Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah (1)memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat kelurahan Mamburungan Timur dalam hal ini anggota PPK kelurahan Mamburungan Timur terkait pembuatan peyek moringa, (2) memberikan pengetahuan bagaimana membuka peluang usaha.. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi, penyuluhan, pelatihan pembuatan peyek moringa dan monitoring serta evaluasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat kelurahan Mamburungan Timur dalam hal ini anggota PPK memperoleh pengetahuan terkait pembuatan peyek moringa yang bisa dijadikan peluang usaha yang cocok untuk dilaksanakan secara continue di dalam masyarakat karena pasar yang potensial dan sangat menerima.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran beban kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan keterlibatan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Sampel yang digunakan adalah Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Tarakan di Kalimantan Utara. Teknik yang digunakan adalah sampel proporsional dengan bantuan aplikasi program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil dalam penelitian menjelaskan bahwa: Beban kerja dan stres kerja secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keterlibatan kerja. Beban kerja dan stres kerja secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Keterlibatan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Keterlibatan Kerja memediasi hubungan antara Beban Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan. Keterlibatan Kerja memediasi hubungan antara Stres Kerja dengan Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of customer engagement through the Shopee Live feature on repurchase decisions. In the digital era, live commerce has emerged as a new medium for creating real-time interactions between sellers and buyers. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 100 active Shopee users who had made purchases via Shopee Live. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to examine the effects of interactivity, trust in the host/seller, and satisfaction with the live shopping experience on repurchase decisions. The results show that the three independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on repurchase decisions, with an adjusted R² of 0.604. Partially, trust and satisfaction have significant effects, while interactivity does not. These findings imply that consumer loyalty in live streaming commerce is more strongly influenced by trust and experience than by interaction alone.

Abstract

This Community Service Program was carried out to enhance students’ abilities in designing and developing business models using the Business Model Canvas (BMC). The program was implemented through several stages, including the introduction of entrepreneurial concepts, training on the preparation of business models, intensive mentoring sessions, and final presentations of the developed business plans. The participants consisted of students who have an interest in entrepreneurship and were in the early stages of formulating their business ideas. Throughout the mentoring process, students were guided to identify customer segments, formulate value propositions, determine marketing channels and customer relationship strategies, and structure cost components and revenue streams. The results of the program indicate an improvement in students’ understanding and skills in applying the BMC framework in a comprehensive and practical manner. Students were able to organize their business ideas more systematically and became more prepared to proceed to market validation and initial implementation. This program contributes to strengthening the entrepreneurial mindset in higher education and supports the role of universities as facilitators in developing student-led business initiatives.
