastic bottle and beverage baskets from plastic cup waste. The existence of new street signs facilitates easier navigation within the neighborhood, while the educational activities at the kindergarten level strengthen the foundation of environmental awareness from an early age.
