Abstract

This research aims to describe learning management at SD Muhammadiyah Kedunggong, especially learning planning, learning implementation and learning assessment. This research is a qualitative research. This research was conducted at SD Muhammadiyah Kedunggong. This research was conducted on grade 5 teachers. Data collection methods included interviews, observations and notes. The research results show that learning planning is made in the form of a syllabus and lesson plans. The implementation of management in the classroom is able to create a classroom atmosphere as a learning environment that will develop the abilities of students such as the number of learning methods used so that students are conducive to their learning. In this approach activity, it is based on changing behavior in classroom management, this is described as a process that changes student behavior in the classroom. Not only that, but by providing evaluation activities the learning conditions will be better and you will be able to find out how far students' abilities have been improved.

Abstract

Improving the quality of human resources is very much needed in the process of enforcing the education sector in the era of globalization. The teacher is a component of the education system that determines the location of the success of an education. As low as the quality of school resources, the process of teaching and learning activities will continue to be carried out as long as there are educators teaching and students who are learning, then socialization needs to be carried out by the education office to all schools consisting of school principals and educators. Evaluation of educational policies is an activity to find out how educational policies are in accordance with the criteria and have a real impact as expected. The purpose of this study is to understand in evaluating policies in improving the quality of education in Indonesia this type of qualitative descriptive research.

Abstract

Risk is a possibility or uncertainty in an activity regarding conditions that will occur later. Risks can be in the form of obstacles or opportunities, therefore every activity in an institution must have careful planning, especially in school educational institutions. Careful planning will minimize or avoid risks, so that later the quality of education can be improved. This article discusses efforts to improve the quality of education through the educational risk management process. The results of the research in this article are that risk management in an educational institution really needs to be done in order to achieve good quality education. This research uses Muhammadiyah 1 Wates Vocational School as the research sample. This research approach uses qualitative methods by processing data obtained through observations, interviews, observation and documentation which is then described through narrative text. Risk management at Muhammadiyah 1 Wates Vocational School includes several steps including 1) risk identification 2) measuring the magnitude of risk 3) risk management 4) risk evaluation 5) developing educational quality. Developing the quality of education includes handling, both handling of educators, students and also the educational curriculum.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain student management ideas. This research was carried out at SD Muhammadiyah Kedunggong using qualitative methods with a field study type of research. Technical data collection is carried out through interviews, observation, and also documentation. The research results tell: (1) student planning. (2) coaching students. (3) student evaluation. (4) special student services. Includes: (a) library services. (b) computer lab services. (c) canteen service. (d) prayer room services. Where this service is really needed in schools. Moreover, the prayer room service, because this prayer room is a place for teachers to improve students' religious values.

Abstract

In the world of education, of course, there are several factors that can affect the development of an educational institution, one of which is risk. The existence of a risk can certainly have a negative impact on the development of an educational institution. However, this risk cannot be simply avoided, the risk can be managed or controlled, so that it does not have such a big impact. Therefore, an institution requires a management or what is known as risk management, which is used to identify, measure, control and evaluate the risks created by the implementation of educational programs. So in this study the aim is to find out how to implement risk management in the education program at SD MI Muhammadiyah Kenteng. The method used is a qualitative method where in obtaining data interviews with the school then the results of the interviews are discussed together so that a conclusion is obtained that the risks found at MI Muhammadiyah Kenteng consist of internal risks and external risks, where the internal factors found are infrastructure that the condition is not good, the teaching staff between non-permanent teachers and civil servants is not balanced, then from external factors such as the stigma of the community who are not too familiar with or understand the name of Madrasah. At the stages of risk management at MI Muhammadiyah Kenteng include identifying problems where identification by analyzing and monitoring the presence of internal and external factors, measuring risk is done through student growth diagrams, by looking at the data can apply what actions need to be taken to overcome risks (lack of participants). students), controlling risk by selecting options that can reduce negative risks arising or transferring risks that will arise and finally evaluating risk is carried out in various ways such as discussions, meetings and so on, in which it is discussed how ways or steps can be taken. of the risks that have been identified in the previous stages. Dalam dunia pendidikan tentu terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan sebuah lembaga pendidikan, salah satunya adalah risiko. Adanya sebuah risiko tentu dapat memberikan dampak negatif bagi perkembangan suatu lembaga pendidikan. Namun risiko ini tidak dapat dihindari begitu saja, risiko dapat dikelola atau dikendalikan, sehingga tidak berdampak begitu besar. Oleh karena itu dalam suatu lembaga dibutuhkan suatu pengelolaan atau yang disebut dengan manajemen risiko, yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi, mengukur, mengendalikan dan mengevaluasi risiko yang tercipta dari pelaksanaan program pendidikan. Sehingga pada penelitian kali ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengimplementasian manajemon risiko dalam program pendidikan di SD MI Muhammadiyah Kenteng. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dimana dalam memperoleh data dilakukan interview dengan pihak sekolah kemudian hasil dari interview tersebut didiskusikan bersama sehingga diperoleh suatu kesimpulan bahwa risiko yang ditemukan di MI Muhammadiyah Kenteng terdiri dari risiko internal dan risiko eksternal, dimana  faktor internal yang ditemukan ialah sarpras yang kurang baik kondisinya, tenaga pendidik antar GTT dan PNS kurang seimbang, kemudian dari faktor eksternal seperti stigma masyarakat yang belum terlalu familiar atau paham dengan nama penyebutan Madrasah. Pada tahapannya manajemen risiko  di MI Muhammadiyah Kenteng diantaranya adalah mengidentifikasi masalah dimana  pengidentifikasian dengan menganalisis   dan memantau adanya faktor internal dan eksternal , mengukur risiko dilakukan melalui diagram pertumbuhan peserta didik, dengan melihat data tersebut dapat menerapkan tindakan apa yang perlu dilakukan untuk mengatasi risiko (kekurangan peserta didik), mengendalikan risiko dengan menyeleksi pilihan-pilihan yang dapat mengurangi risiko negatif timbul  atau memindahkan risiko yang akan muncul dan yang terakhir adalah mengevaluasi risiko dilakukan dengan berbagai jalan seperti diskusi, rapat dan sebagainya, yang mana didalamnya didiskusikan bagimana cara atau langkah yang dapat diambil dari risiko-risiko yang sudah teridentifikasi pada tahapan-tahapan sebelumnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kegunaan dana BOS dan dampak dari kebijakan kontroversial tentang dana BOS pada tahun 2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitiannya kebijakan pendidikan adalah kebijakan yang dibuat oleh pemerintah yang memuat perencanaan secara umum, jangka pendek atau panjang, dan siasat yang strategis yang harus dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Dana BOS digunakan untuk pengembangan perpustakaan, kegiatan evaluasi pembelajaran, kegiatan pembelajaran dan Ekstrakurikuler dan pembelian alat multimedia pembelajaran. Dampak dari kebijakan kontroversial dana BOS pada tahun 2021 adalah peserta didik di sekolah kecil bisa berhenti sekolah, guru-gurunya tidak terfasilitasi, tidak meratanya kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia dan akan mendiskriminasi sekolah-sekolah yang belum berkembang dan membuat sekolah tersebut tidak akan mampu untuk berkembang.
