Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of work discipline as an intervening variable on the effect of relward and punishment on employee performance. Respondents in this research were BUMD employees in Kuningan Regency as 60 people. Analysis in research used path analysis which is used to examine the indirect effect of relward and punishment on employee performance through work discipline as an intelligence variable by using the Statistical Program for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 23. This research instrument was in the form of a questionnaire which contained statements and was distributed directly to the respondents. The research results show that (1) Rewards have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) Punishment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) Reward has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, (4) Punishment has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, (5) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (6) work discipline mediates the effect of reward on performance but work discipline does not mediate the effect of punishment on employee performance

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sutawinangun, Kecamatan Kedawung, Kabupaten Cirebon dengan tujuan meningkatkan kepatuhan serta kesadaran wajib pajak. Permasalahan rendahnya literasi pajak dan keterbatasan penggunaan teknologi digital menjadi tantangan utama. Melalui rangkaian sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, serta pemanfaatan aplikasi digital, masyarakat memperoleh pemahaman lebih baik tentang perhitungan dan pembayaran PBB. Dampak kegiatan ini terlihat dari peningkatan kepatuhan pajak, kepercayaan warga, serta terbentuknya Kelompok Kerja Pajak (KKP).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of financial literacy, self-control and income on the consumer behavior of Generation Z in Kuningan Regency. The research method used in this research is the descriptive and verification method with a quantitative approach. The population of this study is all Generation Z in Kuningan Regency with a total of 184,884. The number of samples used the Slovin technique with sample collection using accidental sampling technique. The type of data used in this research is primary data by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The results of this study show that (1) financial literacy, self-control and income have an effect on consumptive behavior (2) Financial literacy has a negative and significant effect on consumptive behavior, (3) Self-control has a negative and significant effect on consumptive behavior, (4) Income has an effect positive and significant towards consumer behavior,

Abstract

This study investigates the mediating role of management talent practices in the relationship between knowledge sharing, employee engagement, and green innovation behavior within small and medium-sized enterprises. Drawing upon the resource-based view, this research posits that effective MTP serves as a crucial organizational resource, fostering a work environment conducive to KS, EE, and ultimately, GIB. SMEs, often facing resource constraints, must strategically leverage talent management to promote sustainable practices. This study examines how employee engagement and knowledge sharing related to environmental sustainability. The research explores how these factors collectively contribute to green innovation behavior, encompassing the development and implementation of environmentally friendly products, processes, and practices. By analyzing the mediating effect of MTP, this study aims to provide valuable insights for SME managers and policymakers seeking to promote a more sustainable and innovative business ecosystem. The findings contribute to the growing body of literature on sustainable change through effective talent management strategies, offering practical recommendations for fostering green innovation within resource-constrained environments.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of financial performance on stock returns by considering sustainability as an intermediate variable. This study uses Structural Equation Model analysis to assess the relationship between ROI, PER, PBV, and OPM variables as a representation of economic fundamentals, ESG variables as a representation of sustainability, and the relationship between Stock Return. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of financial reports and accountability reports of public companies. The research sample consists of companies that meet the criteria set out in this study. The results of SEM analysis show that there is a significant direct influence between financial performance (ROI, PER, PBV, and OPM) and stock eturns and there is a significant direct influence between ROI, PER, PBV, and OPM and sustainability (ESG). In addition, this study also found that ESG acts as a mediator between economic fundamentals (ROI, PER, PBV, and OPM) and stock returns. The results of this study have important implications for understanding the relationship between economic fundamentals, sustainability and stock performance. This study provides empirical evidence that companies with good financial performance tend to adopt better sustainability practices, which in turn can affect stock returns. Business stakeholders, regulators and investors can use this impact to make more informed and sustainable decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the influence of financial literacy and self-control on financial management behavior conducted a survey of elementary school teacher educators in Kuningan District. The study population was 56 people. The method of determining the sample using a saturation sampling method with a sample followed the population as much as a total sample of 56 people. The data analysis technique using regression analysis. Based on the results of the study stated that Financial Literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior and self-control has a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompetensi pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya di BAPENDA Kabupaten Kuningan dengan menggunakan variabel mediasi yaitu motivasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan 39 sampel responden pegawai BAPENDA Kabupaten Kuningan dengan menggunakan metode survei eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner (kuesioner). Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi dan pasth analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi, motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dan kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi yang artinya motivasi mampu memediasi pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

The problem in this study is personal financial planning which is still a problem for some people, especially for Micro and Small Business owners in Kuningan Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of love of money , financial literacy, income and digital financial services on personal financial planning . The research method used in this study is a descriptive and verification method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is micro and small business owners in Kuningan Regency with a total of 16,485 in 2023. In this study the author uses the Slovin formula to determine the number of samples that will be the target of the study. The data collection method uses a questionnaire or questionnaire using an interval scale of 1 to 10, and the data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) Love of money , Financial literacy, Income and Digital financial services together have a significant effect on Personal financial planning (2) Love of money does not have a significant effect on Personal financial planning . (3) Financial literacy does not have a significant effect on Personal financial planning . (4) Income has a positive and significant effect on personal financial planning. (5) Digital financial services have a positive and significant effect on personal financial planning.
