Abstract

This study aims to determine the readiness of students and teachers in the implementation of face-to-face (offline) learning in the TKRO Expertise Competency of SMK Negeri 5 Surakarta. This research is descriptive research. The subjects of this study were class X students and educators in the TKRO department of SMK Negeri 5 Surakarta carried out by purposive sampling sample method. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. The analytical technique used is a qualitative analysis technique from Miles and Huberman. This study found that students are ready to carry out learning activities, this is based on the fulfillment of four aspects of indicators, namely knowledge readiness, physical readiness, mental readiness, and emotional readiness. Educators are also ready to carry out face-to-face learning, this is also based on the fulfillment of four aspects of indicators, namely: (1) knowledge, educators know and understand offline learning procedures, (2) physical, educators are able to carry out offline learning, (3) mental, educators do not experience difficulties in offline learning, (4) emotional, educators choose offline learning rather than online.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui kesesuaian Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran terhadap Kurikulum 2013 pada Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan Otomotif SMK PIRI 1 Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskripsi kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah RPP yang disusun oleh guru Mata Pelajaran PKKR, PMKR dan PSPTKR. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dan menggunakan teknik analisis dokumen atau analisis isi (content analysis). Uji validitas instrumen dilakukan melalui penilaian para ahli (Judgement Expert). Data disajikan berdasarkan hasil analisis dari data hasil penelitian dan dijabarkan sesuai dengan kriteria presentase kesiapan RPP guru. Pada hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa kesiapan RPP guru terhadap Kurikulum 2013 pada Mata Pelajaran PKKR dinyatakan siap dengan memiliki kriteria presentase 97% (Amat Baik), Mata Pelajaran PMKR dinyatakan siap dengan memiliki kriteria presentase 72% (Cukup), Mata Pelajaran PSPTKR dinyatakan belum siap dengan memiliki kriteria presentase 68% (Kurang). Abstract This study aims to analyze and determine the suitability of the Lesson Planned Implementation of the 2013 Curriculum on the Automotive Light Vehicle Engineering Expertise Competence at SMK PIRI 1 Yogyakarta. This type of research is a quantitative description. The population of this research is the lesson plans prepared by the subject teachers of PKKR, PMKR and PSPTKR. The method used is a survey method and uses document analysis techniques or content analysis. The instrument validity test was carried out through the assessment of the experts (Judgement Expert). The data is presented based on the results of the analysis of the research data and is described according to the criteria for the percentage of teachers' lesson plans readiness. In the results of this study, it can be seen that the readiness of the teacher's RPP for the 2013 Curriculum in PKKR Subjects is declared ready by having a percentage criterion of 97% (Very Good), PMKR Subjects are declared ready by having a percentage criterion of 72% (Enough), PSPTKR subjects are declared not yet ready by having a percentage criterion of 68% (Less).

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui; (1) pelaksanaan Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, Rajin di Program Keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan Otomotif SMK N 1 Sedayu; (2) hambatan yang dialami oleh pengelola bengkel dalam pelaksanaan 5R di Program TKRO SMK N 1 Sedayu ditinjau dari jawaban pengelola bengkel melalui wawancara yang diberikan; serta memberikan saran untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah tersebut. Jenis penelitian yang dipakai merupakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah pengelola bengkel kerja TKRO yang berjumlah 11 orang dengan rincian 1 kepala jurusan, 1 toolman, dan 9 guru produktif. Penelitian ini memakai instrumen seperti; (1) angket kepada pengelola bengkel TKRO; (2) lembar pedoman wawancara untuk kepala jurusan; guru produktif; dan toolman. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) pelaksanaan 5R dalam pengelolaan bengkel praktik program keahlian TKRO secara keseluruhan sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Hal ini terbukti dari rata-rata pelaksanaan 5R dalam kategori baik yaitu mencapai 76,6%; (2) terdapat hambatan dalam pelaksanaan 5R seperti pengelolaan barang yang telah dihapus, alat dan bahan yang masih kurang, siswa yang masih belum peduli terhadap lingkungan, serta pendanaan yang masih kurang. Solusi untuk hambatan 5R yaitu diadakannya sosialisasi 5R terutama siswa-siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran. Selain itu pemberian poster 5R serta perawatan yang lebih terorganisir terhadap peralatan maupun lingkungan bengkel kerja.   Abstract This study aims to determine; (1) the implementation of Concise, Neat, Clean, Caring, Diligent in the Automotive Light Vehicle Engineering Expertise Program at SMK N 1 Sedayu; (2) the obstacles experienced by the workshop manager in implementing 5R in the TKRO Program at SMK N 1 Sedayu in terms of the workshop manager's answers through the interviews given; and provide suggestions for solving these problems. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The research sample was TKRO workshop managers, totaling 11 people with details of 1 department head, 1 toolman, and 9 productive teachers. This research uses instruments such as: (1) questionnaire to TKRO workshop managers; (2) interview guide sheets for heads of departments, productive teachers; and a toolman. The results of this study are as follows: (1) The implementation of the 5S in the management of the practice workshop of the TKRO expertise program as a whole has been well implemented. This is evident from the average implementation of the 5S in the good category, namely reaching 76.6%; (2) there are obstacles in the implementation of 5R such as the management of items that have been removed, tools and materials that are still lacking, students who do not care about the environment, and funding that is still lacking. The solution to the 5R obstacles is holding 5R socialization, especially for students who take part in learning. Besides that, the provision of 5R posters and more organized maintenance of the equipment and workshop environment.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to identify the processes and aspects used to obtain accurate results in planning maintenance costs for vehicles using the On-site Service scheme for Transjakarta RK260 CNG buses. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research with the object of research being the planning of maintenance costs for the Transjakarta RK260 CNG bus fleet. This research was conducted by collecting primary data from direct observations in the field and secondary data from sources related to the research topic. The results of this research testing obtained aspects used in the vehicle maintenance cost budget planning process, namely analysis of the operational key performance index (KPI) requirements of the unit, operational information of the unit, identification of spare part requirements, identification of equipment requirements, labour, and finally calculating the vehicle maintenance cost design. The results of the calculation using the cost per kilometre (CPK) method showed that the total maintenance cost budget for the 2023 period was Rp 2.694 per kilometre. The total planned vehicle maintenance cost budget was Rp 10,159,980,826 for the fifth year of the vehicle's life. Keywords: Bus Rapid Transit; Vehicle Maintenance Costs; On-site Service; Cost per Kilometre Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi proses dan aspek-aspek yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan hasil akurat dalam perencanaan anggaran biaya perawatan kendaraan dengan skema On-site Service pada unit bus Transjakarta RK260 CNG. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yakni penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan objek penelitiannya adalah perencanaan anggaran biaya perawatan kendaraan untuk armada bus Transjakarta RK260 CNG. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data primer yang berasal dari hasil observasi langsung di lapangan penelitian dan data sekunder diambil dari data yang memiliki hubungan dengan topik penelitian. Hasil dari pengujian penelitian ini didapatkan aspek-aspek yang digunakan dalam proses perencanaan anggaran biaya perawatan kendaraan yaitu Analisa kebutuhan key performance index (KPI) operasional unit, informasi operasional unit, identifikasi kebutuhan spare part, identifikasi kebutuhan peralatan, tenaga kerja, dan diakhiri menghitung rancangan biaya perawatan kendaraan. Hasil dari perhitungan dengan metode cost per kilometer (CPK) didapat total anggaran biaya perawatan periode tahun 2023 sebesar Rp. 2.694, - per kilometer. Total perencanaan anggaran biaya perawatan kendaraan adalah sebesar Rp. 10.159.980.826, - untuk periode tahun ke lima umur kendaraan. Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the training development patterns implemented in manpower training for fleet users and (2) the influence of manpower training development on the operational performance of fleet user vehicle units. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method, focusing on the impact of manpower training development on the operational performance of vehicles within the fleet user business. Data collection techniques include document analysis, interviews, and observations. Credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability are applied to ensure the validity of the data. The data analysis technique uses the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, which consists of three stages, namely: (1) data condensation, (2) data presentation, and (3) conclusion drawing/verification. The findings reveal that (1) the training pattern adopted in both training programs within the fleet user business follows a tiered structure, and (2) manpower training development significantly influences the fleet user business in maintaining an operational target of 90%. This is attributed to the improvement in mechanical expertise, which enables mechanics to gain a better understanding of work procedures in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and to identify necessary maintenance and repair measures. The enhancement of mechanical skills positively impacts vehicle unit performance, as evidenced by the Physical Availability (PA) of vehicles reaching 99% in November 2024, exceeding the set target of 90%. Additionally, the study highlights a substantial increase in fleet user business revenue, with a growth of 33% in 2023 and a further increase of 50% in 2024.

Abstract

The aims of the improvements made in the spare part room at PT. Wahana Sun Solo were to: (1) organize the spare parts storage area based on specifications; and (2) increase effectiveness and work efficiency in locating spare parts while creating a work area that adheres to the 5S method standards set by Nissan Motor Indonesia (NMI). The improvements in the spare part room were implemented through several processes: identifying the spare part room layout, redesigning the storage system using a class-based method, updating labels, and designing the improvement of the 5S method. Testing was conducted by performing a time study and a partman movement study focused on locating three sample spare parts: brake pads, air filters, and fan belts. An assessment index was conducted using an evaluation sheet after the improvements were made. The class-based storage method improvement created a more organized arrangement of spare parts according to types. Updates to labeling and enhancements to the 5S method significantly improved the partman's effectiveness and efficiency. Testing demonstrated that the time required to locate brake pad samples resulted in an efficiency increase of 144%, improvement of 218% for air filters, and improvement of 182% for fan belts. Observations showed that, on average, the partman's search required 5 fewer steps for brake pads, 7 fewer steps for air filters, and 5 fewer steps for fan belts compared to the pre-improvement process. In addition, the observation on the movements involved in locating spare parts resulted in reduced movements by at least two movements. The assessment sheet completed after the improvement yielded an assessment index of 91.2%.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) analyze the performance data of workers at PT. YSC Japan before the implementation of an innovation involving the addition of a Flow Rack; (2) examine the process of adding the Flow Rack and its impact on worker performance at PT. YSC Japan; and (3) evaluate how the Flow Rack innovation enhances worker productivity at PT. YSC Japan. The study employs the Kaizen concept using the 8-Step Improvement method, with a fishbone diagram utilized for cause-and-effect analysis. Data were collected through observation and documentation, using instruments such as a logbook, observation sheet, and smartphone. Descriptive quantitative analysis was conducted to compare production speeds before and after process improvements. The findings reveal that: (1) PT. YSC Japan required efficiency enhancements, as production on the Line Front Cushion Stepwagon experienced a loss time of 90 seconds per 22 pieces, resulting in a production time of 38.7 seconds per piece; (2) the application of the Kaizen concept, using the 8-Step Improvement method, successfully improved productivity through the addition of a Flow Rack as a storage innovation; and (3) after implementing this change, PT. YSC Japan achieved a 10.3% efficiency improvement, reducing production time to 34.7 seconds per piece.
